Best ice-cream in Cyprus bar none. No questions asked and no further details needed! Nevertheless, Napolea boasts a wide arange of delightful flavors. Amazingly fresh and tasty ice-cream (having tasted almost all flavors) and amazing service. If everyone knew of Napolea, other ice-cream shops would have closed!!!! It's that good!!!! Will give 4/5 stars, only for the fact that it is closed during Winter (some of us want ice-cream all year long 😍) ~Kapparis franchise

This was the best ice cream in Protaras, the selection of flavours would suit everyone’s taste. It has many chocolate bar flavours as well as fruity flavours and all the classics. My favourite was the Black Forest flavour, really rich and tasty. The staff are lovely and patient while we take time to taste and choose flavours, went there several times and enjoyed each time.

This it's for the management the time it's 13:35 the most hot time of the day end you have just 1 staff front that it's making fresh juice in the meantime in just 5 minutes 6 people that want ice cream including my wallk out 6 ice cream X 6,7 euro = 40 euro

The staff here ( the very young boy and the young woman with glasses) need training in customer service. Awful. They are extremely rude / unhelpful. Will not be coming again because of these 2 idiots. Gave us incorrect change, could not understand a very simple order and became very rude when they didn’t understand. I ask for a plain ice yogurt with no fruit mixed , they give me one scoop. I ask for the yogurt scoop to go in the machine to make consistency soft and she became a rude , making my request seem idiotic , trying to make me look foolish , charge me too much for ice cream and also make incorrect order on a simple coffee. They keep looking over at me also laughing.
