This hotel has been well maintained, it seems. It has a modern feel with smart building / energy saving in mind. Rooms are not necessarily spacious but there's just enough room. Breakfast seems to have plenty of options for everyone. Service is pretty good.

I only came to use the wellness facilities as my hotel was renovating theirs, and I give the second star only because the cleaning staff was so incredibly kind. The swimming cool might be okay, but just the puddle of water to "clean" one's feet before entering the wellness area should already have tipped me off as to the level of hygiene in the rest of the area, sadly. The sauna smelled of mold, so I ran out as quickly as I could. That is, one of the two saunas - the other was closed for maintenance. What a shame, as the rest of the hotel looked quite nice.

Good rooms, the spa was slightly disappointing as there were children allowed in the pool and were disrupting my peace. Also, there was no steam room and the pool was quite cold. The sauna wasn't a traditional sauna and dried out my skin something shocking. The food was good, very polish style breakfast which was enjoyable with plenty of selection. The hotel itself is very pretty. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay (apart from the children and lack of steam room in the spa).

Very nice hotel, situated almost in the center of the city. Clean spacious rooms and a excellent pool/relax area. The restaurant is also very good with great food.

A very nice hotel and its in a really good spot. Not far at all from Old town, just a Quick Walk. The beds are rock hard, which is good, but a little to hard. Asked for 1 more pillow but never heard back. But it wasnt a big deal. Really awesome that there was a pool and gym plus sauna! Would stay again!

Nicely located by the old town Gdansk. Short walks to major sights and public transportation. The room is equipped with bath robes, slippers, sewing kit, shower cap, and a mini bar fridge. We booked a standard double room. The bed was much smaller than expected but manageable. However, our room on the 3rd floor had a faint sewage smell so we kept the window open for the most time. On our last night, the toilet stopped flushing suddenly, but the front desk was really kind to offer us another room. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay in Gdansk.

Organised a conference for the German group in this hotel. Just the best recommendations. We liked it all! The conf service was good. The common spaces are designed with wonderful taste. The food is quality Polish cousine. The location is not in the middle of the centre, but totally ok to get out to the centre.

5 mins stroll from centre of Old Town, very clean and well presented in all areas. Staff weren't the most helpful/knowledgeable and the pool/sauna could have been hotter but we still had a good time! Great value for money, comfy bed and a fridge in the room.

The hotel is newly built, excellent staff, friendly and very helpful, excellent massage, I definitely suggest you try the massage. The infrared sauna is very small, so is the pool, the sauna of this hotel is not good for Nordic people, it would be great if it had a jacuzzi. The room was clean and comfortable and the size of the room was very good, but there was no trash can in the room, I personally like rain showers and our room did not have one. There were no paper towels in the room and we had to use toilet paper. The view of the room was good, the window was also good. The breakfast and hotel bar were also very good.

Lovely hotel. The breakfast was great as there was something for everyone. The bar was reasonably priced. The minibar was a little overpriced as we've stayed places where it has been free. The pool was great and also the steam room. The only cons were the fact that the maids usually didn't make up the room unless we rang reception and the beds were a little on the small side, so much so, I kept almost falling out of it. Other than that, it was in a great location, nice and quiet, lovely decor with nice staff and nice food. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again .

I had an incredible stay at this hotel - great location and exceptional service. A big thank you to Rafał Wiśniewski for going above and beyond in organizing our stay - his attention to detail was truly appreciated.

Service was very good. Only complain is about the quality of the pillows as they are too thin and soft.

I stayed in Hotel Sadova for 2 nights during a weekend trip with office colleagues, as an when we entered in the hotel we received a warm welcome, proper guidance and support at the hotel reception. The interior and decoration of the room is very-very comfortable, good location and highly spacious also bathroom and toilets are very clean and spacious, you can compare these facilities with 5 Star hotel. Not only the rooms the complete hotel is very beautifully decorated. the staff is very polite, helpful and understanding which is rare in ground staff apart from the reception staff. During your stay you can enjoy amenities like gym, swimming pool, sauna, breakfast in a big dinning area the hotel with good quality of drinks & foods and there is a separate area dedicated to bar which will be on till mid-night. I will definitely recommend others and choose to stay at this hotel for my next trip in Gdansk.

