We
had
a
lovely
stay
at
Napa
suits
tho
we
had
an
indifferent
start.
What
I
applaud
is
that
sometimes
things
don’t
go
well
but
it’s
how
a
company
responds
to
fix
any
problems
and
ensure
the
rest
of
your
stay
is
a
pleasant
one
and
Georgia
and
her
team
achieved
that.
So
thank
you
🙏🏻
When
we
arrived
around
1am
our
room
had
a
few
issues,
ants
under
the
fridge
the
iPad
to
control
the
room
ambience
and
temperature
didn’t
work
and
there
was
noise
from
other
guests
down
the
hall
way.
Not
an
ideal
start.
These
issues
were
all
rectified
the
next
day
when
we
moved
rooms
and
from
that
moment
on
everything
was
very
good!
The
thing
I
appreciated
most
about
the
hotel
was
how
friendly
and
helpful
each
and
every
staff
member
was.
The
food
was
equally
enjoyable,
loved
the
Japanese
restaurant
Umani.
Sushi
in
particular
was
fantastic.
The
views
at
Napa
suits
from
the
roof
when
you
can
enjoy
the
infinity
pool
are
stunning.
From
a
personal
point
of
you
I
loved
the
location
because
it’s
away
from
the
hustle
and
bustle
of
the
centre
of
Ayia
Napa
but
you
can
walk
into
the
centre
for
a
good
selection
of
restaurants
within
2-20
mins.
Napa
suits
is
a
4
star
experience
if
it
wants
to
keep
improving
then
I
would
suggest
that
the
patio
doors
in
the
bedrooms
need
improving
as
you
can
hear
traffic
outside
depending
on
which
room
you
find
yourself
in.
Sometimes
it
sounded
like
the
door
was
open
when
it
wasn’t.
While
you
can
change
the
colour
of
the
lighting
in
the
rooms
I
feel
that
more
warm
colours
need
to
be
offered
to
capture
the
perfect
ambience.
The
beds
are
great,
AC
worked
well
and
was
much
needed.
House
keeping
was
very
good,
we
had
fresh
sheets
and
towels
every
day.
Hotel
is
very
clean,
love
the
entrance
where
you
can
get
a
glass
of
water
and
it
has
a
lovely
smell
as
you
enter.
We
enjoyed
our
stay.
Feel
recharged.
