It was our 3rd time at Nestor Hotel and I must say it's amazing. For me and my family it's just the perfect place to stay in Ayia Napa. The rooms are lovely, very clean and nice decorated with super comfortable beds. The pool is wonderful with a very nice bar and very good cocktails and the staff....well the staff is the best. I have never met nicer people in my life. Nothing is too much for them, always smiling and willing to help you. Special thanks to Maria from PR who made this stay special for us and to Olga and Efi from the reception. We had a wonderful time and we will be back next year, for sure. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! 🙏❤

Have to say a big shout out to the entire management team and staff. First class in every aspect. Special congratulations to head of housekeeping and support staff who keep the hotel pristine never have I observed the diligence and pride the staff take in keeping all areas immaculately clean. The detail they take in performing their duties with a smile is extraordinary. Well done hope this shout out is loud enough as it’s well deserved. PRIDE clearly evident. Highly tecommend

Lovely experience. The staff were super friendly, and the food was always great. I also used the gym and that was pretty great, the only thing missing is a water cooler at the gym. Also the entertainment was pretty fun and a great way to keep people engaged with the activities! Would return for sure but the only downside is the noise so I would recommend some ear plugs to sleep better.

This is our happy place! The friendliest people look after you..nothing is too much trouble. Kostas and Tamara on the bar are the best!

Perfect location with free parking. Staff were friendly throughout. Great pool and bar staff with more than enough beds for people staying. Room had a joining door which we didn’t need as a couple and we could hear next door more than we expected, that’s the only downside.

Honestly couldn't fault it. The most friendliest staff, want to shout out Paul the receptionist and the life guard christena, they were super helpful and caring. I'd come back again no doubt, I'd even come again on my own I felt so safe and welcome here, it's a small walk to everything perfect location, perfect hotel, 10/10!

Rooms, grounds, pool area and in fact all areas kept to avery high standard of cleanliness and the food great choices, drinks local okay but for a small price you can upgrade.Dimitri the animation King does a great job and needs a special mention.

Comfortable room. Not huge, but very clean and well maintained. Charming service and decent value for money. Location is good; near the beach and the action but enough out of the way to not be too loud.

Pros: - Aircon worked nicely, - Isolation was very good, - Breakfast was very good, - Outdoor pool was great, - Rooms were cleaned perfectly every day. Cons: - Electric outlets were just 2 in the room (plus useless one in the bathroom for a trimmer) and none of them next to the bed, - Sunbeds incoporated in the pool area, cost 5 EUR, it was extremely irritating to pay for the hotel services which definitely must be included in the room price. First time having that experience of paying for the sunbed in the hotel swimming pool! - Some members of the staff were unfriendly. I understand the heat and working in this heat is discomforting, but putting vacationers in the position of appologizing for no reason makes no sense (if you leave your card in the room and need exta to open, if you take breakfast coffee cup to the pool restaurant and then trying to return coffee cup, if you ask extra adapter or one cordial extension, which you must need having 2 electric outlets and almost dozen electric stuff to charge, the staff makes you uncomfortable), - No iron in the room

I was staying in the hotel for 2 nights. Overall, fully enjoyed by experience. I booked the option with just a breakfast and didn’t regret. The hotel provides great breakfast with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Surprisingly, there is also small animation team in the hotel, they offer some kind of activities. The hotel is very well-located in the dynamic area of Aya Napa with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. Also, about 5-7 minutes from the beach by walk. As a downside I can mention that I got a view on the backyard with a trash cans, so it was a bit disappointing.

A great hotel. Large ensuite rooms with balcony cleaned to a high standard daily. The food is excellent. All inclusive buffets have a wide range of food at all 3 meals and a different theme every night. The pool is fantastic, large, well kept and hosts a range of activities. The staff are friendly and welcoming and cant do enough to help. 5 mins walk from beach and all its activities and 10 mins walk from the party district. My son was extremely impressed with the gym, which he used daily always complementing the range of equipment to workout on. A brilliant hotel, we will be booking again for next year.

