This is one of the worst places I've ever had to deal with. Not only did they bill me for tests in the past that I didn't take (thankfully I caught that!) they tried saying that even though I have insurance they would still bill me for a copayment of $175. That is NOT my copayment amount. Again, charging me for something they shouldn't. How is this place even still open?! They're always in the news also. They claim that I've never been there, but yet they diagnosed me with bronchitis and billed me for extra tests. Clearly, they are trying to make themselves look better by saying that on every bad review, but it's not helping. Don't lie online, fix your issues.

I woke up with a sore throat, cough, and pain in my left ear. They had me sitting in my car for two hours before they came out to do a rapid Covid test. I called them twice to let them know I was still sitting outside. The receptionist was very rude. I finally get inside after a negative test and I was sitting in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to be seen. Not one person was called in the back within that time. The waiting room is filthy. There’s a terrible smell. You can hear the staff all complaining about patients and laughing in the back. The phone is ringing and the receptionist is just ignoring it. Once I get in the back (I’ve been here for three and a half hours now) they say they’re going to do a strep test. Doctor comes in looks at my throats and writes a script for antibiotics and tells me I can go home. They never did the strep test so I’m not sure if I have it or not or what else may be wrong. I have come here for years. I’m not sure what happened to this place but I will not be back after today. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst experience ever in Hospital. You'll be sicker after making a visit there. I am glad that I have a flexibility to move out, never coming back. Be prepared for out of pocket surprise expenses. They even charged me a different amount than what I was told before going through it. Had to wait hours every visit. Receptionist were very rude and unknowledgeable. Their primary job is to assist the customers but seems like they need help with learning their own systems and keeping patience while addressing the queries. Everything is paper based old system, no emails or portals. Lot of discrepancies and miscommunication within their own system and teams, charged me 3 separate times with all amounts being different. Even insurance provider wasn't aware what services are in network or what is out of network. Everything is at least 150% expensive than outside. The whole infrastructure including machines are from ancient era, very old and beat up.

The new doctor there told me he couldn’t give me the antibiotics I was on anymore because apparently antibiotics aren’t used to treat skin? I’ve never heard of that from anyone but him and I told him all of the refills on prescriptions I needed and he said he had them all I asked him twice if he was filling my breathing medicine he said yes both times And when I got to the pharmacy he never put it in the computer the pharmacist told me I was better going back there and getting a prescription in hand because they don’t respond to the pharmacy or answer the phone

This place is freaking ridiculous how do have a patient come in everytime they need a refill takes time out their work day to be seen to get said refill and then waits all day for it to be sent to pharmacy only to have doctor forget to fill it!! Call next day doctor isn’t even there and they have no other doctor that can fill it! So now patient has to go another day without medication!!! This place is a joke!!! Also the Coventry location as well and anyone who gives them 5 stars has to work there!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I called in for my first appointment and ask them if they took my insurance Tufts Medicaid. The lady on the phone told me they did so I proceeded to make my first appointment. Upon arrival for my first appointment I waited about 20 minutes to be seen and nobody ever told me that no they don’t take my insurance. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment where I arrived right on time and they told me that they don’t take my insurance I have to pay $75. And then I would most likely be charged for my first visit. When I asked the lady why why would be charged. when it was not my fault that they failed to notify me that they did not take my insurance The superior that I had asked to speak to gave me attitude like it was my fault. These people do not know what they’re doing they do not know the rules and their regulations as to what Insurance they can take. And I have to tell you I’m only 20 years old but my first physical with them was literally the worst I have ever seen. I REPET DO NOT GO HERE!

Look below at the way the owners respond to negative reviews. It is disgusting. They obviously have zero class or morals to say the least.

