Food is really good but the staff that works there terrible… Mrs Julia couldn’t even take my order properly even tho I’ve been coming to this place for years and no one has ever had any problem, when I said that something is wrong with my order all of the workers aggressively started to attack me… they also said in the end that I can throw my Chenab to trash and they will get me the other one…

They don't want to speak English. When they speak they show nervous!!!! I throw sandwich tow times I bought from there. I explained what I want inside,and they still put all inside!!

Food is not bad. But service....It was my first and last visit to there. The service which their worker Nastja had provided to clients, shocked me . I asked to open the bottle with juce which I bought exectly at your foodcort , she had looked at me by her huge eyes like I am a marcian. ... I don't know, honestly I don't want to know, what exactly bothered her in my asking ... Anyway, I am one of the clients, and I want to serve friendly. Nothing more nothing less. For instance:King kebab. Place where workers respect clients. They try to help with menu as well ...it is not extra work for them.. P,S, I added scan of my paragone as confirmation that it was boutle that I have bought at your shop. Nastja was rude and unfriendly during so "long" 3-minutes service time. We left your foodcord whin only one thinking - we don't want to be serve here more

Ordered a roll, nowhere was it written that it was spicy; some people have allergies or just don't like eating spicy food without knowing, so I would recommend either writing or saying it out loud; stuff isn't friendly but not rude; definitely ate cheaper and tastier rolls 3/10

Customer service staff was very rude answering our questions, they weren't helpful at all and confused us about price list. We left really unsatisfied with that kind of service..

We been to other kebap places but this one was most rudest customer service ever. The girl who took my order Asia, gave me attitude about trying to figure out what my kids wanted to order. We were only once in the line at that time, so it was not like they were busy. Meat was a bit dry too.

I wanted to translate the Menu with Google Lens because I don't speak Polish, the staff told me quite unpolite that I am not allowed to do so. They gave me an English translation on paper but it was confusing and useless.