Starting off the hotels location is ideal with the main part of Ayia Napa being a few mins walk away, as well as the harbour and the beach being a 5 minute walk. Upon arriving to the hotel we was greeted by the caretaker who was very friendly and help and even helped us take our suitcase in, also the gentleman who checked us in was polite and helpful telling us about how everything worked etc. The room was nice and well lit but quite small as opposed to our exceptions , there wasn’t any power outlets near the bed which was slightly annoying just one by the tv. Beds were very comfortable too. The bathroom was okay bar the shower was quite narrow, also unfortunately the shower it’s self wasn’t great with lack of pressure and angle adjustment. There is a balcony too which did provide a view of the pool and which does look lovely at night with the blue led lighting around it. Cleaning staff did come and clean the rooms quite frequently and were all lovely and friendly. However the fresh towels did have strange smell to them which wasn’t ideal. Sleeping was an issue some nights due waking up as some guests and groups of teenagers mainly from the Uk making noise and being loud shouting etc at stupid times 1-2 am and then again at 5-6am when they came back from the clubs. Which was annoying to say the least but we did manage okay but if you do have kids or are a family even a light sleeper you might want to take this into account. Regarding the food we did go for the all inclusive option which we did end up regretting. The breakfast itself was good and was self serve with a range of breakfast items including a self serve hot drinks machine, fruit juices, cereal, toast, eggs etc. and a freshly cooked station available on request. Unfortunately lunch is where it went downhill, it was a buffet again but you had to be seated to order your drinks. There was a lack of variety and what we did try was average at best, the desserts wasn’t too bad though however. Moving onto dinner again it was the same being seated and having you’re drinks order taken then going up to get your food. There was more options available for dinner but again for us it was average at best and some food wasn’t hot enough even though it had just been brought out. There was options available to have a dish cooked by a chef but even these weren’t too great. However on a good note the desserts were great especially the hot cakes which were delicious. The staff and dinner were friendly and happy to help. There is an open bar next to the pool where you can go open and order your drinks, the cocktails were good but not so much the mocktails as they was a tad bit too sweet. Also note after 11pm you do have to pay for your drinks even if you’re all inclusive but you do get a discount. Moving onto the pools the outdoor pool was good with a some jets down the end and you can rent the luxury sun loungers for a cost of €5, which is reasonable considering you a button to get you’re drinks etc brought to you. The indoor pool was okay not much to say it was just regular pool. There was a gym which we did try to use and unfortunately all the machines were outdated or not working properly, so if you did want to get any type of workout you can use the dumbbells which were good enough. On checkout we was able to leave our suitcases in the luggage room until our transfer time was was useful, they do offer changing and shower facilities also but annoyingly you do have to use you’re towel. Also the staff on the checkout desk weren’t too friendly when was checking out and did come off slightly rude. Overall we did have a decent time at the hotel, however I am not sure if I would stay again unfortunately but this is in our personal opinion.

Fantastic family hotel. We are returning guests. But this year my husband has suffered mobility problems. The management and staff have gone above and beyond to make his stay at the Nestor first class. Also not making his mobility an issue. Just treating him as a cherished guest Thank you Nestor Hotel for being so wonderful.

Overall good experience. Staff were friendly, location is perfect for ones that want to explore Ayia Napa center by walking because everything is pretty much near hotel, beach on 5 minutes walk, good public transport connections with other famous beaches, clean rooms, clean pool and sunbeds, very good food with a lot of buffet table options. Downsides: - Pretty basic room, standard materials and generic design in general so there is no some special comfy/luxury feeling, but must say it has everything you need and beds are comfy - Bit slow thus annoying elevators, too much frequent since there are only 2 of them which are probably not enough for hotel capacity in mid season - Early breakfast must be better, we left hotel before breakfast time so we got some packed breakfast in our room on the night before checkout. It is really ultra basic, probably worth no more than 2-3 euros in total - bread, ham, few tea cookies and apple

Very nice hotel with a large and varied breakfast buffet - especially the omelets were great. Very nice and friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the small beach with reasonable prized sun beds near the harbour. Also close to the restaurant street.

