Everything was super! I definitely recommend Napa Suites in Ayia Napa. About the stuff, everybody is so kind & friendly and they provide the best service you could have. Actually I am impressed! Cool cocktails, loved them! Clean & tidy rooms. Was one of the best experiences for me! Thank you all & see you again! Keep up the good work!

My fiance and I spent a night at Hotel Napa Suites and had very high expectations for our stay since we paid extra to get a suite with our own private pool and since Hotel Napa Suites holds a nice reputation. However, the first impression of the pool was a few dead flies floating. I was expecting a clean pool to be very honest. Second, some of the drinks in the minibar were out of date. Third, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon but we were not allowed to use the famous hotel pool as it was booked for a private party. I expect to be informed of things like that either when booking the hotel or before arrival. Finally, we made a dinner reservation at the hotel's restaurant which we were so looking forward to it, and there was a fly flying and sitting around the buffet. I informed the staff that their action was to remove the plate that the fly has sat in, but none bothered catching the fly. So a fly was sitting around the food the whole night I suppose. Saved by the bell though, we had a really fancy breakfast the next morning. The staff at the restaurant and the ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and modern but we paid so much to get so little. Hotel Napa Suites is not a place we will be visiting again. We have been too much nicer hotels with lesser money.

Attended in November for 1 night. Hotel entrance lovely and christmasy. Disappointed with the rooms as out balcony had smashed glass so we didn't want to sit out. Our room faced a school with screaming kids. The food was extortionately priced and the pool and roof area was closed. The corridors stunk of cigarettes and the loft stunk of cheap air freshener and fags. The staff didn't listen when I voiced my concerns. The hotel is on a main road. I would not return

I'm a local and this was the 2nd time we've stayed at Napa Suites and had a pleasant experience. It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are modern, spacious and always clean. The bed is amazingly comfortable. Love that you can control the lights and change colors to your liking as in the room same in the shower. The staff was always very polite, friendly and attentive, service was impeccable. Hotel breakfast is a buffet with a good range of options. The view from the rooftop is amazing and is a great place to relax. The only minus is a small parking. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone for an unforgettable experience in Aiya Napa. Great value for the money! Welcome champagne 🥂 Also complimentary bottle of champagne in our room for my mom’s birthday. Breakfast is fine pretty average but clean and fresh. Good and helpful staff. We had a great time there.

The view is incredible and the food was amazing, staff super friendly. However two things that could elevate the experience - a little warmer pool and if one could order with the phone from the sunbed. Didn't leave for the whole day cause it was so great!

Worst experience for new years. Booked it half board after confirming with them about not having a gala dinner. I received a call the day after letting me know that they decided to have a gala dinner for which I had to pay extra. After explaining them this is not acceptable they said it’s ok to keep the booking as it is. Then the gala dinner had a set menu with no alternatives even after many requests. After the dinner there was no type of welcoming the year or simple event. Even though I had passed these comments to them there was no apology for this behaviour.

Nice hotel away from the tourist areas at top of Agia Napa. Very comfortable rooms, B&B only available. Bit noisy from the roundabout if you have a room on that side of the hotel. The walk back up the hill is a bit of a killer but would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Napa Suites surpassed my expectations with its impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and luxurious accommodations. From the warm welcome to the beautifully designed rooms, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in Napa.

Stayed there for 4 nights in May 2023. The staff (especially at the front desk and the pool) was amazing. Everything was neat and clean. The A/C in the room turned off automatically all the time. On the first day the music at the pool was ridiculously loud. Also the breakfast buffet could be improved (selection and quality quite mediocre), but great views from the terrace.

Rooms are clean and very nice, everything is brand new with smart controls operated by ipad, hotel has great infinity pool on the roof. We had a little trouble with our door when staff cleaned the room, the door did not fully close, so just mind the door when you exit the room yourself. Breakfast is very good, selection is not huge, same every day but delicious. Staff is very nice.

