Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. Less than a mile walk to Lake Titicaca. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Eggs, French toast, sausage, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, coffee, tea. Rooms reasonably priced, free wifi, DirecTV.

The staff were all excellent in providing service, respect and welcoming assistance. The room was great. WiFi good enough. AC good. Hot water plentiful. The breakfast is also nice. Highly recommend. In fact, this is the third of this chain the others being in Cusco and Lima and they were all wonderful.

The best hotel in Puno for sure. They put in a lot of effort to make our stay lovely, even though we only stayed one night. Our room had a big, comfortable bed and was very clean. There was a chocolate on the pillow and a cookie given to us before bed. The lovely staff kindly recommended restaurants unprompted. They prepared breakfast for us 10 minutes earlier as we had to leave early for the bus - the breakfast is simple but made fresh to order. I would recommend the hot cakes/pancakes. The yogurt is the flavoured sweet pink kind. The room had WiFi and the shower was fantastically hot. We slept very well. They arranged us a taxi in the morning too. The location is excellent - just a block from the main square. We can recommend a fabulous hole-in-the-wall pizza place called Morgana also which is close by. There is also a cafe for fresh coffee and selling panettone on the street in front. Just to note that like most hotels in Puno, the decor is a little out of date and the carpets particularly. However, this is by far one of the best options in the main town.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Alan walked the extra mile to get us boiling water later in the evening and extra forks and plates for our fruits. It’s right in the downtown area and just few steps to the pedestrian only street, where you can find a lot of restaurants. The only drawback is that the internet in the room is not working properly and the speed is slow. Overall it’s a decent place for a short trip if you are not too picky about internet.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were actually traveling on the PERU HOP bus and wanted to stop overnight on the island, but the bus drop-off location was limited to hotels in the city center. We were completely unfamiliar with Puno and didn’t know where to find a hotel to stay at while waiting to be picked up for our island adventure. We came across reviews from Taiwanese friends online and decided to reach out for help. We are very grateful that the hotel extended their assistance, allowing us to purchase the breakfast usually reserved for guests and providing us a place to wait at the hotel. The breakfast offered was delicious and plentiful. In fact, someone fell ill during our journey, so we are truly thankful for the warm and gracious help. We’ll definitely plan on staying here if we get the chance again.

Staff were very helpful. The included breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable. It’s in the walking area of the city so no noise from traffic.

This hotel was the best between all the hotels that we took in peru. The location is in a pedestrian street. They had a parking for the car that was so helpful. The rooms are clean, bed sooo confortable, and not noisy at all. The employees were so nice and helpful, they speak French and English. The breakfast was a buffet, the best as i said earlier. They booked for us the tour of the Floating islands. I recommend this place for puno!

The hotel is really nice and the staff was really helpful: once we checked out and got back from our trip in Amantani we discovered our bus to Cusco was cancelled. Even if we checked out 2 days prior the staff helped us finding new bus tickets! We were saved.

I've been traveling around south America(8 countries, 20 cities) and this hotel was one of the best hotel. Front desk individuals are willing accommodate and assist anyone they can!!

First class service! Super comfy and modern rooms and really large beds! Breakfast is also top-notch. This is where you wanna book your nights in Peru. We also stayed in Tierra Viva Miraflores in Lima and didn’t regret at all! 100% recommendation.

The most professional hotel of our Peru trip. Great breakfast and very comfortable room with heater for the cold nights. They were so sweet to present my Mum with a birthday cake! We were so surprised. The staff were always so helpful. Albert saved us when we had trouble opening our suitcase. We decided to stay with Tierra group in other cities as well because of these wonderful staff members. Thank you!

The hotel has a nice charm. The lobby and the room are very clean, also includes breakfast. Thoughtful touches in the room as well including bottled water and a piece of chocolate. Albert at the front desk offered TOP NOTCH SERVICE including making arrangements for transportation and facilitating amazing service throughout our stay. The room has a heater which apparently is uncommon to Puno, and it’s very useful considering the temperature at night (we are here in June). I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Puno. The location is also convenient, and also has an elevator.

Such friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were beautiful. Our bus wasn't until 10pm but they happily stored our luggage and let us use their lobby and enjoy some tea

Super all around. Great front desk staff who speak excellent English. Spacious and comfortable room with the biggest bed I've ever seen. Nice breakfast buffet with great fresh fruits and juices. Superb location right near Calle Lima.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location is ideal one block from all the restaurants and main square. We did experience several problems: the toilet was leaking from the flush knob continuously which caused a puddle on the floor of the bathroom. When we informed reception, instead of fixing the leak or moving our room, they just sent someone to mop it up...and another puddle formed.... Also the TV did not work, but it didn't matter much since we weren't in the room much. Overall I would recommend this hotel, just don't have super high expectations.

friendly staff, big rooms with comfortable beds, good food in the morning, central location. My husband got altitude sickness, and the staff helped out by giving him oxygen which helped make him feel better. The hotel is very clean and at night it was quiet.

Nice hotel, very central. Does not look so nice from outside but the rooms are very spacious and the showers are big with good water pressure and nice hot water. They offer a free minibar with some Cokes, beer and waters. Free tea the entire day and the breakfast is very good. Nice fresh food and very friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel would stay here again

This is a great hotel. Affordable, clean spacious, and with breakfast included. The staff took very good care of us. The location is right near the main plaza. I also LOVE that this hotel offers filtered water rather than bottled water. All the other hotels here only provided bottles since the tap water in Peru is not potable.

The rooms were comfy and the bed was large but we had ZERO internet the whole time which was very frustrating. We informed the the male receptionist this was an issue and he didn't seem to care. The worst part is that they clearly have different routers for each floor but the one for the second one wasn't functioning properly which is why we couldn't connect. Instead of calling someone to fix it or at least saying that it'll be taken care of some point, he just said to use the first floor one. Tough nuts since it didn't reach us. The general apathy was really annoying. The female receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Neither spoke English so have Google Translate ready.
