Ordered $70 of food for carry out last night and when I got home all of our food was way overcooked! The guy working behind the counter when I brought the food back says "that's how the Philly pizza is supposed to look like since it has no sauce"! I worked at dominos back in Colorado and there is absolutely no way I would send out a Philly cheesesteak pizza looking like that! My photos below will speak for themselves. If I was you I would go up the road to the dominos off of State st since they have no clue what they're doing at this location. I won’t be back and will be getting a hold of corporate because of this too.

Most of the employees definitely don't care at this location. I had a pizza that didn't have enough onion or cheese on it (was supposed to be extra on both), but at the store I only realized that it didn't have enough onions. When I mentioned it, they said they would take care of it. Their solution was to through a few onions in the over and then give them to me. I found out later they were basically raw onions. While I waited some people came in who could only speak Spanish. The guy at the register didn't know Spanish, so asked if someone else could help. After being basically told no, a female employee asked why he was bugging her. He said it was because she was the manager. Not very good service or attitude of a manager in my opinion. In the end another employee helped them with the order even though he didn't know Spanish.

It gets 3 stars because the delivery was fast. But other than that it doesn’t deserve stars 😅 I was starving so I ate it anyways🤷‍♂️ But just look at this pizza, almost no cheese, the sauce was clumpy in some spots and non existent in others. And the cuts were just sloppy. The picture says it all🤷‍♂️

My husband and i ordered 3 pizzas tonight and were all great!! A lady walked in probably 15 min after us, Right away she starts acting like a KAREN!! These guys are trying their very best! It’s a Saturday night come on it’s going to be busy, Don’t order on a busy night and then complain. There’s was only 5 or 6 guys tonight. Thanks for your hard work!!

At this point I wish I could leave a -10 star review. We placed an online order at 8:33pm. The confirmation email said it should take 33-43 minutes for it to be delivered. The order finally reached Quality Check at 9:36. It left the store at 10:01. How is this even possible? We called at 9:45 to cancel the order because of how long it was taking. Everybody was so hungry we all ate snacks and weren't hungry for pizza anymore. It was expected to take about 17 minutes to get to us. The app showed the delivery person sitting in the same place, 5 minutes away, for over 10 minutes. It finally arrived at 10:21. The poor delivery guy said he was the only delivery person and that he had 10 deliveries in his car. This was extremely poorly handled by Dominos. They should definitely have communicated the delays and should not have given unrealistic timelines. If we had been informed it was going to take nearly 2 hours we would have gone to the store and picked it up ourselves. I understand that there are not enough employees to run at optimal conditions, but there is no reason to tell people that they will have their order in 33-43 minutes when it is going to take 2 hours. We would have gladly picked up our order but instead had no communication and ended up with barely warm, dry, stale pizza. Oh, that phone call we tried to make? We were on hold for 1 hour and 1 minute and then were hung up on. I hope this was just a bad night and that they are able to do better for everyone else on other days. I really don't think I will be ordering there again.

These people don’t cook their pizza correctly mines was raw by the time I got there they’re saying it was my fault. I don’t understand. How is that when they’re supposed to cook it before delivery got that don’t make no sense. These people are horrible and they didn’t do nothing about it I would stay away from them, because raw dong is not good 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

We usually get Domino's pizza and often from this location. Last night the pizza was terrible! Even my 2 grandchildren who love pizza didn't like it. Such a disappointment

I’m convinced that Domino’s pizza is actually a secret government experiment to make us all addicted to their slices of perfection. I mean, who can resist that heavenly combination of cheese, sauce, and dough? Get in my belly!

I order from this location often and they're always great. My neighborhood has very confusing addresses and tonight the delivery accidentally to the wrong house. Within 15 minutes of making them aware they had a new pizza at my door and the driver was very polite. Thank you guys!

I've pretty much always been satisfied with the flavor of the food and speediness of the service (especially for a chain place and for the price). If you need a quick, cheap option to fill some bellies, this location is probably up your alley.

