Lovely friendly family run restaurant with excellent traditional food, in our visits here during our stay in Protaras we sampled the Meat balls, Vine leaves, Pork Kebabs and Sword fish all of which were excellent, served with carafes of reasonably priced local lovely local wine. We definitely give this restaurant 5 stars to match the generous measures of Brandies we purchased after our meals.

Good food, we enjoyed the kleftiko lamb and the seafood platter. Dessert was a traditional Cypriot pastry but we thought rose sorbet was quite overpowering. Staff were really friendly!

Worst place we ate in our whole Cyprus trip. My wife and I ordered the fish meze. This restaurant does not know how to cook seafood. The fish overcooked, the octopus so rubbery that it was hard to put a fork on it. We got the check after the second course of the meze and left to eat somewhere else. The restaurant still decided that the fair thing was to charge us for all five courses (about €40) so we paid and left. Many wonderful places to eat in the area. Would strongly suggest to avoid this one.

I was disappointed as surely expected more with so many so positive feedbacks here. In fact I can say that the traditional Cyprus food is good (as good as it should be and as we tasted in other taverns rated 4 and more). The salads were full of cheap ingredients from leaves and veggies with not much taste to marinated mussels and cheap crab sticks (why to bother to go to a restaurant to eat crab sticks that are not even made of crab?). The portions are large though, the service is friendly and fast. Might be a decent place for traditional Cyprus food, though.

Very good and delicious food! We discovered this place at our last evening, unfortunately and Fish meze was served very nice way and very tasty! Best place among we visited in Protoras. Very pleasant atmospher with the view to the sea and to the walking street! Very recommend and will come next time!
