A great place to see equipment used in war. I recommend visiting on a warm day because all the exhibits are outside.

Great museum with alot of military vehicles from the Soviet time. They do not have any information/signs about the vehicles in english. Thats a big minus for us.

Nice collection but needed a map or guide - luckily my son know knows ALL the hardware by memory. Signs only in Polish - don’t miss the inside area with better preserved tanks and more, but oddly closed 10:30-12:30 even while rest was open.

I really liked this museum. They have quite a lot of things to look at, entrance was very cheap compared to other places and it was very calm. The only thing they could have really to improve the experience would be to not cover some of the vehicles and open up all the areas. Now some of the areas with other vehicles were completely blocked off which was unfortunate. Even though you couldn't see everything it was cheap (12 zloty in 2023) and there is a bus stop just a couple of steps away which will take you to the central station. When we went here they were open until 16:00/4pm and there is a shopping mall a couple of minutes away if you're looking for a place to eat after.

Really awesome place! It's very quiet, open-air, and features machines from the USSR, Poland, US, Czechoslovakia, and Hungary. There is information written under every machine (albeit some are only in Polish), and there is a huge range, from anti-aircraft artillery, to tanks and jets. Very well preserved, and easily accessible by bus. Excellent choice for those who wish to do something alternative to 'touristy' things.

Very very disappointing, it seems to be a new location, from what i saw and what i read, the collection is TINY. There are no planes just around 4-5 Tanks. There is only one exhibition hall open. If you are looking for the olace people described 3 weeks ago, it doesnt exist anymore, there is no outdoor area with planes or tanks. The price is too high for what it is, I so not recommend!

Great museum in the heart of Warsaw. The outdoor exhibits are impressive. The indoor ones are also good, but a section was not available the day we went due to 'technical difficulties'.

Massive collection of WWII and Cold War armour, artillery and aircraft. Free entry, so you can wander around this Napoleonic-era citadel and explore this collection for hours or come back later. There can be few better collections of WWII Soviet armour outside of Russia. The tanks seem to be under gradual restoration, but the aircraft have seen better days unfortunately. It's a long walk out of town, but there's a bus stop right outside.

Nice museum where you can see some war machines such as tanks, jets, helicopters and much more. Unfortunately, the signs on the vehicles are ONLY in Polish and no other language. I was able to take a good look at the museum within an hour. It's worth it for a short detour, but it's definitely more fun when the weather is better.

This museum was a surprise. We spied it from the road on the way to King Jan III's Palace and decided to visit. It was a Thursday so both the Palace and this museum were free. There are loads and loads of tanks and aeroplanes, plus some other interesting military equipment and a small indoor bit. We really enjoyed the visit and I would recommend it if you like to wander round doing your own thing. Most signs are in Portuguese, but as the exhibits are enormous machines, they sort of speak for themselves. There's parking right by the museum (not a big lot though ) and it's right on the main road. Easy to combine this with the Palace, both in 1 day.

Place is very peaceful, fees are very cheap, and acces to the place is very easy. The only problem there is NOT ENGLISH at all on the museum pieces.

It's great that there is such an exhibition!!! But there should be more accessibility. My son (3 years old) wants to enter, penetrate, touch everywhere, but everywhere there is a ban or a padlock ☹️

The vehicles in this place look amazing BUT the place itself is not very well taken care of, and there is not even one vehicle that you can interact with, e.g. open a door, get inside... Everything is no touchy. Besides all descriptions are in Polish, there is nothing in English, although this didn't bother me too much, I was contented with just looking at those majestic tanks. Free on Thursdays.

Nice museum, worth of visit. It has outside exhibition of lot of types of armor (tanks, infantry vehicles, radars, anti aircraft weapons, Mig jets etc.). What I really wasn't expecting to see here was - Soyuz spacecraft module! Generally, it looks more like private collection of disposed equipment than museum - which is a little bit sad. Plenty of exponates were covered by tent. The remaining exponates are rusty and faded. The tickets can be bought thru kiosk and payd by card. Toilets are "ToiToi style". They also have a wending mashine with snacks and water.

A nice place to refresh the years of late youth and show the kids how we can end up. It's nice to go as a family and have "grandpa" add his real-life stories.

Wow! Do not miss this outdoor museum when you visit Warszawa. War history has never been so up-close. The guides were very friendly and informative. It's a real gem for history buffs like myself.

Our second visit. For the price, it’s great. Plenty of tanks, radars and planes to look at. Little people loved running around and admiring old military equipment. One star less as a guide or a map with some more info about the history would be useful. Otherwise, a nice day out. A small parking is located next to the entrance.

An interesting place, but in the tract of war this technique is perceived not as an exhibit, but as a killing machine. Worth a look, at least for thought

(Translated by Google) A very well organized park of combat machines from the period from World War II to the 1980s and 1990s. A lot of units from missile, armored and air forces, each unit has a short description. You can approach, touch, see up close how combat units evolved in different periods of the Cold War. An additional advantage of this place is the original space capsule - the lander of the Soyuz 30 spacecraft, in which our only cosmonaut so far, Mirosław Hermaszewski, made a trip around the earth. Admission to the museum is free, but there is no parking, so it's better to come by public transport or park on one of the nearby streets. I highly recommend it to all military fans and families with children.

