Our experience was poorly tinted by lack of communication from the office. A posted phone number to contact for texts and emails was offered if no one was in the office, but over the months, we learned that communication in return could not be guaranteed. The move-out experience was THE WORST. Background: we had to do our own deep cleaning (including even mopping the stained kitchen floor three times) when we moved in to prevent dark stains on white socks in the apartment. Move Out: Having communicated no less than five times, and getting in-person acknowledgement or silence to emails and texts, having communicated that we would DEEP clean the apartment on our own, we left the apartment in stellar condition. There was not a portion of the apartment that was not sparkling. We put 15-20 hours into cleaning the apartment before checking out. We had moved into an apartment with 3 hours of cleaning. IE, we lived up to our commitment that we would leave it super clean. Our inquiries to allusions to a cleaning fee ($95) went unanswered (no surprise) and the final bill included a $95 cleaning fee. It was our worst nightmare after spending 15-20 hours cleaning the apartment thoroughly. FOLLOW-UP: After posting the above, a kind note alluded to them wishing to make it right for us. In the end, communication was slow, but nothing was made right. No evidence given, but they contended that our cleaning was not up to their level of cleanliness. Having had to clean up ourselves, from their level of cleanliness, when we moved in, I contend that it was 10 times cleaner when we left. CAVEAT: Other than occasional delay when repairs were needed, the poor communication and the bad taste when moving out, they seemed to like our occupancy and we appreciated many aspects of their management.

My husband and I lived at Siena Villas for a little over a year and a half, and we loved it! The apartment felt spacious even though it was only a one bedroom, and everything was in great condition. Maintenance was always quick to respond when we had an issue, and issues were few and far between. My favorite part was how much parking it has—I never had to worry about finding a parking spot, something that isn't always the case for complexes in this area. Lots of great, easily accessible restaurants and shopping nearby. Even though it borders State Street, it is tucked away enough that we never had any problems with noise. We only moved away because we bought a home, and we would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great place to live!

Just moved into the Siena Villas and the property management was super helpful and accommodating. The units are fairly new and were just what I was looking for. Good rent price without having to pay for parking or getting roped into paying for cable TV. No extra frills like a fitness center or pool, but it seems to be a great place for young professionals.

I’m not sure why I have had a different experience from most. Upon moving in our apartment was not cleaned from the previous tenants. We had a lot of broken and loose items within the apartment. after sending texts to get them fixed they said they would and never came to do so. The maintenance came one time and charged me 30 dollars to take out 2 screws for the door that was not working upon move in. To contact anyone in the office is a nightmare. I would have to call 6-7 times throughout the day or over multiple days just to get them to answer. When receiving a lease renewal they said that they were offering same lease rates as well as seeing free parking on a post i saw. When we got ours, they were trying to charge us for parking fees (which hasn’t happened before) and raised our rent? We enjoyed living here but our apartment had many issues.

Karim and Robby have been so amazing to work with. I was impressed with Karim right from the showing of the apartment. Maintenance team is quick to respond and I appreciate that. Thank you for being an amazing property management team.

Damages to my ceiling for the second time as I don’t believe repairs were made correctly the first time. Also damaged my laptop and I pay $1800 to live in a moldy water infested apartment that they cannot fix nor will they help pay to replace any personal items that are damaged. I would not recommend living here. I have had so many issues and the management has not been helpful at all

I absolutely loved living at Siena. My husband and I lived there for 2 years and loved every second of it. Diana was always helpful and so friendly. Also, the place is built like a home. A lot of apartments make you feel like you’re living in a temporary space, but this place really makes you feel at home. It’s built well and there’s a ton of storage space within the apartment. Not to mention that the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I’ll definitely miss living here.
