I
bought
a
refurbished
hot
tub
from
Take
A
Break
in
Springville.
Everything
went
well
until
it
was
installed.
After
the
first
week,
I
finally
realized
that
the
hot
tub
ran
a
lot
and
the
display
read
OH,
which
means
overheating.
They
came
out
more
than
once
and
tried
a
few
things,
which
took
several
days
each
time
to
tell
whether
it
worked
or
not.
All
the
while,
running
out
the
warranty
time,
Nothing
worked.
Once
the
warranty
on
the
tub
expired,
which
is
very
short
considering
that
even
the
refurbished
tub
cost
$6,000,
they
told
me
that
the
problem
was
that
I
had
the
tub
within
a
fenced
off
area
on
two
sides
(
approx
3-5
ft
away)
and
it
wasn't
getting
enough
air
circulation.
I
knew
that
could
NOT
be
the
problem
since
I'd
already
had
2
other
hot
tubs
in
the
same
spot
over
the
last
18
years.
My
son's
hot
tub
that
works
perfectly
fine,
is
built
into
the
ground.
I've
seen
so
many
hot
tubs
that
are
much
more
enclosed
than
mine.
All
do
not
overheat.
I
finally
called
another
hot
tub
place
and
they
came
out
and
fixed
it
the
first
try.
The
motor
was
wired
incorrectly!
It
wasn't
the
heater,
it
was
the
motor
that
was
overheating,
wearing
itself
out,
and
heating
the
water.
They
also
were
disgusted
to
hear
that
I
was
told
that
the
air
circulation
around
the
tub
was
inadequate,
saying
that
was
the
stupidest
thing
they'd
ever
heard.
I
knew
that
already,
but
nice
to
hear
it
from
an
expert.
I'll
not
be
calling
Take
A
Break
for
any
future
hot
tub
repairs,
or
buying
any
future
tubs
from
them.
I
should
take
them
to
small
claims
for
the
cost
of
the
REAL
repairs
and
to
replace
the
motor
since
it
had
to
work
so
hard
for
4
months.
The
photo
is
my
old
hot
tub,
but
I
included
it
to
show
how
the
air
circulation
is
fine.
