Very Disappointed in the service! We were told 50¢ for a refill. Since when does it cost for a refill of soda? We won't be revisiting this location! Thanks for the ok food, the parking lot is also dirty.

I am telling you, this Chick-fil-A's customer service is thee best of the best! They made my life and purchase extremely easy! All I needed was some Chick-fil-A sauce and they even made sure I got me a nice small treat from there and adding on my dad's order to my mine was a breeze! I'm telling you, every single person working there was flawless. Best 5 mins I ever spent in a Chick-fil-A to take my order so I could carry out.

We went at 12:15 on a Saturday—holy moly it was busy! Service was perfect: courteous and fast. My order was exact. A few reviews complain about orders being incomplete—I would just advise check it before you leave to make sure. Food was delicious! They are located in a parking lot that we were able to get in and out of with our big truck and horse trailer

The bag was leaking so we checked and it looks like everything was just thrown in. One of the sandwiches is completely leaking and damped that it teared completely through the bag. The rest of our food was covered in the damp liquid. This isn’t because the sandwich is “juicy” its smashed as well. The pictures are EXACTLY HOW I RECEIVED IT. Over $40 spent badly spent, had to throw everything away.

This is the second time this happens. And my third bad experience at this location. They forget to give me straws for the drinks, and a week ago my fries came halfway full. Today was frustrating because I have to drive back just for straws. The young kids are doing a great job but they forget one thing or the other. It's fine if it happens once or twice here and there but 3 times in a row?

I just don't get why people are so in love with Chick-fil-A. The service and employees are great. The food is decent, but not amazing in my opinion. I'd put it at the same level as any other fast food restaurant. Maybe I'm missing something, but I struggle to understand people's obsession with this place.

I don't go to Chick-fil-A because the line is so long, but I figured the food must be really good. I was given a gift card and the line was shorter last night so I went. I got the chicken nugget meal. The nuggets were so overcooked they were rock hard and so small they didn't cover the bottom of the box even though they gave me 9 instead of 8. Only 3 of them were larger than a grape. I'm assuming this is unusual and will give them another chance, especially since there's money left on the card. It was after 9 pm, so I'll try earlier on the day.

I love this location! The food was so good. Fries were full and hot, sandwiches had a good size fillet. And nuggets were good. The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful employees.

Sometimes the fries are a little overdone and sometimes it's too crowded, but my boys absolutely love coming here to play in the place place and enjoy some food. Service is as good as any Chic-fil-A. Will be back.

Waited in a long line. They messed up my wife’s drink. They didn’t even get her the correct sause. Then when I opened up the new sandwich to try it - looked like they did a half A$$ job. Sad I liked them before. Something’s wrong with there service. Going down hill. 😞

Great service! They accidentally forgot my wife’s salad, as I was walking up the manager gives me a friendly wave and asks if he could help me. I told him I may have forgotten to order the salad but I need one. He smiles and says no problem whether you forgot or we did, we’ll comp that salad for you. That’s the kind of thing that keeps people coming back thanks for helping us have a great day!

Consistently the most efficient drive through system on the planet. Why can’t any other fast food chains adopt the efficiency of the chic dip a drive through.

This is the busiest chick fil a I’ve been to. The employees are working so hard and fast. There are so many people ordering. I think they’ve done an excellent job trying to keep up. Inside was chaos- I wish they had table numbers for delivering my pick up order to a table- the pick up area was so stuffed and not an ideal place- high traffic area. I felt bad asking for condiments and drink refills- which I shouldn’t.

The food is what you'd expect from a fast food chicken place, which is average. We got the wrong nuggets and had them replaced within seconds. Top notch service. The atmosphere is above average because everyone is friendly and they have a play place.

I stopped at this Chick-fil-A for lunch, and all in all it was a good experience. I've gone to several Chick-fil-As in the past, all of which have been great experiences, with great customer service, food, and cleanliness. This one is the same. The service was great, and the store was clean. The only thing that was slightly less than satisfactory were the waffle fries. They were slightly undercooked which resulted in a chewy fry, which isn't preferred. They are usually golden brown and crispy. Other than that, the food was great. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch if you find yourself at UVU.

