The best option in Protaras. The hotel is stunning, full of swimming pools, 7 restaurants (included in the half board base). Excellent breakfast. The beach - the best in Cyprus. The staff is very helpful and happy to help and solve any problem. Plenty of free parking in the hotel parking lot.

Fantastic true 5star hotel and spa. Service and friendliness of all the staff is outstanding. The hotel gives guests the opportunity to dine around at 7 restaurants like the Italian or Asian some of which are at its sister hotel next door. But we found it better to stick to the hotels own buffet restaurant which is a true 5 star experience. Good choice of food with excellent quality and some great wines also. Rooms were very clean with everything you need, We had great nights sleep every night. They also have turn down service every night. Our room was on top floor and had an amazing view of the beach with great sunrises. They have staff walking around the sunbeds offering cooling face towels and free fruit pieces which is a nice touch. The hotel is in an excellent position with the front right on the main strip and the rear with lounges just 5 meters away from the beach. Sunbeds are issued to you with fitted towels on your arrival and they are yours for the stay. Which means not having to get up early to put towels on. You can change position if you not happy with your initial choice.

Outstanding hotel, excellent service and facilities. The staff were wonderfully attentive. High quality breakfast and we also tried the lobster at one of the many restaurants which was very delicious. Highly recommended place to stay in beautiful Protaras Cyprus.

Very nice hotel and deserving of its 5 star rating (unlike the Constantinos hotel next door! ). Rooms nice and comfortable, bathroom with upmarket fixtures and fittings, staff very friendly. We received welcome drinks on arrival and a bottle of bubbly in the room 😀. Pool bar/cafe offers a nice menu for lunch and staff happy to accommodate changes to suit diet requirements. All in a very nice. We did have an issue with non working ac i the room which wasn't resolved during our stay but hopefully it was a one off issue.

We are the type of family to change where we go each year and visit new places, but we fell in love with this hotel and it’s location, so much to the point where we’ve been back 5 times and are currently talking about heading back for a 6th! The staff can’t do enough for you, and recognise us each time, despite the few years gaps in between each visit. The sunbed reserve system is really what makes a difference for us! No more nominating someone to wake up at 6am to grab a sunbed! Simply pick your sunbed at the start of your visit and then that’s yours for your stay. We always go half board - we tend to have breakfast in the restaurant (which is lovely and lots of choice) and then have a snack from a local supermarket (croissants or an ice cream etc) - or the corn on the cobs from the little man on the beach (DREAMY😍). We then pick where to eat for our evening meal - we mixed and matched and tried to eat all over. The hotel buffet restaurant is stunning. A lot classier and gents you will need full length pants to dine here. There’s also live music playing which created a lovely atmosphere. There’s also lots of restaurants included in the board along the strip, so was nice to take a walk out some evenings and eat out there. If we ever fancied a restaurant that wasn’t included in our half board, we would just eat lunch and the hotel in the poolside restaurant. Having the flexibility was great! If you are after a more relaxed atmosphere, sitting round the adult pool is the place to go! There’s also a kids pool and the sister hotel right next to this hotel, provides pool entertainment ! We enjoyed the pool volley ball matches they put on! We also enjoyed the daily pool Zumba! Super fun!! They bring round cold towels and fruit when sat by the pool which is another great addition. Along with the swim up bar which has great drinks all day long! We do however recommend buying bottles of water from the supermarket across the road, works out a lot cheaper and you can keep them in your fridge in your room!!! The hotel Literally couldn’t be any closer to the beach. It is on the sea front!! Has lots of things to do! A lovely strip to walk up and sit and have an ice cream, or if you’re into water sports there’s lots of fun rides to do on the water. We enjoyed renting our own speed boat and visiting the local caves and having a snorkel with the fish! - we also did paragliding which was a memory to last a life time. As for a drink in the evening, there’s the hotel bar, lovely but quiet!! We actually enjoyed sitting in the sister hotel next door and playing cards on the deck whilst watching the sunset!!! There’s LOTS of bars on the strip, all within a 10 min walk! There’s a local one round the corner from the hotel that shows the football games, which the lads in the family throughly enjoyed! The gym facilities at this hotel were also great and was never too busy! The rooms were perfect size. We’ve stayed in a family room and in separate double bedrooms, all which have been great. Highly reccomend ensuring you get one with a sea view! Absolutley stunning views at all hours of the day, and the use of the balcony for chilling in your robe before you get ready to go out in the evening! Very clean hotel, rooms were cleaned amazingly, and the general upkeep of the hotel was immaculate! Reception were also great at advising any outer trips (eg: water parks or the local moving water light show) which is great if you’re looking for things to do. This hotel truly holds such a special place in our family! We adore it and this is the ONLY hotel out of all our family holidays, that we keep returning too, and is the first one we recommend to people when they’re thinking of visiting Cyprus!!

