Never
tried
Korean
food
before.
I'm
always
keen
to
try
new
tastes
so
thought
I'd
give
this
a
try.
When
I
arrived
at
the
restaurant
I
saw
that
there
were
no
other
diners.
This
was
a
little
off
putting;
however
Korean
food
for
this
area
is
a
very
new
idea,
so
I
carried
on
regardless.
The
waitress
was
really
helpful
in
taking
me
through
the
dishes
offered
on
the
menu.
There
weren't
that
many
things
on
the
menu
but
that
made
choosing
a
bit
easier.
I
chose
a
beef
and
noodle
dish
as
a
starter
after
the
waitress'
description
it
sounded
lovely.
I
wasn't
disappointed,
it
was
delicious.
For
the
main
I
made
a
bit
of
a
mistake
as
I
chose
again
a
beef
based
dish
where
there
were
other
variables
including
chicken,
pork,
prawns
and
vegetarian
dishes.
The
dish
served
was
delivered
in
large
bowl
with
four
component
parts,
including
rice
all
finished
off
with
a
fried
egg
on
top.
It
all
looked
very
fresh
and
tasty.
The
instruction
from
the
waitress
was
to
maybe
chop
up
the
egg
and
gently
mix
it
with
the
other
elements.
To
spice
it
up
if
that's
your
thing
you're
supplied
with
a
small
dish
of
spicy
red
coloured
paste.
I
added
this
too
and
found
the
whole
dish
more
than
very
interesting
from
a
flavours
point
of
view.
Not
wanting
to
repeat
myself
but
it
was
also
delicious.
I
can't
remember
the
name
well
but
I
think
the
dish
was
called
Beef
bitbanbot.
I
was
on
a
roll
now,
so
I
thought
I
would
also
try
a
sweet.
I'm
really
glad
I
did
as
it
was
a
unique
eating
experience.
It
suggested
that
it
was
a
kind
of
Korean
ice
cream.
My
best
description
is
based
on
my
memory
of
being
a
small
child
and
eating
freshly
fallen
powdery
snow.
So
imagine
that
concept
then
being
delicately
flavoured
as
you
would
with
conventional
ice
cream,
all
topped
with
small
chunks
of
fresh
strawberries
and
mangoes.
I
must
say
that
I
often
finish
a
meal
with
a
sorbet
as
I
find
them
very
refreshing.
Well,
brace
yourself
for
this
taste
experience,
for
me
it
has
to
be
the
most
refreshing
sweet
eating
experience.
It's
fair
to
say
that
I
had
chosen
the
most
expensive
dishes
on
the
menu
but
the
whole
thing
came
to
a
very
reasonable
27
euros
+
drinks
(I
chose
Keo).
My
advice
is
give
it
a
go,
you
won't
be
disappointed!!