The food is amazing, but I literally have to check my order 30%-50% of the time to make sure there‘s nothing missing or incorrect. I‘m tired of spending lots of money and only getting part of what I paid for.

This place is always clean, the people are always nice. Just not a fan of their recent political decisions. I will continue to each Chik fila!

Truly an amazing location. When I walked in I was greeted by an enthusiastic, attractive, personable young man. I never thought I’d be pleasuring so many people at once. Truly an awesome experience with the moist chicken and buns, and creamy sauce to top it all off. 5 stars!

So far none of the locations I've been to have been bad. My interactions with the employees have been polite and friendly. And the food has been consistently good. Super happy to find out they do have some GF buns!

We go to Chick-fil-A a TON. I can’t think of better service at any other fast food or even most middle tier restaurants. It’s clean. They are always cleaning. The playground doesn’t have years of grime caked on everything. The employees are clean with clean shirts. Sometimes they seem a little Stepford when they say, “My Pleasure!” but they do seem genuinely happy. We noticed they built shade for outside workers taking orders, and have installed fans for summer and heaters for winter. They all wear safety vests. It has that Costco vibe. It seems like people want to work there. A company that takes care of its employees—I can get behind that. The food is fast food, but good fast food. The breakfast is amazing. I love their seasonal stuff—please bring back the Lemon Caesar Parmesan Salad already. We are big fans!

I had a great experience today at chick fil a, a employee named Justin was super patient and kind to me while I was thinking about what to order, and couldn’t figure out what an item was called, he got my order completely right and was very polite and kind. I will definitely be back!

This Chick-fil-A is pretty good. They are very friendly there. It's so popular that it takes a while to get your order. That's the thing. It's not a bad thing. So just expect to wait. They're doing so good that people keep coming back.

Stopped here for takeout the other day. I'm not the biggest fan of Chick-fil-A. Chicken sandwiches are pretty standard. I do love their waffle fries though. All the food tasted good. It was freshly cooked and we only had to wait a few minutes. I don't mind waiting a little bit for food when I know it's going to be fresh when I eat it.

The employees are always super kind and work quickly and efficiently. Very clean and really good food! I love their options for kids meal "toys" too!

Staff are nice and polite. Food is standard chick-fila-a food so no complaints. Drive through works like a well oiled machine. Only complaints is that on several occasions we realize after already leaving with our food that we are missing items. I would recommend checking the bags before driving away. Fries and salad dressing are the main things that have been missing for us.

If good chicken is what you want here is your spot. Nice whole pieces, not squished together pieces. And the sauce.... well let's just say you gotta have it. The service is always outstanding.

Amazing how fast this crazy long line moves with such efficient happy friendly workers! Of course the food is always perfect and delicious- and of course I always get the exact same thing here- chicken strips! Only place that makes chicken strips like this, only place with these waffle fries! So distinctly Chick-fil-A! So thankful for our Spanish Fork location! Keep up the great work!!!

For all 4 of us... my husband, and I, and my 3yo and 6yo, we only spent $18 today for all of us to eat our own individual big meals! It was awesome. 😍 I forgot how affordable Chick-fil-A is! Haven't eaten here in 4 years. We will definitely be eating here again. ❤🎊🎈🎉🙌🏻

Placed my order online since 940pm they close at 10 but they still had a long line, but even though the workers were anxious to close they still served us with a smile and great attitudes. I am very impressed with this location this is only the second time I've ate at a Chick-fil-A and it is better than the first time. Chicken sandwich was fresh as well as the nuggets and fries. That store deserves the 5 stars I'm giving it

My friends and I went a few minutes before they closed, ordered takeout (excellent service), and I realized I forgot my drink a few minutes after we left. When we got back, they unlocked the doors for us, apologized for how long it took (30 seconds), and asked how they could help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I really appreciate the courtesy shown by these employees. PS: the food was as great as ever.