I dont think I normally give full stars to anywhere unless they really deserve it but this hotel is just the best. Staff, amazing and helpful, food, so yummy, definitely eating more than I should as the quality of all the meals have been great, from breakfast, snacks and great evening meals with several different restaurants to choose from. It's a lovely family hotel and we will definitely return. It's one I definitely recommend if you come and stay in Protaras.

Wow wow wow, where to begin about this hotel? Was The most perfect vacation ever!! It's located in the centre of Protaras, right in the middle of the main Street , the most perfect location you can find, the hotel is beautiful, the views of the sea and pools are breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything is so clean , spotless ! The pool area is huge, so many pools, with sunbeds and cabanas , and each guest have a private one for the whole stay ,so no more waking early to catch a sunbed .... brilliant idea. And There's a direct exit to the to the beach and promenade Infront of the hotel too. The food is extraordinary, you. Have the hotel main restaurant with so much variety of local and international food and another 6 other restaurants outside of the hotel where we can eat ,greek, Italian, Brazilian ect ... The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful,smiling , so nice ,from the bell boys to the last of the pool guys and all in between. never saw such friendliest staff. This hotel deserve more then 5 stars !! We will be back again and again!

Highly recommend getting the apartment with the panoramic balcony that looks out onto the ocean! Spectacular view! Excellent resort and wonderful staff. A special thanks to the guest relations manager, Christos and service manager, Angelos, who always took excellent care of us!

First guests to be welcomed for the start of the season. All staff were very welcoming and professional. Special thanks to the reception staff, restaurant staff and chefs. Food was good and varied. Didn't get to use some of the other restaurants as they hadn't opened for the season. Bedrooms were of a good size as was the balcony. Reserving sunbeds for the week was a great advantage. Went to the sister hotel for the evening entertainment.

Classy place in an understated way. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Great facilities. Great variety of restaurants. Two minor niggles. More undercover car parking and the gift shop should sell drinks.

We have book this holidays through British Airways for my family of 4 my partner and two sons 19 and 14 and we booked two rooms 1 with twin beds. On arrival they give us a double bed and bedsit. Which for a 6f young man it's to small. The breakfast is very limited and the quality of the dinners very poor and not many options. They advertise sea front beach hotel but if you want your loungers by the front of the sea you need to pay extra. Trying to get some service by the pool no one available, they advertise themselves a five stars hotel I will give them 2, but for the price that British Airways charges us is 7 * We are people that travel and know what is good. When you order a cocktail all you can taste is sugar and ice barely any alcohol. Friendliness 0

Sunrise Pearl is a top hotel. The cleanliness is outstanding. Very friendly and attentive. They made our time with them unforgettable. Well equipped and organised. The spa is superb with thalassic, snow room etc. Great programs for families with children also for adults. I have no hesitation to give my best recommendation. The rooms are spacious and well organised with fridge, mini bar, coffee machine and kettle.

The staff here are completely amazing..!!! Excellent customer services and very attentive..!!! Great value for money..!!! Fantastic bar service by Ranjit.. his mixologist skills are second to none and can make anything you like on point..!!