Primary care office staffs don't know what are they doing, each time I go there, always new person, seems like no one wants to work there?! CVS keeps sending prescription to refill but no one replies from the office, I even talked to the receptionist and they still didn't answer or actted on my refills. Dr Anthony Farina is the director of this place and he is a very rude, before even he listening to my problems, he told me to fine another Dr. I have a good Dr. there but the problems is office staffs. My suggestion, Dr Anthony Farina should leave as director, must bring a better Dr. who can run North Providence Primary care office.

Keisha was the ONLY person sympathetic of patients time. Dr farina is a rude person, from the way he talks to his patients to talking to his staff where patients can hear them. Extremely unprofessional. The receptionist upstairs clearly doesn’t know how to do her job then blames patients for her confusion and lack of Knowledge on how to run a doctors office! 4 hours in the office and only 30 mins was actually with the doctor or staff member. DONT see this doctors office

I would avoid coming here. It used to be good but not anymore. Not only did the receptionist speak poorly and swore about another patient to other patients in the waiting room but she misplaced my ID and health insurance card like it was nothing. She also told an older man that he should have never come inside if he had flu symptoms and should have read the signs. Very unprofessional! Should have trusted the reviews. 3 people before me, with there only being 4 of us took over 2.5 hours and the DOCTOR was playing games behind the desk in the back and didn’t even introduce herself to me. DANA was great and very attentive!!!

This office is by far the worst medical office practicing medicine in the state of Rhode Island. The providers that work there care about the patients but management does not, do not consider coming here as a patient if you want to live a longer life. Anthony Farina is a rude, bully and arrogant he mistreats his employees and they do not put in any effort into caring for their patients, this office holds medication hostage from its patients and always requires them to come in to the office for a refill even non-critical meds, this is a business not a medical practice. The people are clients and customers not patients. Stay away from this place, do not consider working here they will screw your life.

++WARNING++ Ignoring this information could cost someone their well being or even worse, their life. I recently had a family member go to this facility.. She was told she had broken ribs, partially collapsed lung and traces of blood in her lungs... She was SENT HOME! It was 3 days following her being "seen" by doctors and I learned she was stilling waiting for a "phone call" so I called then place... I tried calling for almost 42 minutes. No answer.... I finally got in touch w/ a nice woman (shocking) and she said she was going to have the doctor that was working that day look at my family members chart... After a few minutes, she called me back (thank you) and stated the on call doctor said she should be in the emergency room... If that was the case, why the he** would she have been sent home?? I took her to Roger Williams Hospital nd they said it was so bad they had to send her to the nearest trauma hospital which luckily is Rhode Island Hospital. She has been there since she was transported via rescue from RW Hospital. While at Rhode Island, she had blood removed from her lungs and she's currently in the critical care section of the hospital... So, I ask again, WHY THE HELL WAS SHE SENT HOME!??!?! Dr. Farino and his staff better pray nothing happens to her as a result of his / his staffs inability to do their job. There are peoples lives!! If you cant do you job, shut down. Oh wait, it's just a way to get quick money... YOUVE BEEN WARNED, DONT GO THERE!

I am giving them a two rating for multiple reasons the first reason would be the length of time that I waited in the waiting room when I was the only one who arrived there and then there was two other people who came in and where I was sent to my room first they're both seen before me. I am a woman of color and I'm not sure if that played a part but it just didn't seem fair. And then after being in the room and waiting another 45 minutes after waiting over an hour when the place was empty the doctor comes in he listens to my symptoms in the only thing that's on his mind is covid-19. I could have had multiple things wrong with me giving my family history. He came in with the mask and he took blood for antibodies set me up for an appointment with testing and left me to go home. I came in there with body aches from head to toe muscle pain and fatigue which could have been many things my hands are still folding because it's arthritis in my hands and I have since then been positive for Lupus but he didn't look at anything but covid-19. Then I get a phone call two days later that results are back from my antibody test. This phone call was late in the evening. I tried to call back and got the answering machine and tried to call back several times after that this is a few business days after that and this woman has still yet to call me to give me my results. I would not recommend this place nice building nice area but poor service.

