I can’t say enough wonderful things about Klucks. They have hands down the very best crispy chicken sandwich and their coleslaw is to die for. Best chicken sandwich in utah!!!

Best spicy fried chicken sandwiches in the west. The breading is unlike any fried chicken breading I've ever had and the spice is amazing. I recommend the Ultimate, which is a spicy chicken with slaw. It's messy, but worth it. You can ask them to adjust the spicy level. If you only want a little bit of spice, make sure you ask them. The default is probably too spicy for most people. The spice is cayenne (I believe) which is my favorite. They close in the afternoon and open again in the evening, so check the hours before you make the trip.

Tried this place out today. Didn’t really know what to expect. When we walked in the place was clean and nice but there was a small menu to read off of and I wish it were bigger with some pictures. The cashier was nice but we were new to the place and it would have been nice if he asked if we were new because it was pretty obvious we were new I just wish he was a little more Informative. However after we got our drinks and food and sat down a nice lady who turned out to be the owner went to ever table including ours to introduce herself and see how the food was and if we needed anything. I thought she was super kind and appreciated her doing that. We didn’t try our food yet so she said if we needed anything let her know. She came back a little later to see how it was. I loved how kind she was and caring. The food was Amazing and was huge portions we loved it. It felt home cooked which we loved and was definitely comfort food. We loved it!!! The chicken was Krispy yet tender and everything we ate was delicious. The place was clean and immediately after people left tables were wiped down so I love that it was clean. It was the best chicken we’ve had in Utah County. We will definitely be back! We loved what we ordered but now want to try everything on the menu lol

My first time here and it was really good. I ordered the extra spicy crispy chicken sandwich, substituting the secret sauce for ranch. I made it a combo and chose regular fries. The other options to choose from are curly fries or Mac salad. The fries were crispy, the chicken sandwich.. was crispy, fresh and a perfectly spicy for me, but I love spicy food. The whole meal was flavorful and filling, come here if you are big hungry. It’s so good. I need to come back and try other menu items :)

The space is well air-conditioned (went in the Summer) with nice music playing. The tables were clean. The cashier was friendly. The menu was simple to understand and easy read. Short wait time when we went. I got the Original Krispy Chicken. It was delicious! After the first bite I said I would be back. You get your choice of sauces with your order. I went with some friends and we all got different ones - they were all tasty. Their Mac Salad was wonderful; a sweet and smokey flavor. They have to-go boxes if you can't finish your meal.

They don’t really have vegetarian options so I just had curly fries and Mac salad. The Mac salad has a Smokey flavor to it. It was a little odd at first but I liked it. The fries were good but the sauces were fantastic.

My first time here was with a large team, and their system was pushed to its limits to be able to get us served. I have to say that the staff and owner, whom we met, were top notch, very friendly, and did a great job. The sandwiches are enormous, flavorful, and I can tell that they care about the quality of their product. Many of my team said that it was the best chicken sandwich they have ever had, which is quite a compliment. The various spicy versions of the sandwich were really favorites. The fries and curly fries are good, but nothing special to me. I will definitely go back and try more items.

GREAT chicken. I went here to try it out and was blown away. I got the Jr Burger and that’s like the size of a regular chicken burger. I can only imagine what the full sized one is like. The breading on the chicken was delicious and the fries were good as well. Add that with the sauce and it was a awesome meal! I’ll definitely be swinging by again Update: came back and got the chicken pieces….. SO GOOD.

Fantastic. I've search far and wide for a chicken sandwich that even compete with Love Birds and I finally found one. The OG and Ultimate sandos her are incredible. I absolutely love the secret sauce. And when they say spicy, they mean it. Curly fries are tasty. Service is fast. Prices are reasonable. So many good things to say. Definitely to try it. Recommendations for owner: 1. #5 Spicy Krispy Chicken Sandwich is pretty nasty. Just tastes like Mayo. Maybe change the sauce? 2. A lot of the food, including sandos, are messy. Might be nice to offer a towelette or sink to clean up. Edit: discovered a bathroom in the back 👍 3. There are so many sauce options and no list! A sauce list would be awesome. Edit: there is a list now! See pictures.

Cheesy chicken sandwich with french fries. Excellent chicken, tons of cheese, soft fresh bun, hot fries. A bit pricey, but the portion is generous also; good value. The sauces are amazing, so don't miss those, for sure. I will return. Hopefully the friendly staff hears they're doing a good job when the owners read this.

Kluck’s has great tasting chicken! The batter is light & crispy. The chicken is fresh. Everything is fried in clean oil; you can tell from the look & taste of the food. The service is very good. They gave us a heads up on how long the food would take. (The food came out faster than they quoted us.) They are kind & keep the place clean. We will definitely return!

Literally some of the best chicken in the area…!! I can’t believe I hadn’t gone to this place before today. The portions are the perfect size, the chicken was all crispy and top notch (no gristle or chewy bits), the sauces are all delicious. So good. (Bonus: clean and spacious bathrooms.) Oh and the mac salad was great too.

Best taste for fried chicken sandwich anywhere in the area. And there are a lot to choose from. This actually tasted fresh. And the seasoning in the chicken was so good. Good portions. Good sauces. Good service. Would go here again.

The garlic chicken was pretty good, but the curly fries were just okay-ish at best. I got a meal, but for nearly $20 I expected better taste, honestly. The sauces were unique and not bad, though. The service was alright but could’ve been better. I paid in cash but the person taking my order walked away before I even had the chance to mention that, so I had to wait for her to come back to let her know I wasn’t using a card. I also had ordered a drink but had to specifically ask for my cup after my food had arrived. The place was clean, and another person let them know the soda machine was running low on one of the drink syrups, which they fixed very quickly. The music was decent and not too loud, and despite being a primarily fried chicken place, it didn’t have a lingering grease smell (which I appreciated).

The person at the counter who served us was friendly and helpful. They made me want to smile. Then the food came and I was in heaven. Delicious fried chicken! Kinda like the kind you can get at boba places but a little different. Literally suhhh good. I haven't stopped thinking about this chicken since last Tuesday - that's why this review is so long.

Stopped by today to try Kluck's Krispy Chicken for the first time. The sandwiches are huge, with generous fries and delicious sauces. The service was also excellent. Being our first time, they offered sauce selections and it was fun finding out which we liked best.

Place had a good vibe to it. Clean dining room and visible kitchen. I’m not the biggest fan of coleslaw and was envisioning a Chick-fil-A sandwich. Come check it out and try it for yourself. Large quantities! Morgan is amazing. She deserves a raise. She went above and beyond. Changing my review to 5 stars because of her.
