It's not elegant shopping, it is more embarrassing. Show off in Russian style. It is sadly the taste of people in Eastern European countries (new money - no class). Everything with big branding, but without character. Customers compete with each other "who is the richest" :D - if you do not go there with full branding, the employees do not treat you seriously, like "anyway he cannot afford our luxury stuff". So many arrogant views, staff seems to be very proud working for this place. About the politics also: Best (I have never heard of such methods): They have an online store and it is on winter sale. Many items 50% off discounted. But IN the shop they do NOT mark items that are discounted - to keep it as prestigious as possible (reputation reasons). That means you see a jacked and it costs DOUBLE than identical product which they sell online. Anyway, the whole concept of this shop is poor. My advise: Drive 500KM to BERLIN !!! KADEWE. 10 times better, MUCH more choices, REAL exclusive things. You can go there as you feel, you are not judged on how you look. The world's wealthiest people go to kadewe and you would never guess by their looks, as nobody is arrogant and bragging.

A very nice clothing mall with lots of good 👍 brands. The mall has a multiple floor. On the top floor there is a nice bar and coffee place with a good views. I highly recommend visiting.

Oh, I've never seen worse service anywhere in the world. I wanted to buy sneakers for 2000 euros on the ground floor. A store with many different brands of shoes. I asked for my size, the seller did not even untie the laces. The model had complex lacing, I suffered for a long time, at this time 2 sellers were just chatting. There were no people in the store besides me. In the end, I went to diesel and bought everything I needed there. I didn’t take these sneakers, I’ll buy them in another place where sellers know how to work. By the way, I had to go through three shops before I found out someone who know where the toilet was. Strange place with very low level of service.

I went on a Monday afternoon. Top-tier shopping experience. Not overly crowded, extremely peaceful, easy to access and overly helpful representatives. The only problem I have is the lack of parking available. Also, there’s a nice coffee shop on the top floor. Most designer stores have minimal options, but Gucci, LV & Balenciaga have actual stores.

Vitkac carries brands that you wouldn’t necessarily find elsewhere and that’s why I shop there. However, customer service is horrendous. I spent 2000PLN today at their store and the seller looked like I was disturbing her or something. Rolling her eyes, sighing… I had to come ask her if she could help me because she was busy talking with her colleague. No smile, no “thank you”, nothing. Just told me how much I had to pay and that was it. I have never been treated like this in a luxury store, even the sellers in the Louis Vuitton store inside Vitkac treat their customers better. Maybe Vitkac sellers should take example from their colleagues working at the Gucci and Louis Vuitton stores ! Really sad.

The place to go if you want to find stone island collection. Selection of atone island isnt so much, but there is always something to get you interested.

I hope this review will prompt some changes or atleast for you to add some banners or notifications on the e-commerce shopping checkout for unexpected delays during busy periods.. because when you have a 2-4 day delivery option and after 4 days not even a single update or sent notification. It is totally unacceptable and insulting. Even BoltFood and Revolut's questionable customer service are more on it than Vitkac! For being a shopping venue off- and on-line for designer brands and customers that expect at-least a basic level of service when spending considerable sums of money it is unacceptable and an absolute joke when you are told, by having to reach out yourself due to 0 communication, that it's "Impossible" to estimate delivery even after 4-5 days of placing an order! Thank you but never again :) As it's "Impossible" for me to estimate when I'll be bothered to shop here again.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and immediately sent an email to cancel/change it but they shipped it anyway. The attitude of the staff who responded to my emails was “well that’s your problem now and I have no intention of helping you”. Unacceptable.

Good Day. I bought a pair of Burberry Insulated hiking boots in brown on Friday 3rd December & arrived today in there own packaging which was very nice & inside a perfect pair of boots which cost from Burberry £790. Got them for a Cracking reduced price of nearly 50% off due to black Friday & paid £433 including all charges to UK. I would definitely recommend this company & please ignore some of these ridiculous reviews.

I like the online shop, carry mostly all the update and unique pieces each season but my god, the payment system is terrible- weather you are trying to pay by credit card nor PayPal, always error in process over and over again. Very inconvenient for international customers. Please fix your payment system for god sake! Less complicated and more efficient as other Italian shopping website by request the credit card verification by phone/email code.

