Had a wonderful experience at the Pawn Shop today! Bernardo was amazing!! Very helpful & made us feel right at home in the shop! We travel a lot & this is what I expect from folks when we enter their store or enter a store they work for! Stop on in & see for yourself!!! What a great time!! THANKS AGAIN!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

From my experience they are not honest people to deal with. I bought a brand new item online and paid for it. The next day I'm told it doesn't work and was lied to over and over then refunded. They listed the same item for sale right away without writing it is broken. I'm thinking they are just hoping for money on the item. I would not suggest dealing with them.

Bernardo is super friendly and fair. Go here before anywhere else for the best payout.

My experience with this store was awesome. Immediately upon entering the shop I was greeted by Bernardo, one of the friendliest, most attentive clerks I've had the pleasure of interacting with. I had gone in with the idea of maybe looking around and had not really intended to buy very much of anything. However while talking with Bernardo, he was more than willing to accommodate any request I had in my search for items. After 2 hours of conversation I actually learned quite a bit and felt confident that he knew his products and was a fair and honest businessman. (This because he had a book with all the values in it, showed them to me, and almost every product I purchased had a certificate). I have already recommended this shop to my closest friends, would recommend the store to anyone reading this and cannot say enough great things about my first experience at La Hacienda.

Had a great experience good deal for what I brought in. I checked other pawn shops that dont pay not even half of the offers this place gives you. Also great customer service really nice and polite. I just left happy from that store.

Definitely the best pawn shop in the area. Small friendly mom and pop shop that do excellent business and Are #1 when it comes to customer service. Bernardo and Greg are gentleman among their trade. They make the pawn stars crew look like a joke when it comes to knowing what they’re talking about. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family it’s a great place to take your kids as well. I find their prices to be very fair and their pawn offers to be even better.

Go see Bernardo at La Hacienda Pawn Shop !!! I've been lucky to have been doing business with Bernardo, for years. He does everything in his power to offer great service . From day 1 he's always treated me with dignity and respect. Fairness is the name of the game. Other lower quality pawn places take advantage of their customers. Not Bernardo. He knows how to handle business in an honest way. I've pawned guitars , jewelry , and collectibles. He's very generous and knowledgeable. It would be a mistake to go anywhere else .

Don’t go to Salinas Pawn, come to La Hacienda, honest, respectful, and loyal to the city of Salinas. Willing to work with anyone, came here twice after going to Salinas Pawn. Always ended up doing business with them. I would recommend this pawn shop, over any other Pawn Shop, anyday.

This place was hands down the best! Very friendly staff and Bernardo was great to do business with. I went in to sell some name brand purses and I got fair prices considering the publicity of the brand. Bernardo knew his stuff! Definitely my go to moving forward.

Went in there for the first time and sold something and had no problems. The price was reasonable for some quick cash. Wonderful customer service. Will be going back.