The receptionist is very rude. I was trying to make an appointment and she was being very rude about my situation. She then put me on hold for 20 minutes, I went to the clinic and I showed them I was still on hold. They had no patients and the lady I was on the phone with was walking around doing nothing while I was still on hold. She was surprised when I showed her I was still on hold. They should pay attention to what kind of people they hire.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! My 4 year old son woke up with an ear infection so I waited until they opened at 8 (vs others opening at 9) to bring him in. He was in pain, exhausted and despite being the first patients there we waited until 8:45 and there was STILL NO DOCTOR IN THE BUILDING!! This is an urgent care facility and it’s completely unacceptable to not have the required staff at all times. The staff that was there seemed like this was a regular occurrence and didn’t seem to see an issue. We went to a different urgent care and was in and out in 25 minutes !!

This place is absolutely horrible. 2 hrs waiting in my car for a Covid text. I had to call and go back into the facility. After a negative Covid you go in and they collect their copay before even giving treatment ! Another 2 hrs in the waiting room to be giving a flu test n not examined at all. This dr just came in told me I had the flu and that was it. She didn’t listen to my lungs nothing. Worst experience at an urgent care I want to file a formal complaint. This place isn’t fit to run.

Worst Primary Care Dr I've ever been to. Had 2 appointments total. One was the intake physical which I waited over an hr to be seen after arriving on-time. Second appointment was a follow up and I waited over 2 hrs before deciding to leave and find a new Primary. Apparently the Drs on shift can just leave even though they have scheduled appointments. Horrible experience

2nd time going to this urgent care. 1st experience was not to bad. Checking was a bit of an issue; however, i can not blame the poor young lady as it was her 1st day on the job with no one there to assist her and or train her. Waited for a while before seen, but nothing unusual. This 2nd time, As required, I called to let them know I was in the parking lot waiting in my vehicle to tested for Covid and the young lady that answered stated that someone would be right out. A few minutes go by, a staff member comes out and clearly gives a Covid test to the gentleman in the vehicle next to me that pulled into the lot at the same time as me. After 30 minutes of no one coming out to see me, I elected to call them to inquire on the status of someone coming out with the test. The young lady apologized. Well, 3 more phone calls later, and 1.5 hours, a staff member came out to test me. 15 minutes later came out to tell me I was negative and to come inside to be seen. Well after filling out one of those grueling medical forms, a mother and daughter came down from the examination area and demanded there copay back as they were in there for 3 hours with out being seen. Well after hearing that and handing the receptionist my paperwork, another patient came down to state that she was leaving as she was waiting way to long as well, and, then even turned to me and suggested that I should not waste my time, the girl walked out stating that she was going to Roger Williams Hospital and left. The receptionist, needless top say, was now a bit frazzled, and asked me what I wanted to do, i just asked her to hand me my paper work and I left. I don't know how this place is on a regular basis, but maybe they were short staffed, and or maybe they just are a simply not organized.

Go anywhere else. Receptionist was horrible and refused to take my insurance and was very rude. After being forced to leave the building and wait an hour for a covid test she refused my insurance card (due to a simple typo). I was forced to drive all the way to a different urgent care and walked right in and was seen quickly.

Staff is great, they go as quickly as possible. Depending on time of day, day of the season, or stuff like traffic, you may be in & out or could sit for 2 hours. End of the day, it's Urgent Care, that's how it goes, better than the ER and no one is filing their nails or ignoring people while planning their weekend. Haven't killed me or left me ill...can't ask for more in my book! Thanks guys!! Xo

Worst front office staff I’ve ever encountered. After weeks of calls, unable to get a refill on a simple prescription. The entire staff seem to have no idea that ExpressScripts, a home delivery prescription service with millions of patients, exists. Waits are typically over an hour long. This practice has zero knowledge in the front office and their management seems to be non-existent.

