The hours listed online clearly state that the store is supposed to close at 8pm. I tried to walk in at 7:30pm and the doors were LOCKED!!! Bad business!!

Is my place to go to buy a very cheap and nice selection outfits staff friendly and nice and willing to help unfortunately people are not considered with staff who trying to keep store organized and tidie.

I had an amazing experience at the store recently. I was actually there probably a total of 3 hours throughout the day back and forth bringing another pieces trying to complete a suit for an interview. Mauricio was super patient and extremely helpful. I can be extra but he was on top of it. Couldn't have been more impressed with an outlet experience Thanks again -

The store was clean and organized, but I was disappointed by the length of the line, and the fact that only one cashier was available on a Sunday afternoon. EDIT: Lowering from three stars to two because I have received no response from Express after contacting them per their request.

Been in store for 15 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help but steady in the back of the store folding clothes
