Superb location . Very popular with the locals so booking is advisable for evenings. Quality local produce reasonable prices attention to detail even the bread and hallomi are freshly made. So good we visited three times in a week

Food was good. It's actually 3.5/5 quality wise. But portions are tiny. Tsipoura was the size or a small fish. Too overpriced for its size. Prices are a bit high. Service is really good, apart from one rude blonde lady that looks eastern European

Highly recommended. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and attentive in making you feel very comfortable and adding to the enjoyment of your evening. Views over the sea are amazing and the walk along the promenade to get there made it even more stunning. Louis himself came over to make sure everything was satisfactory, with nothing too much. Will definitely be back next year!

What a find! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The food, the atmosphere, the service, everything was top notch! You sit directly at the sea with authentic Greek music playing in the background. The waiters are super sweet and know what you like before you order and the food...well, the food is amazing! We had the avocado shrimps to start. Delicious! I had the the chicken kebab and my wife the salmon. We also ordered a side of Tsatsiki as it was the best Tsatsiki we ever had. What a great night out. We also tried the Zivania which is a Cyprus must do. We'll definitely be back!!

We visited this beautifully situated restaurant on a pleasant warm evening, with a nice breeze blowing. Almost too much. Anyway, I had the salmon and my wife had a seafood salad. Both were fresh and very tasty. My salmon was piping hot which was great. The rice and grilled vegetables could have been warmer, but were otherwise fine. Service was prompt and pleasant and as said, the surroundings are quite picturesque. Everything was very satisfactory so 4 stars all around. Definitely recommended 👍

Perfect place for relaxing tasty dinner near sea. Very cozy restaurant, pleasant soft music, nice staff and very good food. We ordered sea food soup, mussels and prawns in garlic sous and everything was perfect. I surely recommend it.

Excellent food . Staff very friendly and polite. Lovely view of the sea from the restaurant and a nice breeze. Didn’t have a sweet but they looked just as delicious . All food looks to be local produce well worth a visit . We will be definitely going back some time in the future

We were walking along seafront, heard the music, liked what we saw & despite restaurant being full we were looked after well. The food was delicious, staff helpful, pleasant local music not too loud & venue amazing. Would definitely recommend & visit again.

Best food we had in Proteros. Clearly they have a focus on fresh produce and well prepared food. Its situated right next to the sea and has a small playground round the back as well...

The location is fantastic, wonderful view of the seaside. Service is just perfect. Food is excellent. Prices a bit high for Cyprus standards, on par with other restaurants in this area (tourist zone seaside) but at Di Capilla it's worth it. Excellent ratio price/quality. I recommend !

Di Capilla is a hidden gem in pedestrian road.. Very nice atmosfere ,service and food The only minus is the limited menu which includes plates that you can find in lower class restaurants.. I expected to find more extensive menu with plates i cant find in lower class restaurants

Good all around with an exceptional view. Food is acceptable all around, but not exceptional. Good for families with kids due to playground. Over summer they also have live music. Given the view, I’d easily recommend giving this a go, and then taking a stroll by the sea, especially if looking for a wide gamut of food.

Must go, dont think! Highly recommended! The food was amazing with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The food is all locally grown, and the chef even makes his own olive oil and amazing sour dough bread! With the best spread you've ever experienced. If only I had found it sooner! Small menu, but you still feel spoilt for choice. Good for all ages and plenty of seating. Even had a play area for the kids. Winner winner, chicken diner if you ask me ! 👍.. even seen Jupiter 🤷

14.06 in the evening My family and I visited this restaurant. Ordered 2 Caesar salads, 2 teas and a chicken kebab for the kids. The children's dish was good. but the problem was with salads. they had a lot of mayonnaise. No, too much mayonnaise. We did not finish the salads, although we came to the restaurant hungry. The "health" of salads (a lot of greens) was simply killed by the sauce. Everything floated in it, the crackers softened. The waiters only brought the dishes and did not come up for the whole evening, and we even asked for the bill ourselves. then I went to the administrator, the woman who worked that evening. I explained the situation to her without expecting any compensation. She listened and asked to wait. Then she brought a bill with a discount. She also offered ice cream as a gift. We agreed, it was nice. While she was preparing ice cream, we were approached by what I think was the chef (or owner of the restaurant). I did not like the conversation with him, he asked one question "what happened?" and then only he spoke. He said it was our problem, which we didn't like. That the ratings do not lie, and other people like it, because no one complains. That there was enough mayonnaise in salads, and this is our problem. I wanted to continue the conversation, to explain that we had not even finished the salads, precisely because of the large amount of sauce, but he simply left while I was talking. During his monologue, he stood with his hands on the back of the chair opposite me and hung over the table. Then the receptionist came and gave us 4 servings of ice cream. ice cream was delicious. I told her about our "conversation" with the cook, she listened and apologized. She is the most attentive employee of this restaurant. I thank her for her understanding and responsiveness. The owner of the restaurant, I think, behaved rudely. If this place is designed for tourists, then they will eat here once and leave. Maybe they won't even post a comment. The rating does not always reflect the real situation in the restaurant. And if a person did not like it, he can remain silent, and even not write a review. And I dared to report the problem to the restaurant staff, and instead of listening to my words, the owner of the restaurant reacts aggressively.

Lovely place in a lovely setting. You will be hard pushed to find a nicer setting on this side of the island. To top it off, whoever is working the kitchen really seems to know their trade. 3 visits/6 different dishes, all of which were done expertly. Service is attentive and friendly. This place gets an absolutely solid 5 stars...

The food and the service was great! They recommend you to book a table before so we did but when we came there it was very empty (7 PM).. People started to come much later but even then it was a lot of free tables.. Anyway. this was a nice experience with some live music! We stayed at the Rising Star Beach Hotel so it was a nice stroll from there to the restaurant (5-10 min walk) Really recommend to visit this place if you are passing by!

Been here a few times over the past 2 years. Lovely location although it can be a little tricky to find if you're not local and don't have GPS/GoogleNav working on your phone. The food is excellent. Service excellent. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. If you are a repeat customer, they really take notice and you feel valued as a customer. The view is nice too. Only open during the tourist season, so April - November.

Great sea view, comfortable chairs. Too salty Bolognese - could not finish, my partner’s carbonara was ok.

Great food and atmosphere. We particularly liked the seafood saganaki and smoked salmon for starters and the pork chops and lamb shank for mains. All were delicious and generous servings. The use of aniseed with the lamb shank was creative and gave it a Cypriot twist. I loved how Chef Louis wrote the introduction online and on the menu, his passion for using local produce and for making dishes from scratch on site and his offer to give kitchen tours. My kids and myself wanted to take him up on his invite and the kitchen was very busy and very professionally run. Unfortunately, Chef Louis was too busy to talk to us and show us around but he was doing a great job.