My husband and I got delivery tonight and the pizza was good. But the 5 stars is really for our delivery driver Colby. We have a sign on our door that says “injured dog, please do not knock or ring doorbell.” Colby followed those instructions (which we really appreciate) and also went above and beyond by leaving a note on our receipt saying “sorry about your dog.” My night was totally made, I SO appreciate people who take a second to go out of their way to be kind.

WTHeck?? One Large pepperoni pizza HALF OF THE PEPPERONI IS NOT THERE!!!? Actually, ordered double pepperoni. *See photo. I've purchased pizzas at this location for years, I always tip, and had given a 5 star ⭐ review. **Update** Big problem now is that I got a call back from the manager, who seemed sincere... But the phone number given DOESN'T WORK!

Do NOT order pizza from this location! Our delivery driver couldn't even find our house. She was on the phone with my husband for over 30 minutes and she had no idea how to find an address. She had to go back to the store and someone else delivered it to us. He said it's still hot... ha ha ha ha!!! Yeah right. It's been over an hour sitting in your car .. It wasn't even close to hot. The pizza was basically hard nasty crust Had zero toppings. Worst pizza I have ever had from Domino's or any pizza place... I asked for a refund and he said uh we can give you a free large pizza. .. Why on earth would I want to eat another pizza from here! Lol. He said he would have his manager call us but of course they never did.

We usually pick up a large pizza and they’ve always been really good. Last night we picked up two mediums, so we could have two kinds and have leftovers. They were both super dry and not very good. We’ll give Dominos another chance because they’ve been good in the past, but if they’re like last night’s pizza, we’re done. We hope it was a fluke and not a change in the recipe.

I wanted some good pizza, so I stopped into Domino's for lunch (the Little Ceasers down the street isn't the best). I ordered 2 medium pizza's for their mix and match deal. They weren't busy at all, so it only took like 10 minutes to make the pizzas. The customer experience was nice, and the cashier was polite. I used to work at Domino's, so I love this place. The only criticism I had was that one of the pizza's wasn't really cut that great (had to cut it myself) and it seemed like they were cooked at too high heat (outside was crispy and inside was a bit underdone for my taste). Hence, the 4 stars instead of 5. That said, I still love this place and a pizza's a pizza, even if it isn't cut great.

I've ordered twice. The first time they had to remake an item because they left it out of the order. The second time I ordered only one item, and they lost that too. So both times we had to sit there for 10 extra minutes (after it was supposedly "ready to pick up") while they actually made my food. The first time, this resulted in the rest of the food being nearly cold before we could eat it. The pizza itself, once I had it, was good. I wasn't a fan of their bread twists compared to other companies.

We do Domino's quite a bit... Maybe once a month. They have a gluten free option, and the 2 or more for $5.99 (now $6.99) is a great deal. Though not totally new, the flavored crust is great. This store also has always had our order ready in the pickup timeframe and cheerful staff.

Domino’s never disappoints with their pizza. It always taste great and they actually cut it into eight EQUAL slices, unlike Little Caesar’s 🙄 The app is very easy to use and is always up to date. My only issue is the staff. They are sometimes rude and they look like they hate their job.

Ordered online. The site auto entered a store based off of my address. Email said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. 2 hours later and no pizza. I call the store. They say I’m outside of their delivery area so they forwarded it to another store. I call the other store and they said they called, but because I didn’t pick up they cancelled the order. I asked him why they didn’t leave a voicemail and he said “it’s not worth it” and then hung up on me. This is the second Dominos where I’ve had negative experiences like this. Never buying Domino’s again.

This was my first experience using the Domino’s app to order pizza from them. Wow! It literally is the easiest food ordering app I’ve ever used. Not that any of them are terribly difficult, but the Domino’s app makes it so smooth! And the tracking option was actually fun to watch! I ordered this for my daughter and her family after I passed on COVID to her before I knew I had it! 😢😢 So thank you for the smooth process to feed their family from 50 miles away. Since I can’t go tend their kids while my daughter recovers, thanks for making this so easy!
