I went to Natalie for about a year and a half for my eyebrows. I was happy in the beginning. In that time, I’ve had 4-5 touch ups. My latest touch ups were on 3/23/21 & 4/22/21, and my eyebrows STILL were not identical. I had another scheduled on 6/7/21 that they canceled on me and now that I know what I know, I’m SO glad they did. She said I could have as many touch ups as I needed and that it would cause no damage or issues. I now learned this is completely wrong. I went to get a consultation from someone else because my eyebrows (after ALL these sessions) still do not look identical. They’re very uneven. They had different shades of color. The lines are not even. At the consultation, I was told I now have permanent scar tissue because of the excessive micro shading that was done. Because of this, the color won’t hold to my skin. I now have to wait at least 1 year, hoping I can get them to fade enough and trying to repair the scar tissue to have them corrected. I thought I did my research before choosing Natalie, but I was wrong.

Love this place! Super clean, fair prices! I get my bikini done and the girl I see Johanna is superb! Even while I was super pregnant carrying around my 10lb baby she did a great job. Always tip good, common courtesy and the girls go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied ☺️

I leave this place with amazing brows every time. Natalie does an incredible job. Not only is she skilled, but she has the best personality(: Highly recommend!

Went here a few ago for my Super Skin Cleaning facial an Consultation an it was Super Awesome an so Amazing an my skin feels so soft an so Super clean an Ivett is Super nice an so gentle an very knowledgeable about Skin care an makes you feel so comfortable an nice an your skin so nice an clean. The bed / table was Super clean an so nice an comfortable an head rest an leg rest was Super soft an so nice an place was Super Clean an very nice an loved talking with Ivett an loved the Big Hugs an can not wait to go back an see her again in a month or so too 🙂❤️

This women did my eyebrows & did an AWFUL job, one eyebrow was lower than the other & when confronted about it she proceeded to BLOCK me. She also said she doesn’t refund ANYONE & since i signed a waiver there was nothing more she can do. The least she could’ve done was fix what she had ruined. I’ll NEVER come back here or recommend her to anyone again. Natalie is ignorant & a know it all. Zero compassion. SAY WHAT YA WANT NATALIE, regardless if my eyebrows are drawn in you did AWFUL & OTHER REVIEWS AGREE SWEETIE.

I went to Natalie yesterday for the first time, to say she is wonderful is an understatement, I have no brows due to chemo, she did an amazing job, she explained everything to me before she started, took her time and did an amazing job, I couldn’t be more pleased with how they came out. I feel like a new me! Thank you Natalie….

One more month I see Natalie for my touch up!! Can’t wait ! Natalie is so good at her job ! I have eyebrows now ! What a difference it does , especially as I’m getting older eww, loving my eyebrows and can’t wait to see you soon Natalie !!!!
