Beautiful vacation villa with every amenity right on Taylor Bay. There is a loft which sleeps 4 which is NOT suitable for anyone under 15. Also be prepared for an increase in pests as the humidity increases (just part of life in the tropics) They are controlled well with Deep Woods Off with Deet. Management Company sees to every need instantly and even arranged for jet ski rentals to be brought right to the villa's private dock. Island itself is very, very pricey with gas at $4.79 a gallon and Doritos at $6.00 a bag!!! There are several local restaurants within a ten minute drive as well. On the whole, this was a phenomenal family vacation! Highly recommend Sunset Point!

Home is as advertised and accommodating. Views are amazing. Location is safe and the private pier is awesome. It honestly hit the mark for our family. I wouldn’t rate the house lower simply because of the expensive amenities. Just wanted to mention it. Julian was awesome and even stopped by after a small storm (overnight) to make sure that the house didn’t require some attention. Some small issues, chairs blew off the pier, some small issues but they were on it. The check in was great. Everyone was accommodating and very helpful. No issues whatsoever. Security patrols the neighborhood. Not that there is a feeling of any issues, just nice to see. You can walk right from the house to Taylor Beach which is great with kids. No big current or surf. Very shallow for hundreds of feet out. The water is crystal clear. It is what Corona commercials are made of. The home has mini split AC units. The check in and Julian mentioned right away so it wasn’t going to be a surprise. You will get a 200 dollar credit for the house (electric usage). We stayed in the house for 7 days. We were in the house during the day are various times. To turn the air off would take too long to cool down to be comfortable in the evening. Full disclosure. Lol. We set the units to 23 Celsius. Which is about 72 degrees which made it nice to enter back in the home and sleep at night. Of course you could set it higher. There are 7 mini splits in the home including all rooms and common area of the kitchen and living room. Each one was set and each one ran for 7 days. Actually a true 6, we left at 11am on the 7th day. Our 200 dollar electric credit deducted from then 700 electric bill. The meter was read when we showed up and they made sure to show us, they also had a meter reader at departure. Again. Everything was great. No issues, I wouldn’t even rate the house lower because of this, but just wanted to mention it. We would certainly stay again. The house was great. It was my family (4 total, 2 small boys) our friends (4 total, small boy and young girl).

We went for my parents 50th anniversary on Christmas 2012 the house is beautiful the deck is beautiful the pool is beautiful everything is great will be back thank you for a great time

Beautiful clear beaches and views. House was immaculate and conveniences abound. Private and quiet. Met some great vacationers who enjoyed their stay, too. P.s. This beauty is NOT cheap. I highly recommended it.

Everyone LOVED the house! The views and sunsets cannot be beat! The floating raft is a blast! We floated over to Taylor everyday which was a lot of fun! We didn't go out much because it was hard to pull ourselves away from that gorgeous view and swimming in the ocean. There was plenty of outside seating options, which we all enjoyed. Everyone kept windows and doors open to enjoy the Caribbean breeze, not much AC was consumed. The beach chairs, umbrella and rafts were very appreciated!! The water cooler inside the house was probably the most appreciative item in the whole house. You have a fantastic home in paradise! We will definitely return if possible!!! The communication between the owner and the maintenance company was a 10. The website guidebook is a great idea and was used. Thank you for everything!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation week at Sunset Point Villa! House has everything you need for meals and pool and beach fun! Wonderful restaurants and plenty to do! Only downside was lots of humidity causing heat, and electricity allowance only lets you use air conditioning at night, so very warm in late afternoons. Also, everything is expensive, but we enjoyed everything we paid for, the beauty of the ocean makes it well worth it! I highly recommend Sunset Point Villa!

We loved our one week stay at Sunset Point Villa this past Christmas in the Turks. The home exceeded our expectations. The views are amazing and we loved watching the sunset each night on the deck. The privacy of the home is also very special and unique to the area - you are truly surrounded by nature and the ocean. We felt as though we were floating over the water. All of the amenities were great and when we had any questions, the management team was very responsive and knowledgeable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunset Point Villa and we look forward to returning on our future trip to Turks and Caicos - thank you again for making this a 5-star holiday!

Can’t say enough good things about Bob’s Sunset Point Villa. It was comfortable, spacious, perfect for our family trip. The extremely well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. Loved the direct ocean access and the short walk (or swim) to the beach. The villa management staff were great and responsive. We travel extensively and this is one of the first times I’ve felt that where we were staying was a part of the destination. We hope to come back again.

Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa was the perfect spot to get some rest and relaxation! The views are absolutely unbeatable. Waking up and having coffee while overlooking those beautiful blue waters was the perfect way to start our days. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and felt like we had the whole Point to ourselves. It was a short, easy walk by water over to Taylor Bay. Julian was very helpful as well as prompt with any requests that we had. He was able to arrange private transportation to dinner a few nights. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy a few private chef dinners as well in the villa. Thank you for opening your villa to us! It was a little slice of heaven and the perfect spot to get away from the cold and clouds of Michigan.
