2nd
time
going
to
this
urgent
care.
1st
experience
was
not
to
bad.
Checking
was
a
bit
of
an
issue;
however,
i
can
not
blame
the
poor
young
lady
as
it
was
her
1st
day
on
the
job
with
no
one
there
to
assist
her
and
or
train
her.
Waited
for
a
while
before
seen,
but
nothing
unusual.
This
2nd
time,
As
required,
I
called
to
let
them
know
I
was
in
the
parking
lot
waiting
in
my
vehicle
to
tested
for
Covid
and
the
young
lady
that
answered
stated
that
someone
would
be
right
out.
A
few
minutes
go
by,
a
staff
member
comes
out
and
clearly
gives
a
Covid
test
to
the
gentleman
in
the
vehicle
next
to
me
that
pulled
into
the
lot
at
the
same
time
as
me.
After
30
minutes
of
no
one
coming
out
to
see
me,
I
elected
to
call
them
to
inquire
on
the
status
of
someone
coming
out
with
the
test.
The
young
lady
apologized.
Well,
3
more
phone
calls
later,
and
1.5
hours,
a
staff
member
came
out
to
test
me.
15
minutes
later
came
out
to
tell
me
I
was
negative
and
to
come
inside
to
be
seen.
Well
after
filling
out
one
of
those
grueling
medical
forms,
a
mother
and
daughter
came
down
from
the
examination
area
and
demanded
there
copay
back
as
they
were
in
there
for
3
hours
with
out
being
seen.
Well
after
hearing
that
and
handing
the
receptionist
my
paperwork,
another
patient
came
down
to
state
that
she
was
leaving
as
she
was
waiting
way
to
long
as
well,
and,
then
even
turned
to
me
and
suggested
that
I
should
not
waste
my
time,
the
girl
walked
out
stating
that
she
was
going
to
Roger
Williams
Hospital
and
left.
The
receptionist,
needless
top
say,
was
now
a
bit
frazzled,
and
asked
me
what
I
wanted
to
do,
i
just
asked
her
to
hand
me
my
paper
work
and
I
left.
I
don't
know
how
this
place
is
on
a
regular
basis,
but
maybe
they
were
short
staffed,
and
or
maybe
they
just
are
a
simply
not
organized.
