Came here with a group of friends and we all had the dinner all you can eat. It did not let me down, every item we ordered was great! We tried over 18 different rolls and all were great, with some being absolutely fantastic!

The food was delicious! Tempura vegetables and several rolls.the Rocky Mountain was hands down the best! We had to have 2!

I liked this restaurant. I think the roles were good. I originally went for the all you can eat, but you would have to pound at least 3-5 roles to break even. We ordered seven roles and it was still cheaper for three. The staff was nice and the place was clean.

Excellent value and great quality of sushi here for the all-you-can-eat. We sampled several kinds of rolls, nigiri, and sides. Left full and satisfied. Great spot for groups on a night out

Oh how I Loved this place! It was my first time! The rice was fresh as can be and the hand rolls and Nigiri were to perfection and tasted oh so good🙏 Thank You SushiYu I will be back soon❤️❤️❤️

Loved loved loved this place! My kids and I did the all you can eat sushi! For the price and quality it was totally worth it! I especially loved the volcano roll! I will be coming here again next time I'm in Utah

A great little all you can eat place. $20 for lunch items, $28 for dinner. Waitress was great and the sushi was well worth it. My only complaint is the tempura is a little oily/greasy, and the tempura vegetables were cut a little too thick. Everything else was fantastic.

Did the all you can eat sushi, and it was fantastic! Would definitely recommend starting with just a couple rolls, we overestimated how hungry we were and had to leave a few pieces behind
