Agrino is located on the city center of Ayia Napa. it means during the nights you can hear all the party that is happening on the city(even with closed windows). I booked it for a couple of the nights during September. The room I booked, it was included with kitchen and balcony, there it was a bit dirty. I mean tables and chairs. On the room, you need to pay 6€/day if you want to have A/C. I can say about the room it was a big room for 2 people, regarding about the bathroom the water is almost without pressure, we can say its on the point that its not the best bath I have ever had. I dont know if it happen only on the hotel or its everywhere, but even with good signal of WIFI the speed of internet was truly low, I would say that like rdis speed. The staff was truly friendly and kind all the time, and always ready to help.

The worst hotel what we have ever been. The location is good for people who want to party. Its near to city center and clubs. The place didn't live up to what it was supposed to. There was no reception on site, it was totally run down. So there was no staff. You couldn't get to the "lobby" where you could sit down. The pool was not accessible, it was drained when we arrived and was behind a fence. The room keys were in the door when we arrived. So anyone could have entered the room before us. The cleanliness of the accommodation was terrible. There was foreign hair visible on the floor and the kitchen utensils had fallen out that hadn't even been washed since last use. There was no working wifi in the room so we couldn't work. There was one power outlet in the room. You have to choose whether to charge your phone, plug in the TV or turn on the kettle. Horrible. There was only one chair for two people on the balcony. There is no cleaning of the rooms. You only get new toilet paper and they take out the bins. The room door could not be locked from the inside. Agrino was in a great location, the staff and hotel are lovely. Nothing too much trouble and the rooms have everything you need. Comfy clean bed, fluffy towels and a lovely pool area. Loved our 10 days there :0)

An excellent hotel with really good customer service making the guests feel like friends rather than just passers by. Really homely. Great facilities with a large swimming pool, lots of deck chairs, and the room was amazing for the price - a really big bed, a balcony, a large living room with a sofa. Really recommend.

Wow I was so impressed with this place. A bit of a walk, but I wasn't expecting such a lovely, big room for the price I paid. Swimming pool okay. Staff a little slow but friendly and kind.

Perfect! Fully equipped kitchen, fresh renovation, sea view and a lovely balcony. Very close to the beach, airport bus station, however, quiet. Highly recommended!!!

We went with my friends for one night and is not this that we expected.Their was rust in the kettle.The blanket was very dirty.For air-conditioning is charging extra. Not recommended.