I ignored the bad Google reviews bc I wanted to give them a chance for myself but I should have listened. After waiting 10 minutes to even be greeted I was met with an immediate attitude from the receptionist because I had a sore throat on top of on earache. I told her I had an ear ache and she replies “WHAT ELSE”… I said a little bit of a sore throat and she scoffed and mumbled something like “unbelievable” under her breath. Apparently I needed to be tested for covid (which is fine) but the receptionist gave me a crazy attitude for seemingly not knowing this. She made me feel like an annoyance right off the bat. This is an urgent care and I should never be made to feel like an annoyance for being UNWELL. I also want to add that there are no notices posted ANYWHERE (atleast any visible ones that I saw) that any respiratory symptoms require you to remain in your car instead of going inside. Why wouldn’t you have this advertised ? So I went outside to my car to wait to be covid tested and fill out my paperwork on my steering wheel (I had to ask for a pen) and waited for 20 minutes and no one showed. I want to believe that this woman had a lot on her plate and that they were clearly understaffed but that is never an excuse to treat people this way. Never. I ended up leaving and going to another urgent care which ended up being the best decision I made all day.

Very good place, the doctors here are amazingly experience. I came in with a gun shot wound and was treated efficiently and transported to the Fatima Hospital ASAP for further treatment, thanks to the gentleman in the front desk, he was able to assist me and get me seen right away. I will recommend this place to anyone without any exceptions!

Primary care is very unprofessional. Receptionist gave me a card with the date of the next appt. and scheduled it for a different day. I had an echo and was told to schedule an appt. for 3 weeks later to go over results. Without informing me beforehand, they let me come in to tell me the results weren't in. I scheduled another appt. for 2 weeks later to be told yet again the results weren't in. Weeks and weeks of calling them to hear them tell me they were "tracking it down" which was a lie. After almost 2 months they finally told me the tapes of the echo were not working. Huge waste of my time. Unprofessional and lackluster healthcare.

I showed up for a sore throat. Door said opens at 8, didnt open till 9. I should have checked the website, bt was in a rush and door said 8. I tell them I have a sore throat and they tell me it's a respiratory issue which it isn't, and I have to go to the left of the building to test for covid which I had no symptoms of. I go to the left where someone tells me to get my car and itll be 10 min. It was 20 and still noone came. Soo I left. Go to Atwood urgent care. 1000% better

The worst place I have ever experience. Don't answer phones. Lie about over the phone appointments during a pandemic. One employee telling me that this is strictly so they can make more money. When you make an appointment expect atleast a one hour wait. Place couldn't be run any worse. I have been out of a prescription for four days now with no help.

Don’t come! This was the most horrible experience in my whole life. I should trust Google Reviews before I came. The employees were hard to talk to and didn’t care about their basic obligations. You can never find the manager. I paid them the money for exams and never received the results or a call (BTW, I found some health problems when I visited the other health institute!!! In other words, this place just did not take my exams seriously!! Did they actually look at the numbers and data of my results??)

This practice is a complete and utter joke and should be closed. That sounds extreme right? I went here for proximity to my home when I lived in NP. Expect no less than a 1 hour wait on appointments and make sure you know that each time you see a doctor you'll never see him a second time because God knows why .. So every time you have a problem someone new and incompetent is trying to read your X-ray and file from the start which eats into your time because they have no background on you...They told me I have ailments that I don't have. They can't read X-rays..They put you on hold for 30 min for a simple question. Don't go here..Drive by and never pull in...it is honestly the biggest joke I've ever seen in medical care..and you deserve better..A Exotic pet Vet would probably be more professional and knowledgeable.

