A piece of Thailand in Poland. I felt relaxed from the minute I walked in, dimmed lights, candles and soft music create a blissful atmosphere. As for massage, I'm new to Thai massage so I'll compare it to my other experiences with classical and sports massages. First of all, if you imagined Lucy Liu jumping on you to massage you with her feet like in Charlie's Angels, it's not at all like that :) The massage bed is wider so the masseuse can be on your side moving your body in different positions to get to deeper muscle groups. She's likely to use elbows and knees to release the tension. I enjoyed my visit, it was a nice experience, and I would come back. Top tip: take some spare money for the tip. It is customary in Thailand and is a way of showing you enjoyed your massage.

Visited Zen Thai Spa with my wife, booked sauna+hamam+massage package and I must say it was totally worth the money: the administrator was very nice and polite, SPA itself is quite spacious inside, has warm soft soothing light, relaxing music is being played. Sauna is compact, but clean, looks new and is of good quality, has a very pleasant smell. We both liked the massage, almost fell asleep during the last relaxing phase. And looks like the package price is almost the lowest among similar SPAs for a similar package

I loved this place! I chose Balinese massage and this was the first time for me to get a full body massage. After having 2 continuous pregnancies and working in front of the screen for 8 hours a day made my upper back sore and sensitive. I felt very relaxed and stress free when I completed the massage. The masseuse made me very comfortable and she seemed to be more experienced. People at the reception were very friendly and overall it was a great experience. I recommend to others who wants to take up an intense massage session. Definitely, I will come back every week!

I visited this place twice, the massage was ok both times. However I have many questions about how session time is being calculated. The first time I ordered 2 hours and when dressed found out it was 15 min less (35 zl). The administrator promised me 15 additional minutes for free next time. The second time I came to the salon and reminded the administrator about my free time leftover from the previous session. She told me she cannot find it and finally after around 10 min they found it. Ok, but it is already 5 minutes late for my session, I mentioned it and they agreed to start 5 min later but I still need time to change clothes. I wanted a massage session exactly I ordered excluding extra activities, it was not my fault it took a lot of time to find notes about the previous time. Ok...the session started and after 1 hour I heard "finish, finish" what? I ordered 1.5h. The master went to the administrator to sort it out and when came back said that we can continue. The funniest thing is the master still finished my session 2 minutes earlier... Massage is a relaxing session and I don't want to keep watching at the counter to make sure my minutes weren't stolen. The session was completely spoiled. I can't understand why it happens and why they need to cut your session for 5-10 minutes....it almost always ruins any client attitude.

To be honest, the massage was very mediocre. We took a relaxing 1h couples massage + 30 minute feet massage. The desired areas and pressure of massage were not met. Massage itself was inconsistent (ex. left leg is massaged well, the right one barely massaged). I asked to put pressure in shoulder area, it was massaged for 2 minutes max. However, the positive side is that the salon is very pleasant, with relaxing atmosphere, music and free tea. Customer service is also good.

Visit this place with my wife today. Seems that previous specialists were more professional than current ones. Relaxing massage wasn’t relaxing at all, specialist which was doing massage for my wife was very rough and unprofessional.

My best friend and I visited another best friend in Warsaw and we all wanted to have a massage. We tried Zen Thai Spa which is next to the place where we stayed and we all were so pleased with our experience. I tried their Balinese massage which was very relaxing. Place is clean, with big massage bed, soft music and relaxing room scent. Price is very affordable too!

Price / offer: Very good! 90 min massage with oil for the equivalent of 48 euros. The masseuse really took her time. Receptionist was also very nice. Keep it up !

Amazing. I got into hands of the Indian girl, forgot her name, she was the goddess. I had the back, shoulder and head massage for 1 hour. She revived me and my whole body. She was all over me literally😃 The massage exceeded all my expectations😍 Will come back again. This is my first review ever because I don’t tend to write feedbacks. But I hope it will help other people to search more thoroughly for massage places. So I booked a one-hour couple session in advance as a present, also asking if they have shower to take before. They assured me they do, we just had to come earlier. Which we did. But when we arrived, the receptionist told us that it’s impossible to take shower, since they have shower only in one massage room which had been occupied. Shower before was vital for us since we came from another country to spend a day in Warsaw. I demanded the refund. It took half an hour for the receptionist to inform us that she doesn’t know how to do that and we had to wait till she could figure out it with her boss. After a while it ended up with offering us to take the “shower” in the peeling room, which we declined (also because we had only 40 mins of our session remaining). Then they offered us the full session with taking shower in that room where other people were receiving massage, ordering us to be quiet. That was fun, but not what I expected and how it was agreed. Plus, we were one our late in the end Also, the massage doesn’t really differ from one which your friends or family can do
