Pricey for subpar service 😢 I paid $99 for a cleaning and they didn't even clean my teeth... just checked for cavities and sent me on my way. The most expensive 15 minutes of my life... Management fired a good number of their staff recently and the atmosphere isn't nearly as friendly or comfortable anymore. I'd steer clear of this place, it's definitely gone downhill in the past couple of years. Update: they sent me a mildly passive-aggressive letter so thanks for that I guess.

The first and last time I went here for a cleaning I was so uncomfortable because of the disorganization, the poor cleanliness of the facility and restrooms, and horrible professionalism. The front desk assistant, Shanae was unbelievably rude. She was short with me, didn’t work with my insurance at all. She just went straight to charging me out of pocket for my cleaning when it’s all covered by my insurance. It seemed like she was just too lazy to do her job correctly. It’s a good thing she’s just a front desk worker and not in any sort of management. Honestly, if you’re looking for a dentist office, go ANYWHERE else. Also, I’m not sure if anybody notices but I’m pretty sure the front desk worker mentioned above (Shanae) added a 5 star review of her own office… apparently to offset the recent influx of 1 star reviews. Pathetic…

We have double coverage for our dental insurance. I was informed today that my insurance is refusing to cover a dental cleaning. First of all dental cleanings are free as part of your yearly exam. Second of all the secondary insurance should pick up remaining charges of what the primary insurance doesn't cover. Thirdly, I have insurance billing and coding experience. I Know that the office has the ability to write off said expenses and should certainly do so for a service that is supposed to be free.

Dear Prestige Smiles, you can actually file a lawsuit and sue Christy Graves 5 months ago for posting a false review with false facts and data especially if it hurts your reputation as a company. You just need to prove, false statements made with malicious intent or reckless disregard for the truth. Whether a former employee (or relative of the former employee) or not this would be easy to prove for you folks.

I’ve been getting massages from Juliene for years, and she has immensely helped me through my recovery journey with my wrist tendinitis as I am a full time violinist. She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her massages! 10/10!

The moment I walked in everybody was so friendly and personable, I really liked the casualness but thorough explanations of my procedures on both Dr Newman for dental and Dr humble for orthodontics, I also had a massage and Janae was really awesome! They all seem to know their trades very well with specific specialties-Newman with materials that he lectures on that are better for your teeth, Humble for over 40 years of experience and techniques that are health-conscious for your mouth structure! Ps-I was grateful to have met Gustavo at the Latino festival and grateful for the coupon, he also is a bright shining face there at the clinic! It was a 5-star experience for me with the people and the price being awesome!

It was my first time here and it was a great experience! The hygienist was very thorough and my teeth feel squeaky clean! The front office and everyone in between were super friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this office!

Every time they are super friendly, educated & always wanting to help! I have had bad experiences w/ other dentists that just rack up the bill by telling you that you have things wrong. Flat Rate Doctors is very honest & trustworthy I have a good experience every time that I go! Definitely recommend if someone needs a dentist!

Friendly staff, Dr. Nolan and his assistants are so kind to me, and they are so good at explaining the treatment and showing you everything on the X - Rays. If you need a dentist that will take care of you, this is the place.

Dr Chris is amazing. Not only did he help with adjustments for my kids, but he picked up on another health issue with my son that only a true pro would have discovered. The cost for quality is outstanding and I whole heartedly endorse his care.

Everyone is amazing and friendly. My spine is healing. Difficult spinal problems after 4 car accidents are being resolved. Both the chiropractic and dental professionals are very caring and detail oriented. They care to meet individual needs. The adjustment they did on my dental crown is just what I needed. They are life changers!

Terrible experience. Dentist ignored my constant implant pain, I called , made appointments, left messages, but was told to ‘give it time’ Until finally the implant came out of the bone and into my mouth! When I told the dentist, his response was ‘ are you sure?’ Also, My crown was messed up twice and I’m left biting my cheek when I eat. Gustavo gave me a prescription with someone else’s name on it, then was so rude about it . ShaNae is unprofessional, she didn’t relay messages to the dentist, she lied several times, and they over charged me two different times and then said it was just a mistake. The whole experience was just ridiculous! Go anywhere else.

Man who took my call was rude and unhelpful. All he needed to do was talk to the doctor to learn my case to get a quote and hung up on me instead When asked for his first name, the office also would not supply it. Edit: they replied and it needs to be understood that I had an exam with their Dr, doctor Nolan, already that day. All that needed to be done was to consult with doctor nolan I already had an exam with to understand what the pricing would be.

So grateful to find such a professional dental staff at an affordable rate. I may or may not have had a temporary crown (done by them) for way TOO LONG (more than 6 months) and without scolding me or making me feel like a criminal, they simply helped find an endodontist who could take care of my difficult root canal- so I could move on! Thank you for working with me and my budget! Also, I send all of my friends, family, and massage clients to see Dr. HANSEN for their chiropractic needs because he ACTUALLY LISTENS to them and doesn't try to just sign them up to return! My son went to him after a moderate concussion and he was so careful and attentive- my son's pain IMMEDIATELY felt so much better!

Dr. Nolan is a wonderful Dentist. He is caring and focuses on detail to complete your dental work in a thorough manner. All dental assistants and office staff are welcoming and helpful. Corine goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I will recommend Flat Rate Doctors to all my friends.

The staff was excellent they were very comfortable with all patients it made for an inviting environment. Dr Nolan was very helpful and listened to my concerns, he did what he could today to resolve my problems.

Dr Christian is an amazing chiropractor. The best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend him. And having massage therapy in the same office is very convenient.

They are truly the only general dentistry I completely trust. The best part is, they are less expensive than most dentists in the area. The staff, even the receptionist, are friendly and give me the feeling I am family.

Julene does a great job with sport/deep tissue massages. You should definitely consider her services. I haven’t found someone with the right touch like her.

I got a free 30 minute massage from them. The lady that do my message was really nice, and she applied the right pressure level. The place is clean too. Highly recommend!!

I read reviews about this place through my insurance holders and wow people were not lying, really friendly staff, great team all around, my teeth feel brand new and cleaned! I have been a patient here for two plus years. Dr. Nolan is the best dentist I've ever had. I always feel important. I asked once to be explained what was happening and he's never forgotten that curiosity. And everyone in the office is friendly and kind. It's always a good experience here.

My husband has been here a few times and loved it so I decided to try it as well. The whole staff was great, and they were super helpful with our little one as well. Their prices are good, especially if you don’t have dental insurance.