This is our second stay at the Nestor. We had a week here over the Easter holiday and after the two year covid fiasco we were ready for a break in the sun. We weren't disappointed. As usual the staff were lovely. Special mention for Christina at the pool area who looks after everyone so well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold food choices available. The rooms were kept nice and clean as were the public areas and the pool area. This hotel sits in an ideal spot between the harbour area and the centre of town where all the bars and restaurants are. It's about a 5-10 minute stroll to each. This is a very good hotel and recommend it for couples or families.

I'm staying in the hotel right now and think that the best way to depict this hotel is my recent experience here. We got two towels for the swimming pool in the morning. At midday, we returned these towels back. We decided to go to the pool second time before the sunset and couldn't get towels this time. A manager of towels said that towels can be given only once a day and we had reached our limits. Four-star hotel, hello. We asked a receptionist whether he can help us. And they helped us and said that we can get new towels by this girl right now. We came back and asked whether it would be a problem to get towels right now. She answered exactly the following: "The only problem here is you", "Yes, you're the problem because I can lose my job giving you these towels", afterwards she gave us these towels. Later on, she tried to explain that she didn't mean that a client could be a problem. But still, I can't put up with this sad feeling. I can't imagine that such a situation may be possible even in the two or three-star hotel.

Perfect place! Excellent food, room service, good wifi, clean and beautiful environment. Barmen follow your wishes regarding cocktails and other drinks. Not far from a beach (3 min walking). Friendly staff. Thank you!

Very good hotel, good food, service, swimming pool, rooms, location. There is music that you can hear from rooms facing the swimming pool but if finishes around 11 pm, so not really a problem.

Very well maintained Hotel with elegant facilities. Diversity of whole food is wonderful. I selected the full package of dining and drinking within the hotel. It was worth the amount that was paid an extra. The alcoholic beverages were all original brands and the amount of alcohol was definitely more than the usual when servings. The pool was astonishingly clean and large. The location is very near to the happening places in Ayia Napa. And all walking distance. The nightly entertainment was also beautiful 🤩. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice vacation.

We are very happy with our stay. Towels in rooms were changed on daily basis and rooms are clean. Gym is nicely equipped. Some machines need repairing though. Every evening there are gigs at the bar, but if someone doesn't like that, rooms are soundproofed. There is central AC and WiFi is good in the rooms. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the port or city center. Bus station is 3 minutes walk. Minus side is that rooms are not very spacious and even though we booked side sea view, there is no sea view from 1st floor rooms. All in all, very nice and would recommend if someone wish to stay closer to the center of Aiya Napa.

This is not the hotel you want if you have a family. I’m still staying at this hotel and I’m writing this review at 4am, after being awakened by teenage kids banging on doors, running and cursing and smoking through the hotel’s corridors. First the pros: -Walking distance to the beach -Friendly staff -Good beds -Kids like the buffet Cons: -Filled to the brim with unaccompanied teenagers -Loud (much because of said teenagers) -Food is just ok I won’t be staying again. I’d leave immediately if I could get my money back.

Thanks to all the staff at the Nestor, who made our stay something special, celebrating a joint 25th Anniversary with our friends. Also a birthday for my Wife. We have stayed several times now and every time it has been a stay to remember, for all the right reasons. We will be back no doubt. Thanks again Steve & Lyn Brittain, Darren & Tina best.

Hotel is in good location close to Aiya Napa harbour and main street, beautiful swimming pool, good food, good service at the bar and restaurant, but the down size is that our ac in the room was not working properly and also the room was dusty.

Me: good morning, can I have sauce for the salad? Waitresses: We don't serve sauce for salad I the morning, only for lunch and dinner.... Me: walking away confused with my sad salad

Stayed there in early october. Really nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Walking distance to the beach. Very near to the centre of Agia Napa and all the restaurants and bars without being right in the middle of all the bars (which would probably be a bit too loud). Rooms were a bit small, but always clean and renovated not long ago. Breakfast had a huge choice of sweet and savoury options. Pool area was also very clean and not too crowded, the prices at the pool bar were totally okay. At night there was always some form of entertainment. Would come again.

Stunning hotel and very friendly staff, you won’t be disappointed! Checked so many reviews before booking and it exceeded all expectations, pool is much bigger than the photos suggest too 👍 Location is perfect. Definitely book yourself in for a massage in the spa whilst you’re there also, would definitely stay again if we go back!