This place is the very definition of a scam artist. We moved to Florida in June of 2020. We received a letter from a collection agency 2 days ago. It states we owe $100. Upon investigation, NP Primary claims that my wife went there on Nov 19th, 2020 for a COVID test. Did I mention that we moved to Florida in June 2020? When we called, they said that someone took a COVID test on November 19th whose name was that of my wife. We are still waiting for a call back. We asked for proof that she was there in that date. Medical facilities are required to take a photocopy of a patients driver’s license so we asked for a copy of that WITH the date shown in the same page. They also said that my wife received a call from them with the results 2 days later. They did tell us they called my wife’s cell phone and they did have the correct number. I checked her cell phone records. No calls from anyone from Rhode Island between Nov 9 to the 28th. Waiting for a call back. So far, nothing. No proof. That’s because they are trying to scam the State of RI trying to charge people for FAKE COVID TEST. Pretty shady was to try and get paid for something they never did. What an absolutely disgusting business. BUSTED!!! LOL

I completely understand that covid has pretty much halted normal and routine ongoings of the medical field but the care ive received lately has been very, very disappointing. It has been over a week since I went and have been calling and waiting for the results of cultures the last several days. I had an allergic reaction to the 1st round of antibiotics, took 3 days to get a doctor to prescribe me a different antibiotic. I had another allergic reaction and contacted them again. They prescribed me antibiotics assuming I had a uti, still no confirmation regarding my test results and no one has contacted me regarding the 2nd allergic reaction or the test results. On the intake form Iisted medical conditions that should have been taken into account when the antibiotics were prescribed and no such thing happened. The antibiotics prescribed have only fed into the medical issues I have already and since it is speculated I have a uti, with a history of kidney issues, the level of urgency this office is operating under is nervewracking and in my opinion negligent.

I can’t really think of anything good to say about my two experiences there. First time was for a COVID test. I had to call three days in a row to get my results, and was even hung up on at one point. Pardon me for wanting to know if I have a life-threatening illness. The second time I went because I interacted with someone who had strep, and was almost certain I had it myself. After waiting forever to see a doctor, he told me that I was being far too aggressive and a test was unnecessary, since I did not have symptoms. When my test came back positive, as I knew it would, he told me that I had done the right thing by being proactive. I hate doctors. This guy and this place made me hate them more.

6/29/2020 I sought treatment for allergic reaction to poison ivy. Visit was during Covid-19 Pandemic. I entered the medical building with face covering. However, 2 staffers arriving to work did not have face covers. One actually spoke to me less than 6 feet away, and the other passed me while talking to another. Aside from the generic Covid-19 warning posted on entrance door, there were no additional screenings by front desk or Medical Assistant in room. Went to room sink sink to wash hands and there was no soap or sanitizer in room. I went to another exam room and dispenser also empty. This was early morning during a Panndemic!. Handwashing is basic practice. An assistant came in with container of soap. Dr. Gutierrez came with respirator type mask but did not wash his hands prior to exam. N. Providence, Providence, ans Pawtucket are considered "hotspots" within the state of RI. Let it be clear that complacency contributes to upticks. Insist on the basics during a medical crisis.

Wow, I try my best to not give bad reviews until they deserve it! First time i went called because i had symptoms of covid waited 1 hour to be tested although i knew it wasn’t covid because i was already tested ! I go in to get check they said i would get tested for strep never did instead i got a chest xray because of my asthma thanks god im a xray student and seen my xrays didn't look great the doctor comes in looks at my throat just gave me antibiotics, antibiotics that is not for what i was diagnosed me with a sinus infection, bronchitis and asthma , fluids on my chest ( from an xray they did) and fluids in my ears they gave me medication that states DO NOT USE FOR BRONCHITIS OR ASTHMA COUGH ! After he dismissed me i asked about my xrays because he didnt mentioned them , his response was i didnt even looked at them ! ( why order xrays if yu not gonna look at them ) After a week i went back because i wasn't getting better spoke to another doctor who actually helped & asked me why didn't the prior doctors not treat my fluids on my chest . This doctor prescribed me a different type of antibiotics and gave me drops for my ear so the pharmacist email them and they weren’t answering the email so i decided to call when i call i spoke to the receptionist and she put me on hold and hung up my call , I continue to call and she kept hanging up so i went in person and wanted to proof myself and call in front of her with out her knowing and i just watched her ignore my call she knew who i was because i was mad and gave her attitude. I hate to be the one to get someone in trouble at work but if she dont want to work she dont have to ! I been in pain for 4 weeks already not getting better because the doctors prescribed something that is not even for what i have of course i was never gonna get better. The receptionist was actually pretty nice the whole time i was there until i seen she ignoring calls NOT cause shes busy idk why shes doing it . All she had to do was explain and let the doctor take over. If she cant even do this she needs to find another job and let people who actually want to help people help!