The hotel pool out of the world ,super amazing view , the staff were super friendly, great breakfast, great staff at the breakfast , the service is amazing , very clean But Rooms are too small compering to 4 stars hotels , parking was too small we barely could find a place for our rental car , I didn’t like the extremely car noises from outside even the hotel is sound proofed I understand and know it was not the hotel fault but I couldn’t sleep for 2 hours continuously in 3 nights because of the noises and in addition too much small devices lights everywhere inside the rooms once you turn off all the lights, the sunlight was very annoying also from the balcony on the early morning and it was very hard to close the shades 100% and have a dark room to sleep well plus the A/C was not working good even though the hotel was great and we had wonderful time at the pool

The rooms are incredible and we found it great you could control everything from the tablet on the bedside table. There was great Air-con also & it was very clean. I was impressed with the breakfast and The rooftop pool and sunbeds are amazing and has a great view & very helpful staff. Location is perfect if you want to be out of the way of the strip but still close in distance to walk down. Overall , it was a great stay at Napa suites - Meghan & Ashlee.

One of the BEST hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The service was impeccable - polite, assisted with everything we wanted and even more and very polite. Brought complimentary watermelon and a cold hand towel at the pool which was perfect for the hot weather. The location was perfect for what we wanted (5-7min walk to the Ayia Napa clubs/restaurants). Simply perfect!

Napa suites is always a pleasant experience. The rooms are modern and always clean, and the rooftop is a great place to relax. Hotel breakfast is a buffet with a good range of options. The rooftop restaurant is pricey but the food is good quality. And of course, the view from the rooftop is amazing.

They serve nice food and cocktails. It’s a bit overpriced, but the experience is well worth it. The infinity pool is super nice, and the views are good enough and perfect to have some very beautiful pictures taken.

We had a lovely stay at Napa suits tho we had an indifferent start. What I applaud is that sometimes things don’t go well but it’s how a company responds to fix any problems and ensure the rest of your stay is a pleasant one and Georgia and her team achieved that. So thank you 🙏🏻 When we arrived around 1am our room had a few issues, ants under the fridge the iPad to control the room ambience and temperature didn’t work and there was noise from other guests down the hall way. Not an ideal start. These issues were all rectified the next day when we moved rooms and from that moment on everything was very good! The thing I appreciated most about the hotel was how friendly and helpful each and every staff member was. The food was equally enjoyable, loved the Japanese restaurant Umani. Sushi in particular was fantastic. The views at Napa suits from the roof when you can enjoy the infinity pool are stunning. From a personal point of you I loved the location because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Ayia Napa but you can walk into the centre for a good selection of restaurants within 2-20 mins. Napa suits is a 4 star experience if it wants to keep improving then I would suggest that the patio doors in the bedrooms need improving as you can hear traffic outside depending on which room you find yourself in. Sometimes it sounded like the door was open when it wasn’t. While you can change the colour of the lighting in the rooms I feel that more warm colours need to be offered to capture the perfect ambience. The beds are great, AC worked well and was much needed. House keeping was very good, we had fresh sheets and towels every day. Hotel is very clean, love the entrance where you can get a glass of water and it has a lovely smell as you enter. We enjoyed our stay. Feel recharged.

Very nice experience. Very clean and high tech rooms, with quality equipment. The breakfast and generally the food was really good. Small swimming pool but very relaxing environment at the bar of the 4th floor, with great view. Finally the staff was very professional and the service provided was at very high standards. All of these with no children running around...

Lovely hotel. Awesome infinity pool. Comfy beds.....not sure about the splatter of wet liquid on the headboard.....no way I'm sleeping on that side of the bed for fear of catching something. Don't bring a blacklight.

Lovely boutique hotel the roof top pool and sun beds were great. Would have been 5 stars but the air con wouldn't work as the tablet wasn't charging.

Amazing hotel. Highly recommended for couples. The rooftop infinity pool and jaccuzi are to die for. The food is really good and the portions are huge! The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is also great, a supermarket is 2 min walking distance and Napa Square is 10 min. Nothing not to love about this hotel.

This hotel is so sleek and modern, the beds are super comfortable, rooms are equipped with Nespresso maker, the shower water pressure is great... and that rooftop infinity pool!!! Absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. I want to come back!!

If you want to relax, it's a perfect place out from the center of Ayia Napa (kids are not allowed). It's a wonderful hotel, well decorated. Starting from the staff, they are really kind, always helpful. The rooms are well equipped and elegant. Rooms are automated with RGB lights, making your stay more colourful. Food is delicious. We ate dinner in Umami (all you can eat per 25€/person), and the quality was excellent (asian food, including sushi). The breakfast, a buffet good enough with multiple choices. In the top of the hotel there is a pool where you can take a swim, and enjoy of a nice view with a cocktail and chillout music. Our instance was perfect. We just had one issue in our room (leak of water from the floor above), and we changed our room. Also they provided us a free late checkout until 4pm because of that.