Hi there, thank you for the good time in Gdansk. We stay there from the 26th of july to the first of august. I have only three remarks: No room service within six days ? I asked at reception four or five times. Result: no cleaning. Do you know: Four stars means service. Service means - doing everything that is necessary for the customer. This includes: bed linen is changed every three days. The Restaurant closed spontaneously overnight for two days ? The hotel Sadova is international. Why is information only published in polish? Parking fees. Nowhere is there any information that the parking space costs 40 zloty per night. You can do better. At the Check-in - for example. Everything else was ok. Sometimes, however, a breakfast buffet can be made more varied. In conclusion: a very nice hotel, great location and short distances to the city center.

Overall good experience while staying for 3 nights last week. Nice, modern and clean. Location of it is a huge bonus as well. The friendliness of staff that's different story. We only met four members of staff at the reception during our visit but only half of the team has a clue how important is the body language and full professionalism. Well done to Szymon and lovely blond short hair lady which I don't know the name of. You Guys making a masive difference over there smiling when engage with customers. Hope to see you two again soon.

Me and my partner stayed in Sadova hotel last month for a few nights. Hotel is modern and clean and great located, reception staff was nice and helpful. Only one thing wasn't great the breakfast staff attitude. They're were so rude and grumpy...part of it it's a great hotel.

Good size rooms and very clean. Modern hotel with a pool if you want to have a swim. Breakfast is Fabulous and very rich. Location of the hotel is convenient with a bus stop in 2' walking or 10' walking to the very center of Gdansk. We probably use this hotel again in our next visit to the city.

Hotel Sadova is a great place to stay, great food, the staff are very professional and friendly too. The hotel is situated just outside old town Gdansk around a five minute walk to all the great sights of Gdansk. I would recommend this place highly.

Fantastic, clean and modern hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was fairly spacious and quite modern. Also decorated to a high standard. It was on the 4th floor but we didn't hear any noise from other rooms and from outside. Hotel is a 5-10min walk from the city centre. Facilities include a small gym, swimming pool and sauna. Swimming pool clean and never very busy. Gym small but okay. Food and services were great as well. Highly recommended this hotel.

Great hotel! Would recommend. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work at first but after a call to the reception they fixed it. The breakfast was also nice.

The hotel was not too expensive and located just beside the city centre with walking distance to pretty much everything. The breakfast was amazing. Beds a bit small (140cm) of you take a standard double room. Otherwisw the room was nice and clean. There is also a nice pool as well as a small sauna and a small gym. The gym is basically bikes, treadmills and a rowing machine. Staff was friendly. Girlfriend also booked a massage and was very satisfied. Overall a really great hotell!!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food. Advantage that hotel has a swimming pool. Although, sauna could be bigger and hotter. Nevertheless, would stay again.

Nice hotel and breakfast was good. But there wasn't trashcan in our room so we had to leave all the trash on the table

Sadova is always my first choice for accommodation in Gdańsk , I’ve been there many times and they never failed. Nothing is too much trouble and all members of staff are always happy to help. Special rewards for customer service to front office team especially Benia, Karolina & Eryk.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel (family with 2 teenage daughters). The rooms were impeccable with a nice modern bathroom with large shower. Even though we had a street side room and there was a fair going on (St. Dominic's) the room remained quiet. The pool is free to use for guests and is very well kept, plenty of towels are available in the pool area. The location is easy walking distance to the historic center of Gdansk. Parking was easily accessed but if you come late in the evening it is possible that there is no more place, we did find a public parking just across the street when this was the case.
