😡wrong piercing 😡 Please Guys don’t go there for piercing They dnt know how to do it they did wrong piercing to my baby girl and she is 6 month old and when i told them that you guys did wrong and they said it’s not our responsibility 👎👎👎

Not very good customer service. The girl helping us today had her friends around the counter area, and $71 for a regular ear lobe piercing is ridiculous. I mean, this place is a children's store... Sorry but I'd rather take my money somewhere where we don't have to hunt down an employee. Needless to say we left and went to another place dedicated to ear piercings. On the bright side, Claire's was very easy to locate.

Daughter had her ears pierced and the young woman piercing was very attentive to her needs and her comfort level and did a magnificent job. Explained the importance of after piercing ear care and my daughter was very pleased. Thank you Ladies for making her feel comfortable and safe.

I like going to Claire's they always have deals and especially in the outlets but this day in particular I brought my daughter in and they had sales by three get three where the two employees sat on the floor and did not interact with us did not try to help us they sat on the floor and continued to stock and do what they were doing before we entered the store they didn't ask if we needed help I had to ask them questions they were not very customer-oriented nor did they have any customer service skills when your working in retail you should be asking questions to your customers your customers shouldn't be asking you questions other than that the store was neat clean and stocked

The manager a outlets location humiliated my sister-in-law last week just because she is Latina and didn’t speak perfect English. She knows it decently and the lady humiliated her when trying to do a return for a small item that was unopened. Even told her “I’m going to go to lunch, if you want you can wait 30 min till I get back.” After she had already been helping her. She said her name when she was asked and said I’m the manager so it doesn’t matter. Then some customer started laughing at my sister-in-law because she found the situation hilarious. She needs to get fired
