i
wasn't
thrilled
with
the
service
myself
&
my
sister
received
at
lash
lounge.
my
technician
was
very
rough,
constantly
sighing
irritably,
and
seemed
to
rush
through
my
appointment.
the
results
were
subpar
in
comparison
to
other
technicians
i've
seen
elsewhere.
i
also
left
with
a
pretty
significant
amount
of
glue
still
fused
to
my
skin
around
my
eye.
my
sister
also
had
a
negative
experience
-
she
said
it
seemed
like
her
technician
didn't
know
what
she
was
doing.
she
had
her
open
her
eyes
and
the
stinging
my
sister
had
in
both
eyes
was
so
severe
it
was
clear
she
didn't
remove
product
correctly
before
telling
my
sister
to
open
her
eyes.
additionally,
she
left
with
tint
all
over
her
eyes,
leaving
rings
below
her
eyes
like
a
raccoon.
overall,
very
dissatisfied.
UPDATE:
changing
to
one
star
after
response
from
store
owner
&
utilizing
this
space
to
respond
to
their
statements
-
both
myself
and
my
sister
told
our
technicians
about
the
left
over
glue
/
black
raccoon
eyes.
a
quick
swipe
of
a
qtip
is
nowhere
near
accurate
as
my
tech
was
SCRUBBING
the
glue
spot
and
couldn’t
get
it
off.
the
same
happened
with
my
sister,
she
was
told
by
her
tech
that
after
a
significant
amount
of
scrubbing
it
wasn’t
coming
off,
but
that
it
would
come
off
if
the
shower
the
next
day.
i
don’t
really
appreciate
being
scolded
for
not
saying
something
immediately
at
the
end
of
an
already
negative
experience.
also,
i
did
reach
out
with
my
concerns
directly
and
received
only
a
“Okay,
thanks!”.
regarding
the
results,
totally
understand
that
it’s
dependent
on
the
lashes,
however,
i’ve
received
other
lash
lifts
with
much
better
results.
half
of
my
lashes
aren’t
even
curled
-
as
you
can
see
from
this
picture
attached,
the
inner
corner
looks
okay,
but
the
outer
corner
lags
downward.
again,
my
review
was
based
on
comparing
my
results
here
to
results
with
other
techs.
as
for
proper
timing,
i’ll
take
your
word
for
it,
but
i
was
taken
in
5
minutes
later
than
my
sister
and
sent
out
8
minutes
earlier
than
her,
so
i’m
unsure
that
makes
sense.
would
also
recommend
not
cutting
down
the
concerns
of
someone
with
a
negative
experience.