I was the 2nd or 3th sick person to sign in,the receptionist was the only one running the front office ‘ she made a comment ,,,,, I thought you were writing a book , because I didn’t go as fast as she wanted me to, would not recommend this place

This is by far the worst place literally the doctor came in my room saw me for 2 seconds and left she told me exactly what she told the gentleman on the side of me. The female doctor attitude is absolutely rude

Long wait to be told they couldn't do anything about a deep cut. Short staffed, so moved upstairs to a doctor office, then back down to urgent care. Very limited instructions on what to do for the cut too.

Was there 4 hours ago with my 81 year old mother who tested positive for covid. I got tested also and I came back negative. They called me and wanted me to go in the office immediately to tell them how I'm feeling. My mom is sick and still waiting to hear from them. All they want is to bill your insurance and have no regard for sick people.

The doctors were kind, their hours allowed me to not miss work and if not I would of been on the ER which could of taken 5or more hours, here I was out in 1.5 having two children seen.

My whole family likes this place. So far, the staff has been very friendly, decent wait time and doctors are very professional and caring (I had an accident and they actually followed up with me/phone call).

The woman in the front desk was very rude plus she needs help doing her job, she can't do everything by herself.

This is the first time I've ever been here, and let me tell you, everyone is so friendly. Quick service, for an urgent care! From reception to the Dr, it was a good visit, for a not so good reason!

This is place is BAD!! Saw the bad reviews but just ignored them because it is my closest location. EVERYONE is very rude! My husband was waiting there for 3 hours and they said he has been there for only 20 minutes!! They said they were cleaning the room and the room was dirty. Horrible service. Definitely not coming back to this location.

This is honestly the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to, every time I come, I’m waiting over two hours.. I pay out of pocket for no reason because I always end up leaving 2 to 3 hours in and not seeing a doctor at all.. I confront them about it and they honestly don’t care. It’s ridiculous…

I went there twice. First time, waited 3 hrs before seeing a doctor. Second time, 4 hrs. I actually fell asleep waiting to be seen. I was here a week prior but had to fill out the 4 page intake forms anyway. First time, the doctor had to ask the nurse to take my vitals. She forgot? Second time, the nurse started to do vitals but left to go get her stethoscope. Never returned. My blood work was never even picked up. No results after waiting 6 days. Once, a doctor left the door partially open so I could hear the entire conversation with his patient. I did a urine sample downstairs, left it for the nurse/front desk lady. She brought it to doctor with no label.

I love this place, the staff is very friendly and the nurses are extremely caring and respectful. I didn't have my insurance card with me and the receptionist called my health care provider and found all the required information to be seen. I was previously seen at this facility and was a bit disappointing but let me tell you, the change in the past months has been incredible. Thank you everyone at the Urgent Care!

Went in for a covid test. They charged me $100 for the phone call to schedule the appointment and $100 for the phone call to get the test results. I have insurance. When I called billing their response was “that’s what the doctor charges.” I was given no medical advice aside from “if it gets worse you’re going to have to go to the er.” Taking advantage of people during normal times is shameful. This is obscene. I’ve notified the department of health. They are disgusted. My next step is to the news. I’m sure they’ll be anxious to hear a story about a doctor exploiting the public during a pandemic. I hope it was worth it.....

