Really nice atmosphere. Comfortable chairs. Great chicken. Will definitely be in again for lunch soon to try other dishes. Went with my father and uncle and got the same things they did and I wasn't sure what I got exactly other than that there was chicken and rice and it was delicious. We also had hummus that was delicious (and not dry like you get a lot of the time). Everything tasted extremely fresh and was very pleased with the service.

Epsilon Greek Restaurant has very pretty Greek decor. You can eat outside or inside. Service was friendly, warm, patient and so helpful. Food was delicious and portions are large! Hummus and tzatziki combo with cucumbers sbd tomatoes was so delicious! Loved the Greek Sparkling water too! FYI there's a Speak Easy Bar called SAVVY next to the restaurant that the owner owns too. They sell small plates and brunch is served on Sundays with music! DEFINITELY will need to check that out next time we go to Monterey!

The food was amazing and so was the service. Gluten-free friendly! The ambience is also very interesting. The Hummus was good, and the side salad that comes with the entrees was amazing. The taskebab was delicious and quantity was good. The food tasted fresh and authentic, server was helpful and courteous, and service was quick.

Fantastic service from Jen! I will come back just because of her. She gave me a great recommendation for trout (served with head on, bean salad, spiced rice, and green beans). The trout was simply seasoned to perfection and the skin was deliciously crispy! The trout cheeks were very good. From now on I’ll be less scared of eating fish head! The entree also came with a salad which was nice and refreshing. I had SPECTACULAR hummus! It was smooth and the pita was fresh and tasty. I had a nice Sauvignon Blanc as well. It was a very delicious and filling meal. You won’t go hungry here! Oh and the Greek yogurt dessert was phenomenal! Perfect combination of sweet and tart.

A Mediterranean/Greek restaurant in Monterey, homey and casual interior, serving all the classics! On the house, you get a serving of bread with a garlic lemony dip as well as Greek salad to start. For mains, we ordered the Lamb Shank and Dolmades (tender grape leaves stuffed with seasoned ground sirloin and rice, topped with avgolemono sauce). The lamb shank, unfortunately, was a little disappointing and on the drier side, but the flavours did come through as you would expect. The dolmades dish was great, very well seasoned meat wrapped in grape leaves. The sauce it comes with is almost like a crossover between bechamel and lemon juice, and accompanies the meat and rice really well!

OPA!!! This is the best Greek Restaurant! Every dish is delicious and the desserts are authentic with a touch of Greek magic! We are looking forward to our next meal there and celebrating food and life with Christos the wonderful owner and chef!

I can't say enough great things about this little gem of a restaurant! It is first of all, super clean!!! I was impressed with the obvious care and attention to detail. The arrangement of glasses and silverware and immaculate linens create the ambiance of class and a perfect setting for a romantic dinner. I also felt a warm vibe for family dining since I was with my mom and daughter and also saw several families that appeared to be regulars come in. Their jubilant attitudes toward the owner and staff told me that they love to come here with their families. I had a memorable red wine and an appetizer of homemade hummus, tzatziki and pita. Definitely far above store bought. You can taste the homemade freshness. Then our food came and I don't know where to begin. Everything was to die for. The chicken lemon soup was created with LOVE! The salad is the most delicious and has a secret ingredient that I absolutely love. We all split several dishes and I can't begin to try and pronounce the names of the dishes, lol, but EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! The meat dolmas with an amazing sauce, the chicken gyro, the salmon salad, and a pasta and meat dish. All winners! The supreme ending to this story is THE DESSERT!!!! OMG! A big square of homemade baklava with this remarkable cinnamon vanilla ice cream on top. I was already full but had to, HAD TO, FINISH THIS BIT OF HEAVEN!!! I highly recommend this hot spot and try everything!!! I was happy to hear they're open for lunch and take out. They even have a small bar right in there. Such a fabulous experience and warm staff! It's behind the the famous Golden State Theater. Authentic, genuine, delicious!

Service was attentive. The hummus took a while to come out. About a third of the pita bread had blackburns. Are entrees were under seasoned and nearly flavorless. The coating on the fish was not crispy. The octopus had no flavor. The salad was large and tasty. Did not see the value for the price paid. The restaurant was clean and we were well attended. However, the food was really underwhelming. Sad because the folks are so nice. Convenient location, and we were able to get street parking without a problem. Although to be aware of the parking control officers were very busy and writing tickets after 90 minutes.

This is probably one of the greatest finds that my family and I have made while visiting the coast. After a long day at the beach, we headed over to Epsilon. We were immediately greeted by Patty. Most places tend to grimace when we walk in with two toddlers, but not Patty. She was incredibly welcoming and very friendly. She was nice the kids and after some suggestions we settled on food. Everything wa sincerely incredible. The lamb shank was perfectly cooked, the salad was very fresh and well dressed, and the kids loved the string beans they had for dinner. Overall the experience was great, the food, delicious, but Patty killed it with the service!

Pretty impressive all around. I’ve been to some great Greek spots and live in the Bay Area where we have the likes of Kokkari and Evvia. This place is unpretentious and has spectacular food — texture, seasoning, freshness, quality — check, check, check, check. The decor is super cute and sert ice is warm, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is amazing. The food is delicious and well worth the money. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mediterranean food. Top notch, and the desserts are phenomenal.

Epsilon did not disappoint! You are greeted by the sweetest people. The place is intimate and clean. The hardest part was deciding among everything because it all looked so good and the smells from the kitchen were mouthwatering. Make sure you take a big appetite and are ready for a flavor explosion! 100% would recommend and would return.

GOOD food. Flavourful! Great people working there. Some fam had reserved some tables for us to go eat there after a memorial service. Very considerate. Portions are awesome. Down to Earth atmosphere. I'd be comfortable there in jeans or more formal attire.

Very kind and engaged staff. The food was great. Had the gyro plate and it was way more food than I needed, but it was too good to not eat it all. I would recommend anyone visiting to give this place a try.

Delicious as always. I usually get takeout for lunch but it was excellent to go for dinner. The imam and a falafel salad are our standard orders and never disappoint.

I’m in Monterrey for a week and a friend told me about this place. I ate there on Wednesday and it was amazing. Tonight is my last night in town so I went there again. Phenomenal food. Nice people. If they opened in Los Angeles, I’d probably be there five nights a week.
