Every time I have come here it takes 15-20 minutes for my order to be taken… employees walk by cleaning the lobby or act like they don’t see me . The lobby is a mess with trash on the floor and things someone could potentially trip over. I did an online order recently and came by and they had the windows covered and never answered the phones. I assume they were short staff but this is acceptable. It took 15 minutes before someone asked if I have been helped.

I've never been inside a Taco Bell that's this fun looking. I love their decorations. Definitely an amusing place to sit down and eat some food. They even have a Polaroid booth.

Terrible customer service! This Taco Bell never has any pizzas... Why do they have a Pizza Hut if making a pizza is too difficult? This Taco Bell's line is ridiculously long, and they will not let you add on an item at the window, not even a simple bean and cheese burrito. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they would not accommodate me and closed the window while I was talking. So rude!

Rude bottom of the barrel fast food employees. 45 minute drive through weights to get slopped together burritos that leak out the bottom. This place has made me swear off Taco Bell all together. I have a $40 gift card I refuse to use because this place is such a nightmare. The owner/manager should be embarrassed and I hope they go bankrupt. But of course they won't because idiots keep lining up 20 cars long to wait an hour for a $5 burrito that's really worth nothing. Why is Burger King the only half decent fast food establishment in this sad excuse for a wannabe Beach town.

They closed their lobby early and only had open the drive thru. An employee told us we could walk through the drive thru and they would take our order. We patiently waited in the drive thru to ultimately get rejected and sent home with no food. Rude. Edit. We went back and they did not put chicken in my chicken quesadilla.

I stood in the front, waiting to order for at least five minutes while to the employees were chitchatting about their personal lives. The entire restaurant inside was empty. I was the only customer. Then once my order was done, the employee, just stop the bag on the counter and didn’t say here you go or thank you or anything. I didn’t even know if it was mine or a mobile order. Overall weird vibes inside.

I walked in with my family on Monday and aa we got our order I noticed that the restaurant was filthy there weren't any mild sauce out in the container so my son who is a little chubby asked the clerk for some mild sauce and she handed him the full case of sauce and quoted " it looks like you wanted all of this " handed him the case when it was her responsibility to make sure everything was stocked up I was not able to get her name but she had a tattoo on her forearm with a fish a little bit colored in I felt that was discrimination to a customer I'm very angry

Love love this location. The Decor is similar to Hard Rock Cafe. Excellent Customer service!!! Eduardo Rocks ( wearing glasses)! Super fast, but amazingly polite! One of the Very few, with outstanding people skills!

Just arrived in town from a very long drive and wanted something quick. WOW! What a surprise this Taco Bell location was! Fantastic old school vibes dining room with a car theme that put on a smile on my face. Great music and friendly staff. Will back again when I am in town 😊

The first time I took the drive thru, the staff was friendly the food was piping hot and overall was a good experience. I later went to pick up food for my partner after having the car washed, so dashed inside and was BLOWN AWAY. The decor was really something else. Super clean and the same friendly staff and piping hot food. If you’re looking for a quick stop along the highway this Taco Bell shouldn’t be missed!!

Too many attitudes from the female employees who make an order wrong. No name tags for any of the emplyees working at 1130 am today. You should have correct measurements for the ingredients. One employee has an extremely bad attitude arguing this 5 layer burrito was made right. Yes, it melts but is that really even a dab of sour cream? Why can't you evenly lay out the ingredients? Pathetic attitudes.

Horrible! No line ,we were told to get out of line and use a kiosk instead of having someone take our order. It took forever to get our food and I'm pretty sure the people that ordered after us got their food before us

I ordered in their self serve kiosk and it took me around 10 minutes to get my food. The place looked a bit understaffed considering I went around 12, the main lunch rush. The food however, was good and I enjoyed it.

Ok I ordered a Mexican pizza and a burrito extra onions and cheese. Mexican pizza was un edible, and the burrito wasn't made correctly at all.

Taco bell now has Fiesta burritos that are vegetarian. Also have Mexican pizza, with or without meat. But the dont make tostados anymore. The nach fries are delicious, but they need more fries in the order..yum

Soda dispenser missing one twist cap. Couldn't get the soda I wanted. I'm diabetic so total 3 options excluding water. I wanted Diet mountain dew. Told staff and the management didn't care.

Love this place especially the drive thru lady at night, she's nice, food was good (no clue why everyone dislikes taco bell in general). Just the line gets too long... but that's what you would expect from good food.

Worst experience ever. 15 minutes in the drive thru, online order incomplete, food cold and tasted terrible. Will never go back.

The wait at the drive thru was very long, around 30 minutes for about 6 cars. The young gentlemen at the drive thru had great service and the food was hot and tasty. In my opinion worth the wait, it’s just that some customers order a lot of food and take their sweet time at a drive thru.

This Taco Bell is awesome! The lady in the drive through wore a fun giant taco hat and was very kind...she even gave me an extra drink they made on the house. Quick service and food proportions were great!
