House was modern and clean. Pool was great for relaxing, there was a speaker for music that I could connect to spotify. We were even able to watch the NBA playoffs at the house. The beaches were beautiful with CLEAR water. Tip: bring lots of sunscreen and a sunshirt if you burn easily. Patricia is a great host with lots of helpful insight!

She gives you a tour of the house which is helpful, and provides a cell phone\u00a0for emergencies . The house is functional, very well organized and labeled. Location is close to stores and many restaurants. Driving was fairly easy and needed if you want to explore the island. There is filtered water from the fridge and a very nice washer\/dryer. An abundance\u00a0of towels so no need for housekeeping. Beach accessories \u00a0were provided; chairs, cooler, and umbrellas. Life moves very fast so it was nice to slow down for a week at the gorgeous Turk Haven Villas. Patrica was a fantasic host - responsive, diligent and inviting. The villa has everything you can ask for in a rental including plenty of towels, snorkling gear, BBQ, Etc. The pool and polol area were great a good size with plenty of seating and lounging. Beautiful Long Bay beach is a very short walk from the villa. My family used the two upper level suites with full baths in each. The villa has a third suite on the main level. We hope to be back!!! Tip: Do ot miss the amazing sun sets on the rear balcony. TCI favorites: Da Conch Shack, Cocovan, Breakfast at Somewhere Cafe and live music at Castaways

We just spent 8 beautiful days at the Turks Haven Villa and it was pure paradise! The Villa is gorgeous, immaculate with a beautiful pool, 3 large bedrooms and a fun kitchen/great room to gather. It is across the street from the ocean--amazing! Patricia and Marvin were incredible hosts! Pictures do not do justice! If you are considering it--GO!!

Second time staying at Turks Haven Villas and as always we had a wonderful time. Patricia goes above and beyond and is the best host! Her home is beautiful and has everything you would need for a great vacation in TCI.

Turks Haven Villa is a fantastic place to stay. It’s a beautiful , spacious and modern home with simply everything you need for a wonderful stay. The villa is located in a growing community in the most wonderful location right across from a popular kitesurfing spot. It’s just a short walk down to the beach. Grace Bay Beach and Leeward Beach are just a short drive away. The owners are wonderful and highly professional and just a phone call or text away for any needs or questions. The neighborhood feels very safe. The house is also equipped with an alarm system. A car is a must to get around but can conveniently be rented from the owners directly. Grace Bay has lots of great restaurants and a very nice little town center to shop. Grace Bay Gourmet was our go to grocery store. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged too.

Just returned from a beautiful week in T and C at this beautiful villa. Patricia and Marvin thought of everything! Thishome is well appointed and has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable at the beach. Umbrellas, chairs, towels, life jackets, floaters and snorkel gear! Amazing. Enjoy their lush backyard full of tropical plants while you read by their refreshing pool. Then grill or go out to many nearby options to enjoy local seafood and Caribbean fare. Could not have been more relaxing to just walk across street to enjoy a spot on Long Bay beach which is very private. Very few people so you can just enjoy the breeze and the view of some of the most spectacular water you will ever swim in! It really looks like the postcards! Thank you to Patricia and Marvin who ate the most gracious hosts we have ever stayed with. Come and enjoy this villa....but don’t tell too many people! 😉 I need it to be available for me again soon!