Very weird departament store. The clerks are not helpful or friendly. The collections presented dont look brand new. The cafe at the top sells worst coffee I have drank for 30 PLN. The Italian deli looks ghosted, the perfume shop looks like a pop-up shop that will close soon. LOL I rather travel to Berlin or Prague 😂

These guys are amazing! The website itself has a few glitches that you need to get around, but it's worth it: their selection and prices are unbeatable, for UK customs charges are included and shipping was free. And it was delivered the next day! Great customer service too - they not only respond but do so promptly and actually help. The purchase arrived beautifully packaged with a cute bow - a cherry on top of an already wonderful experience. This was not my first time buying from them and is definitely not the last! Thank you!

Stole money from me. Ive used many online e-commerce sites, like farfetch and ssense. Please use those and do not give money to these scammers. Tried disputing with my bank but suprisingly they sided with the merchant. Disgusting business practices. Brings shame to poland.

Order through vitkas.com! I made an order on August 22nd. I paid for it by card. The money was immediately withdrawn from the card and a notification appeared on the website site "Thank you. We will inform you by mail as soon as our system will register your payment." The letter never arrived. The next morning I went to the site and saw that the order was canceled! But I didn’t cancel it. There are no more messages from Vitkas. I wrote to the support service by email, but there is no answer yet. It is not possible to submit a question form on the site. It just doesn't go. The money was not returned either. It is not clear who to contact and what to do. I found out about the online store Vitkas through lyst.com. It seems to me that vitkas.com is a scam site. They did not refund and there is no response from customer service. When will the money be returned?

I must give 1star, because it is not acceptable that Vitkac has such a slow and non functional webiste with high designer end program. I really think, designer houses should warned them and give them ultimate to repair this emediately.

Cancel order , confirm in email , so I order again . Then take money for original order and send so have to pay x2 postage and x1 return . So I have 1 item but have have to pay double postage plus a return postage . Works out equitable for seller !!! Good scam ! Avoid

Fantastic service! Managed to get a pair of New Balance trainers and Birkenstock Boston clogs on sale. Purchased online on Saturday, parcel was shipped on Monday and delivered to the UK by FedEx on Tuesday! All nicely packaged including original boxes. Top class! Thank you, guys.

Sehr schönes Gebäude von Ihnen. Wer teure und mittelteure Kleider sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Von sehr teuer bis gut bezahlbar gibt es hier alles. Die Rolltreppen bis nach oben ist sehr lange und sieht von unten, sowie auch von oben schön aus. Der Ort ist gut gelegen und kann mit den öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreicht werden.

Eine Demo ohne Gewalt. Nicht wie in Deutschland wo die Linke einfach nur aggressiv ist und Gewalt ausüben tut. Wir konnten die super Organisation die hier war beobachten aber auch bekannte Persönlichkeiten erleben.

Unbelievable! Had to return the item and I was not refunded the full amount, but charged shipping costs of 10 euros. I don't know of any other popular online store in the EU that does this and is not customer friendly. There is no information about that when ordering. Vitkac is not recommended!

Huge shopping with all brands you can think of. Good selection. Often new collections. Worth a visit if you have money to spend and are into fashion.

I would have rated No stars to be honest. Im not even sure how to begin explaining . I mean in all of my online apps purchases VITKAC has definitley has the worst costumer service. Such a shame calling them luxury since nothing is luxury about them.

I ordered a pair of sneakers to Armenia. The delivery with UPS was scheduled for 30th of December. On 10th of January there wasn't any update. UPS wasn't respond. I've informed support of VITKAC that if package isn't delivered until January 18th , I will not able to receive it. So, it wasn't delivered and I asked them to cancel shipment and make a refund. They told that they will refund money after receiving the package back. After a month I don't have an idea where is the package and will I receive my money back or not.

I wonder why they cannot become a proper department store as opposite to a mini mall they are today. It would have been way much more interesting if the owner of the building would transform this place into upscale department store and not high-end brands divided by walls/windows and empty corridors. Full of latest luxury and fashion brands - you can find basically all of them here. A very stylish mall. Apart from LV, Gucci and BV, all other brands are like with a concession counter. They separate men's and womens floor. There is sitting area close by the fitting room which good for the men who are waiting for the girlfriends. There is also a restaurant on the top floor where you can take a break.

Luxury experience, patient staff, high end brands with some of the best prices in Europe. Very recommended.
