i wasn't thrilled with the service myself & my sister received at lash lounge. my technician was very rough, constantly sighing irritably, and seemed to rush through my appointment. the results were subpar in comparison to other technicians i've seen elsewhere. i also left with a pretty significant amount of glue still fused to my skin around my eye. my sister also had a negative experience - she said it seemed like her technician didn't know what she was doing. she had her open her eyes and the stinging my sister had in both eyes was so severe it was clear she didn't remove product correctly before telling my sister to open her eyes. additionally, she left with tint all over her eyes, leaving rings below her eyes like a raccoon. overall, very dissatisfied. UPDATE: changing to one star after response from store owner & utilizing this space to respond to their statements - both myself and my sister told our technicians about the left over glue / black raccoon eyes. a quick swipe of a qtip is nowhere near accurate as my tech was SCRUBBING the glue spot and couldn’t get it off. the same happened with my sister, she was told by her tech that after a significant amount of scrubbing it wasn’t coming off, but that it would come off if the shower the next day. i don’t really appreciate being scolded for not saying something immediately at the end of an already negative experience. also, i did reach out with my concerns directly and received only a “Okay, thanks!”. regarding the results, totally understand that it’s dependent on the lashes, however, i’ve received other lash lifts with much better results. half of my lashes aren’t even curled - as you can see from this picture attached, the inner corner looks okay, but the outer corner lags downward. again, my review was based on comparing my results here to results with other techs. as for proper timing, i’ll take your word for it, but i was taken in 5 minutes later than my sister and sent out 8 minutes earlier than her, so i’m unsure that makes sense. would also recommend not cutting down the concerns of someone with a negative experience.

Went for the first time yesterday for a full set of level 2 classic eyelash extensions, I booked a senior stylist as I would be able to get more lashes. I told her I was looking for a full effect and wanted something glam but not far fetched from being natural. I got home after the appointment and finally got to have a good look at my extensions and noticed I had no extensions applied to the outer corners of my eyes. They were not very full whatsoever, and my lashes looked as though I had used a good mascara, at some points when I look down it appears as though I don't even have extensions on. Disappointed as I paid $184 after tip for these and am not thrilled with how they look... I am comparing these lashes with past extensions I have received, and as a first time customer, new to this salon, I guess I had just hoped for what I anticipated, considering there are no extensions on the outer corner of my lashes.

I had the greatest experience at the lash lounge, I had eyelashes extension and brow lamination and tinting with Hailey and Ashley. Everything came out so perfect, they were very professional. I recommend both of them, and I will definitely come back.

I had the pleasure of visiting RI for a business trip and found myself in desperate need of a lash touch-up, as I hadn't had the opportunity to do so back home. Luckily, a close friend who regularly visits this place recommended it, and I couldn't be happier that she did. The customer service here is incredibly warm and friendly, and my lash tech did a great job. I'm absolutely planning on returning the next time I'm in town for another business trip because these ladies were truly amazing!

I had an amazing experience today at the lash lounge! I recently did an inquiry and the owner called me immediately and was very informative and helpful and got me in today for my first ever lash experience. The woman i worked with Nikki was great as well and made the process so easy and smooth and taught me the aftercare! I’m so glad i came across this place and will be back

The Lash Lounge in North Attleboro is great! Asya has been doing my lashes for me for the last couple of months and they always look wonderful and last so long! The place is so clean and peaceful to be in ( always looking forward to my nap) I am always greeted by Arianna the moment I walk in, and everyone is so pleasant! Highly recommend this place to anyone 🙂

Amazing place to go! Everyone there is so personable and friendly making it going there a pleasant experience. Nikki is the best to go to. She asked me exactly how I wanted my lashes done and how I felt about them. Her personality and skills make her a gem of a lash tech to find. Will be coming back to her!
