could
leave
a

star
review.
We
placed
an
online
order
at
8:33pm.
The
confirmation
email
said
it
should
take
33-43
minutes
for
it
to
be
delivered.
The
order
finally
reached
Quality
Check
at
9:36.
It
left
the
store
at
10:01.
How
is
this
even
possible?
We
called
at
9:45
to
cancel
the
order
because
of
how
long
it
was
taking.
Everybody
was
so
hungry
we
all
ate
snacks
and
weren't
hungry
for
pizza
anymore.
It
was
expected
to
take
about
17
minutes
to
get
to
us.
The
app
showed
the
delivery
person
sitting
in
the
same
place,
5
minutes
away,
for
over
10
minutes.
It
finally
arrived
at
10:21.
The
poor
delivery
guy
said
he
was
the
only
delivery
person
and
that
he
had
10
deliveries
in
his
car.
This
was
extremely
poorly
handled
by
Dominos.
They
should
definitely
have
communicated
the
delays
and
should
not
have
given
unrealistic
timelines.
If
we
had
been
informed
it
was
going
to
take
nearly
2
hours
we
would
have
gone
to
the
store
and
picked
it
up
ourselves.
I
understand
that
there
are
not
enough
employees
to
run
at
optimal
conditions,
but
there
is
no
reason
to
tell
people
that
they
will
have
their
order
in
33-43
minutes
when
it
is
going
to
take
2
hours.
We
would
have
gladly
picked
up
our
order
but
instead
had
no
communication
and
ended
up
with
barely
warm,
dry,
stale
pizza.
Oh,
that
phone
call
we
tried
to
make?
We
were
on
hold
for
1
hour
and
1
minute
and
then
were
hung
up
on.
I
hope
this
was
just
a
bad
night
and
that
they
are
able
to
do
better
for
everyone
else
on
other
days.
I
really
don't
think
I
will
be
ordering
there
again.
