I went to the drive thru the other day to order my meal. First, they accused me of not paying for my meal and i had to pay again. I went home to enjoy my meal and there was no fries. Literally NO fries! This was what i was given and there was nothing else in the bag. I mean where were the fries! This is worse than McDonalds. At least there are some at the bottom of the bag but this isn’t even the value you pay for to have this amount of fries. Don’t go to this location. Drive thru is always super busy as well.

Always busy! But, oh so yummy. Get the grilled chicken nuggets for the win. Great for Gluten intolerant diets.

I love Chik fil a but had a bad experience here tonight. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal in the drive-thru. When I got home to eat my meal, I discovered that there was no chicken in the sandwich - just a bun with cheese lettuce and pickles. Imagine paying over $10 for a deluxe meal and not getting any chicken. Unacceptable!!

Had a good time with my nieces and nephew. Chicken sandwich deluxe was good, but I feel the peach shake wasn't very peachy. I LOVED the placemats they give for kids to stick on the tables, AND that they still offer to trade the toy with the kid's meal for ice cream. The kids had fun at the play place. It was ultra-crowded when we were there, ergo really loud, but we survived.

My 12 piece and 8 piece to go was more like a 5 piece and a 4 piece. Not even 50% of my nuggets were half size. Normally I wouldn't review but this is the 2nd time on my take out I get shorted.

There was a line here tonight but they handled it quickly. I like how there is a fresh flower as a center piece on each table. My kids had fun in the play place. It was expensive but a nice outing.

I never dined in at this Chick-fil-A in American Fork before. Took my kids, to eat dinner on a Tuesday night. Their cashier was smiling & friendly. There was a female worker going around checking on everyone, picking up trash, and wiping down tables. She picked up my tray full of trash and offered me a mint. While I was checking on my kids, in the indoor playground, I came back & she packed my left over kids meal bags in a plastic bag to go. The women's restroom & kids playground was clean. I was satisfied. I would highly recommend, their customer service is awesome!

We had a blast! You need to make a reservation for the weekend. Plan to spend $25 per person. There’s a sitting fee of $8 per adult and $5 for kids. We picked some really cute pieces and are excited to see how they turn out. The atmosphere was busy and it felt rushed. We were there for about an hour and 15 which was the perfect amount of time. They had so many paint color options which was nice but the over all feel of the shop felt cluttered and dirty. Will I go back yes…best time to go 8:45 it’s the last sitting of the night and you end up being the last ones there!

I frequent this restaurant often and they're always exceptionally busy. I personally like to go inside rather than utilize the always busy drive-thru. So the common theme here upon my recent visits is just the filth that is so obvious on a repetitive basis. Wednesday night was once again the same. The floors are grossly just dirty. The tables are dirty and the trash is always full. There always seems to be plenty of younger folks working, but little supervision. In the past they always had someone serving the eating area, but I guess that went away after covid. It just isn't getting cleaned regularly any longer. I seriously hope this gets cleaner. I as a consumer have a choice and I won't be eating or patronizing a filthy establishment. On a positive note, the food is good and usually good service.........UPDATE, WENT BACK 2 DAYS LATER AND THE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS!!! KUDOS AND I WILL NOW CHANGE THIS TO A FIVE STAR REVIEW!!!!

This Chick-fil-a is usually pretty busy, but when we went there wasn’t anyone really in the drive through so that was nice. My mom ordered a grilled sandwich but it came out breaded. My sandwich and fries were pretty good. The sprite tasted like sprite.

We had a great time! We came on a Saturday night, it was ridiculously busy! A few mistakes were made with our order, but the staff was kind and helpful to get us the right food. Someone even found the time to come to our table and ask if we needed anything out of the blue. Very happy! There is a play place, so that's always nice. Little small though.

I usually love Chick-fil-A but not today!! :( Missing a salad and the requested sauce packets. The bottles of sauce that were purchased, were expired and close to expiration. I was debating on going back and just can't justify more gas and inconvenience for poor service and lack of quality check. Bad experience for sure - Not to mention the portion size of the large fries, that were cold. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!

Chick-fil-A generally has a good reputation for exceptional service. It's been a long time since I have dined in, and I was so impressed by the quality of there service at this location in AF! The employees were meticulously keeping the tables and floors clean. They are extremely kind and friendly. The food came out fast and they frequented my table to provide anything that I might need. One employee came around with a basketful of mints and let me take a large handful! The employees seem to have great rapport with one another. The manager even stopped by my table and was so sincere in asking how I was doing. She was even kind enough to fetch me a to go bag and extra napkins. I'm honestly so impressed by the kindness that I have received here. I will be dining in more often!

I haven't been going in a sitting down at restaurants recently. However, today was the best experience when I did dine in. Hector is an amazingly person, friendly and wonderful. Even when he wasn't chatting with our table he was chatting and assisting others. He really made this a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!