Nice infinity pool on the roof. Good views. A good day to spend on a sunbed by the pool. Good service. Only issue is the prices are the same as in London. We went to a few "posh" places in ayia napa and nowhere the drinks were so expensive.

Great staff and a very interesting place! Big thanks for all the help to Georgia and Teo, we felt like home. As well, Alex one of the waiters from the pool went above and beyond to please us. Overall a great stay with an amazing view.,we will definitely come back for next anniversary🥰😍

Great breakfast. The rooms are very modern and nicely designed. The pool has a very nice view. The room itself does not as it's a small hotel surrounded by streets with traffic; our view was somewhat blocked by a supermarket nearby but honestly it was pretty convenient to have. There is also a coin laundry facility within walking distance. The only complaint is that our room card kept getting errors, had to renew it pretty much every day.

Cannot speak highly enough about the place! Beautiful and attentive staff, Valentina on reception was incredibly helpful and funny, Spiros the chef was inspirational and the food on the fourth floor was excellent. Rooms were very clean and modern, the rooftop was an absolute paradise with an infinity pool, decent cocktail bar, amazing view and very comfortable four poster cabana beds. I will 100% be coming back!

Everything about Napa suits is top notch, their cleanliness is next to godliness. The service from staff fantastic, the view from the pool area, amazing. The breakfast 😋😋😋, my mum for once didn't have to clean a hotel room after checking in 😂🤣😂. My new go to place whenever i am in Cyprus

Great hotel, very modern, high standard of everything. The rooms are nicely decorated, a comfortable large bed, a large shower with colored backlight in the bathroom. Good internet. Delicious and nicely presented breakfasts. Professional, helpful and friendly service. Nice infinity pool on the roof overlooking the sea and the countryside. Free parking at the hotel. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city with easy access from the motorway. The building is surrounded by busy streets and a roundabout. Great price-quality ratio.

Absolutely spectacular. We had an event at this hotel - first of all, the venue was SPECTACULAR. The 4th floor pool and bar area was the perfect spot for our corporate event - the staff was incredible - from helping in the planning of the event to the flawless execution of everything they had to do - they were incredible. I cannot recommend them enough! I am looking forward to my next event there. Additionally, the room that I had was large and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the city and the sea - the rooms were immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was great.

Very nice hotel, modern smart rooms, clean i like it that the cleaning girls were taking care of the rooms every day. The pool at the roof was stunning breath taking they did good job with this ,the employees all of them very polite and professional bravo guys. The only thing i didn't like that much is the breakfast it was totally basic they could do better really.The location was also good .

I chose Napa suites on a local recommendation for what was supposed to be an Anniversary celebration, it was a complete let down. I booked a table for two in the restaurant with the intention of staying within the hotel for the duration of our stay and we were left completely let down by the treatment from the staff when we arrived for dinner. We were looked up and down and told we could not dine due to having open toe footwear. The only footwear we had with us. At no point during the initial booking or the follow up call from the staff was this rule mentioned. We were both dressed in smart tailored shorts and shirts for what was supposed to be a celebration. I have since checked the website and it states smart casual - no mention of footwear. My wife was left completely upset and wanting to check out and go home. We had to leave the hotel and find alternative dining arrangements locally. Completely let down

First time in Cyprus and as we entered we were greeted with complimentary drinks which was a very nice welcome. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very lovely and friendly to my friend and I. The service is impeccable and I would stay here again. It’s very close to shops, bars and the beach which was very helpful.

We stayed for 7 nights at the beginning of June and it was amazing. The hotel was super clean, service was excellent and a great choice of food and drink. We arrived around 10pm and were greeted with a glass of prosecco each. The rooms were great with amazing tech features! The top floor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and looking out over Ayia Napa. Hope to stay here again!!

The place is beyond expectations. Spacious rooms, clean, neat and very quiet. The place is in the heart of Ayia Napa. The breakfast is great and staff is incredibly amazing. Book it without any hesitation, you definitely won’t regret it. But please fix the AC in the elevator 😅
