Update- I left my original review days ago ** they responded and lied saying there was a phone call, I never called them*** such a scam. I’m only leaving one star for Jaime because she is the only one with some professional sense. The entire experience was very disappointing and almost borderline scam. No communication with agents (Ana,Brian) these people must be millionaires the way they go about business. Just a bad experience for first time clients. Terrible first impression on the business itself. I will never recommend Corona and am thankful I found another Realty group to help me and my Family. I suggest looking everywhere before walking in this office. We did everything they asked for, provided information and got a co signer just like they asked!! Alex and Jaime you need better people representing your business because your work ethic does not match your teams. Or better training needs to be done. Wish you all nothing but the best 😊

My one star goes for Veronica she was very sweet. Overall it was a uncomfortable experience with Brian for first time clients. Made it feel harder than it actually is. I've rented my whole life and this was not it. My husband and I felt like we were getting looked down at. During our visit with Corona two landlords reached out to us for a tour. We are looking forward to this more. I will not be moving forward with Corona realty group.

I was here to look for an apartment and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had apartment shopping ever. Jaime informed me about some thing on my credit and gave me some very enlightening advice on how to fix my credit and advance my finances. I am so glad that I came here even tho I didn’t get a place I got some knowledge that can be beneficial to me and my family. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. I love the vibes in this place and I Met my new bestie Jaime. I LOVE IT HERE. ❤️

I worked with Brian Clair and he was great! He was there for me every step of the process. He answered every question I had, even the dumb questions I asked. He also explain things in a way that were understandable as a first time home buyer. He has called me to check up on me after my purchase, he was there for me the day I moved in. He’s my brother and we connected like brothers I love that dude.

We used Corona Realty Group to Sell our house and buy our new house and could not of been more happy. Our house sold in 3 days!! The only reason I gave them a star at all is because of Rachel. She had been the most help and she is not even an agent. I’ve been dealing with this real estate agent since 4/4/2022. At that time i had to be out of my current apartment on 4/30/2022. Harry was assigned to me and at first he was a nice guy, very friendly. However as the days went on I heard less and less from Harry. I would call, text and email him but no response . It wasn’t until I told him his services was no longer need that he responded to my messages, and very sassy I might add. I put in a request to have a different agent and that’s when Rachel reached out to me on the company’s behalf. I was in communications with Rachel for about a week until they was able to find me another agent. And in that week Rachel went above and beyond as best she could to assist me and I very much appreciate her for that. The new agent that was assigned to me Mohammed was no better at communicating.He had excuse after excuse as to why I haven’t been schedule a viewing, first it was “oh it was my birthday i didn’t read my emails” “I just had surgery and didn’t see my emails” I understand life happens but you could have at least told me and keep me up to date. OR gave my information to another agent so they could help me . I let it be known that I had a dead line. If you couldn’t help me by that date you should have let me known that. Here it is 5/16/2022 and I’ve only been to one apartment viewing . This is ridiculous!

Had an extremely pleasant time meeting with Jaime today. I am a first time homebuyer in Chicago, IL and she is making everything about this process smooth and relaxing. I feel very well taken care of by this office and cannot wait to make my first ever offer!

I have rented two competitively listed properties through Corona, and they have been great to work with each time. Full disclosure: Before my first rental, I did read a couple of questionable reviews, so I approached it with caution as I do with most things.