Visited with my girlfriend for a week in June. Absolutely loved it here, such a chilled week and the fact you can reserve sunbeds for the whole week means no battles of a morning. Excellent location right in the middle of the strip Booked a sea view room but could only see the sea if you stand on tip toes but didn't matter as the room overlooked a courtyard and was nice and quiet. Room was a decent size and bed really big and comfy. Kudos to the bar staff round the pool, always friendly made great cocktails and worked hard. Would love to come back again.

A lovely hotel in perfect location with a great sandy beach with clear water. The staff make this hotel even better, from the reception to the restaurant staff and the cleaners, all so friendly and nice. A special mention for sharlotta and her team , including subreena and maya , always happy and nothing is too much trouble. Oh and the guys making the omelettes, christodoulos and dimitri, happy funny and great chefs! Thanks guys , we will definitely be returning.

Superb location, very convenient, next to almost everything. Tidy and clean premises and very helpful and welcoming staff. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there in our next upcoming trip to Protaras.

Probably one of the best hotels on the island. Loved staying here and super comfortable beds! The gym is also quite well equipped compared to other hotel gyms I've seen and Nikol was super helpful when explaining the equipment and the layout of the gym.

Highly recommended. Worth every single penny. I was so impressed by their hospitality. They allowed me to stay in my room even after checkout deadline for free to wait for my transfer to the airport. Such an incredible service

Excellent really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, staff where friendly and helpful. All the restaurant's we ate at in the hotel served delicious tasting food. There are lots of place to eat at in the hotel. Location is fantastic, swimming in both the sea and pools is excellent. After a night out in Protoras you can retire to your really comfortable bedroom in absolute silence from the noise of the party in Protoras that goes on all night.

Would recommend this a million times over the best hotel in the area 100% - stay in the Junior sea view suite if you the views are insane and the sunset and sunrise are breathtaking

We have absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Pearl Hotel! On the night of our arrival, we were greeted after midnight with a refreshing cocktail and given sandwiches which really helped as we did not have any dinner. Mrs Glykeria Michael always answered our questions with a smile, she was really friendly and helpful. All the staff at the Waterfall restaurant are very friendly and helpful. We loved our meal at the Fish Bone restaurant, served by the wonderful Ana. She really provides a wonderful service. I highly recommend dinner at Fish Bone. We also enjoyed our treatment at the Spa! The bottle of Champagne from the Manager on my birthday was also much appreciated. Thank you to all the staff for our wonderful time at the Sunrise Pearl Hotel!

We were staying at the neighboring Sunrise Beach Hotel and we got a 20€ discount voucher on the Pearl Spa. Be careful though, the voucher is only valid on +60€ treatments. So, if you're 2 people taking each a 50€ treatment, a total of 100€, the voucher won't work. However, we tried the "Thermal Journey, 50€/person". It was an outstanding experience. You experience hot and cold water (from steam room to sauna to high salty pools to cold showers, etc). You get your privacy to use all the facilities and a lot of time to enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, one of the rooms was under maintenance (snow room) so our experience was not complete but the manager was so kind to accept the 20€ voucher as an apology. The staff are very professional and calm. The place is very high end. Highly recommended!

Review of POOL And Seafood Restaurant ONLY. I did not stay at the hotel. Only had lunch at the Fish Restaurant. Overall, food was bland and not worth the money. Squid ink risotto was tasteless, with several of our guests saying it tasted of nothing with slimy calamari on top. My Tuna steak was dry, needed more of the lime sauce. Chips were nice though! My father's seafood spaghetti was completely tasteless. Also, this Restaurant sits next door to the main mixed menu Restaurant which was packed. The fish restaurant was empty, which explains a lot! Staff were trying hard, but I noticed one girl at the bar that was rude to a Dutch family, when they asked to sit at the bar just as they were closing, it's really important to keep customer service levels high in the 5 star hotel, I was disappointed to see this. I won't be staying here.

Excellent hotel, we went for a week in April and paid £1100 for two of us with easyjet, fantastic hotel for the price. Hotel had 4 vegan options in the lunchtime restaurant and in the evenings you can book local restaurants which is part of the half board option. They give you allocated sun beds on arrival and you keep them for your duration, rooms are very nice and cleaned daily. Pools are small but clean.
