Incredibly slow service. We had 4 orders and they forgot something in each one of those. Quality of the food is on a gas-station level, no scratch that, I'd rather eat in a gas station. An example: a toasted sandwich that maybe saw the grill for 2 seconds before it was hastily thrown in a bag were it fell apart. I would advise everyone to go out of their way to NOT eat here. Coffee was ok.

This is a nice coffee place. Very good central location. The drinks are delicious and the chocolate cookie I had was very yummy. Service and prices were very good too. It doesn't get 5 stars on atmosphere, as it can get a bit noisy due to its location. Apart from that all good.

The menu is way smaller than what you see on the screens. Most of the times they “can’t prepare” what you order, and the service is terrible, they don’t give an explanation or apology. So bad.

Worst place to order. No one at the reception. When the employee came to serve had an attitude. Before we finalised the order he kept telling us the amount to pay even though we didn't have the chance to order. When I wanted to pay with points he said I should have told him earlier.. then he didn't even add my card points..