This museum really has a lot of military exhibits and, above all, heavy combat equipment, i.e. tanks, planes, armored personnel carriers, helicopters and homing stations. These heavy equipment are in the air, so it is worth going to the museum in time of warmth, although the visit also has its charm in winter. In the museum, you can also admire Major Hermaszewski's capsule, in which he traveled around the world. A great place to spend time. (Original) Polecam odwiedzić Muzeum Techniki Wojskowej. (Translated by Google) Not a very well-kept museum with post-Soviet equipment which can be found in many other museums. What is especially worth seeing is the lander which Hermaszewski used to return from space to earth - it is unique on a global scale. The cut panther hull is also nice, where you can see the construction of the suspension and the location of the drive. The Mig23 is also impressive. It is a pity that apart from displaying decaying equipment, there are no additional attractions.

Inside the fort there is an exhibition and the first Polish tank. Now closed by Covid. Outside you can visit. It is worth taking a look at every alley. Unfortunately, only 4 stars because the area is neglected. No changes for years. Ie, no sidewalks, makeshift rubber mats. It is a pity that such a patriotic government cannot finance this place. There is a nice park next to the fort with the museum. Quiet neighborhood so a good place for a walk with the family. Behind the gate there is a bicycle path so you can also get there on two wheels.

Equipment in various condition, often in poor condition, some exhibits covered with tarpaulins. (Translated by Google) Especially in those times where many attractions are closed, it is worth visiting and taking a walk watching the weapons from the times of the Polish People's Republic. It takes about hours to go quietly. A lot of exhibits, you can see that the museum is being enlarged all the time, unfortunately some of the exhibits are in poor condition or covered with sheets. I was surprised that the entrance is free.

Great place to visit for those who loves military or with your kids. Even the weather wasn't good, still we managed to see all vehicles and planes in this cool museum. Highly recommended place to visit

It was fun to look at some tanks and planes but since they are all standing in the rain, they are not preserved so well.

I visited here in the winter time. I think it will be better in summer season. Many things to see and learn from the past, history. It is free of charge entrance.

Interesting collection of vehicles and planes from 2nd world war to the modern day. All descriptions are in polish but this doesn't matter much as there aren't many anyway.

This is a fantastic find (if you like military equipment). I have been to many such museums and this one was special because you are so close to the machines and there are so many in such a small place. The tanks are just so big, and the row of tanks is impressive with so many variants. A few of the signs have been translated into English. However you can always Google the vehicles as you move past them. It is, to me, fitting that these old machines are not ready for action - many look dishevelled and worn out. Maybe an hour or less, however there is a fantastic park next door where you can relax. If you bring your children they are bound to like one of these venues.

If you love military history this place is must see. Brilliant collections of some ofnthe most famous eastern block equipment and close enough to touch as well. While a little bit of a tell to get to it is well worth it. Make sure to be aware it is all outdoors however

Free and interesting museum if you have an interest in military vehicles and weapons. Completely free to enter for individuals. The majority of the museum is an outdoor exhibition with several tanks, artillery, planes, helicopters and armored vehicles from WWII to the Cold War era. Then there's also an small indoor exhibition with weapons, uniforms more vehicles and also some neat dioramas. Most of the vehicles are USSR and Polish models but there's also some US, British etc. Amongst all of it.

Great collection of Soviet and Polish Cold War/WWII equipment. Some signs are in Polish only and some are not in a good condition. Other than that the collection is bigger than that of Polish Army museum in the center.

Seems small from the outside, but it contains quite a lot of different tanks, trucks, and even small aircraft. Highlights: - helpful staff who wanted to tell stories about every single piece we saw, including a piece.of old German barbed wire. Now I don't know if they always do that or if it was a one off thing, because we visited the museum in the midst of a military recruiting event. - a lot of surprisingly preserved hardware. But the weather outside is taking it's toll on some of the machines, it seems. - some pieces have a fascinating history, having traveled all across the world before finding its way to this museum. The stories are on plaques so you can read them. But still, many plaques are on my in Polish. - two coin vending machines for coin collectors.

This is a fantastic place to visit for both children and adults, with a vast array of military equipment from Europe and around the world. The museum is divided into several sections, each offering interesting exhibits. It includes an outdoor section with tanks and other military machines. Although not all exhibits are open in winter, the majority are accessible, and there are fewer visitors, making it an interesting destination year-round. Inside, you can see rifles, uniforms, and many other items, with the added benefit of fewer queues and crowds in winter, offering a chance to relax amidst Soviet and Polish tanks. For coin collectors, it's recommended to bring 10 PLN in coins as it might be difficult to get change on site. The tickets are relatively inexpensive, which is another plus. The museum features many machines from various countries, not just Poland, so those interested in, for example, Soviet, French, or German machinery will find many intriguing historical exhibits.