I really like the Doctor that works here. In the nurses are very nice also.Just be sure they take your insurance. They do not accept Medicaid.

This urgent care is great. Realize, that this isn't Rhode island hospital with a ton of staff and lots of rooms. You may have to wait a bit at times when they are busy , but when your seen you have friendly , knowledgeable staff that will give you great care and send you on your way as quickly as possible. The facility is clean and everyone is on the same page. A well oiled machine. I highly recommend this walk in urgent care.

I brought my child to get an xray here, the wait was a little long but it was defiantly worth it. Thank you to all the staff and the nurses made the experience very comfortable for my 11 year old.

Best urgent care in the area, I had a terrible experience at the Ocean State Urgent Care down the street from this facility. I was seen quick, treated with care and respect. Dr. Romano is one of a kind such a handsome caring Doctor!

I went to a different urgent care twice and my own doctor once for the same skin issue. Each time I got a different cream to use and different advice and different opinions on what it was. The creams they prescribed didn't help and seemed to make it worse! This had been going on since before Thanksgiving! I got an appointment with a dermatologist finally but it was far away and I couldn't take it anymore I went to NP Urgent Care and Karen Grande said yes it is a serious case which needs a dermatologist but she was pretty sure it wasn't what either doctor had said before. She gave me a different cream and it was the only cream which didn't make my skin flare up! After a cpl days I noticed a difference finally and now every day it gets a little better. Sorry for the long review. A lot of people were telling me to not go to an urgent care but this place really helped me! The hospital was way too overcrowded. Also I want to say she did seem very concerned and sympathetic. She called to check on me and everything. I will def always go here.

I’ve been a couple times there, I found it when looking for a primary care dr. So, I’ve become a patient since then and so far so good. No one else was accepting new patients. They took me in soon enough, did a physical and testing. People is very friendly new doctors are very knowledgeable. I like it so far. Probably the only thing I would change and complain about is the furniture at the waiting area on the second floor which not represents the whole place in general which is pretty clean and neat. I love they have a walk in clinic. I’ll be praying for it since I like it and I would love to see it improving.

So I came for a covid test, I was attended pretty quickly but 1hour and 45 minutes later I am still here waiting for a doctor's note for work, which I was told was ready many moons ago. Find somewhere else don't come here, this place is horrible. Still here 2 hrs later. This S**t hole needs to be shut down. Full blown covid, I should be home resting, not sitting in my car waiting for a doctor's not.e. For more than 2 hrs

I wonder how the City of North providence let those uneducated people run such a place like this, the employees there sound very aggressive and racist, the doctor she was yelling at me when I was talking normal to her and I was right I took my Covid test three days ago and it was still not ready and overall she called the police on me but the police were very nice and they went and grabbed my result and let me go, I’m sure the police had their experience with those people that’s why the police was on my side even tho I’m just a passer, I really don’t recommend this place.

I see responses from management to other reviewers saying that they checked their records and that the person is not a patient. Isn't that a HIPAA violation to comment if someone is or not?!

I have gone here several times this year for different issues. Each time I spent 3 to 4 hours in total mostly waiting around to be seen. The intake people have to literally search for my doctor who is usually no where to be found. I am sent a different male practitioner every time I'm there, even though I asked to be seen by a woman. This last visit I was seen for a follow up for a new medication. My doctor forgot to send the refill for my prescription to my pharmacy, and I've been on the phone with this office and my pharmacy for days. The office blamed my pharmacy for the mix up the 3 times that I called. They finally realized the mistake was on their end. My meds have now run out and I'm still waiting.

4 hours of waiting just to be shrugged off. I get it's a busy time, but they never told the nurse what room I was in, the nurse had no compassion, and were all rude about leaving doors closed but then proceeded to leave it open when she came into the room to get my vitals. Go somewhere else even if they have a long wait. You'll be waiting less time.