The experience at this restaurant has always been good. Last time there I ordered to take out, it was about closing time, they made me park to wait for my order. I was a bit upset because they emptied the whole drive-thru line (about 6 or 7 cars), then, with no cars in line, I drove back to the delivery window to kindly ask for my order, they said the classic sandwiches were being made, I still thought the wait was too long, but waited patiently there. They did manage it well and for my satisfaction. If you like this franchise's food, I totally recommend this location.

Can you ever go wrong with this place? Probably not because it's the best food! This particular location has left out something in my order once or twice, and forgotten to give me sauces.... but I keep going back because once you start, you just can't stop. Also it's a fast food restaurant with teenagers working, so if you expect perfection, you're expectations need to be reevaluated. Just sayin. I'll keep going to this location . Fingers crossed I have accurate orders from here on out. If not, oh well!

Great food, the line takes a while but we go on weekdays and we don’t have to wait much longer than 5 minutes. They sometimes get our order wrong but we don’t like to be picky. If you have some time and just want some chicken, go to Chick-fil-A

I brought a large group of youth for dinner. They were slammed even before we got there. Everything was fresh and delicious. Out of 20 orders, they only missed one sandwich and got it to us quick when they realized. Everyone was happy and cheerful. Wonderful experience.

Food was delivered to my table hot & fast. The drive-thru was packed but it did not have an impact on dine-in wait times. Every employee seemed like they were happy to be at work. The play area is great for kiddos HOWEVER, there is no baby changing table in the men’s restroom. Makes it hard if you dine-in with children still in diapers and didn’t bring your wife/partner.

Awful experience every time I come in, the staff is awful and never very helpful and painfully slow. I wish they would completely get rid of everyone and start fresh. They can start by getting rid of the girl who’s the size of half a toothpick up front. She is never good at greeting you and never knows what she’s doing or how to respond to you. If you’re going to have someone on the register make sure they can mentally comprehend what your customers are saying, toothpick never does, this is my 4th time being served by her and it’s always ended up in failure. They completely cancelled my order and made me wait 30 minutes to get it and then handed me my coffees wayyy early and when I asked for a drink carrier toothpick handed me a soggy nasty sauce covered drink holder, but at least she added a brownie for my inconvenience. 😒😒😒😒

I love this location! It is always super busy tho so you can be sure to wait in a decently long line. Ordering in the app is usually best for this location. Food is still good as ever and friendly staff!

One of two fast food we love! I always get the chicken strips; so good! Their macaroni and cheese has little chunks of melted cheese in it which I love and a nice browning on top.

I don't go here too often just because it is always so packed but I do appreciate how they try their best to get people through as quickly as possible. The food is always good but they occasionally leave something out of our order but they're usually good to fulfill our order!

I have been getting the chicken scramble bowl at least once a week and when I went through the drive through this morning I was told that I couldn’t get it well done anymore. Apparently “Corporate” won’t let them do it anymore. Why?!?! It is literally 2 more minutes in the fryer!!!! I am so disappointed PLUS I just put money on my account! This is truly a sad day for me. Looks like I will be looking for another chicken place to get my food!😭

I feel like the service, qa, and speed have dropped dramaticly at this location. I place my orders over mobile and still end up waiting in the stalls for my food. Four of my last six orders have been wrong. The friendly service has gone down.

This is the best place to get the world famous chicken sandwiches. The double lane drive thru is extremely fast and efficient. The staff are, of course, heavenly helpful. I would highly recommend this location for fast, convenient, friendly eating.

Had a great meal with a great view of the mountains!! They have some great workers who are genuinely nice (not like a mask at all). Food came out quickly and tasted like chicken. Definitely would come back again. Also many of the workers are bilingual which is very nice!!

I think the picture of my fries filled halfway says it all. Got this on 7/8/23 around 1pm. Everything tasted good and the people were nice I just got the shaft with these fries which was annoying

Went through the drive through and the drinks were supposed to be 3 sweet teas. No big deal I pulled back through the drive through and the guy got on his headset and told the manager and he proceeded to tell me “my manager said she made those drinks herself and they are sweet so I'm not sure what to tell you ” so I went inside and told the girl up front I got 3 unsweetened teas could I trade them out she was nice enough to let me pick something different because they had been out of sweet tea for over an hour. They were out of lemonade as well. I think the manager needs to be a little more honest and tell people they are out of sweet tea instead of just assuming unsweetened is okay and then lying about it. I love Chick-fil-A , but won’t be supporting this one if they basically make it seem like I’m lying when I say I got the wrong drink.

We haven’t been to chick fil a in a while when we arrived it was quite busy. We were able to order fairly quickly and sat for our food. There were two bigger orders right ahead of ours and we were given our food no more than 4 minutes after we sat down. We are broke college kids so we only got 2 sandwiches (they were delicious). A few minutes into our meal an employee named Hector came to ask us how it was, when he noticed we didn’t have any drinks he offered us one on him. It was so sweet and honestly made my day. Hector was very attentive to us and the other surrounding tables during our stay
