We
happened
to
be
in
Warsaw
for
some
personal
work,
and
decided
to
have
our
lunch
at
Guru
Restauracja
just
because
it
was
closest
to
the
Warsaw
Centralna
Railway
Station.
The
interior
of
the
restaurant
is
very
aesthetic,
paying
special
attention
to
the
diners
privacy.
The
ambience
was
pleasant
and
soothing
with
peaceful
music.
We
ordered
:
1.
Vegetable
Samosa:
(Mashed
potatoes
spiced
mildly
with
Indian
spices
and
peas,
stuffed
in
a
flour
dough,
folded
into
a
triangle
shape
and
deep
fried.)
I
have
been
in
Europe
for
few
years
now,
I
have
never
liked
samosas
in
any
Indian
restaurant.
But,
to
my
surprise
these
samosas
at
Guru
were
amazing.
It
was
served
with
a
mango
and
a
sweet
tamarind
chutney.
The
spices
in
the
filling
was
balanced
and
the
crust
was
really
crispy.
We
liked
it
so
much
so
that
we
had
to
order
another
plate
after
main
course,
just
to
satisfy
our
souls.
2.
Mutton
Bhuna:
(Boneless
pieces
of
mutton
roasted
on
a
skillet
with
onions,
garlic,
ginger
and
a
blend
of
exotic
Indian
spices)
We
were
ordering
a
different
dish
but
this
was
the
owner's
recommendation.
This
particular
dish
had
a
very
distinctive
flavour,
just
the
way
you
would
find
it
in
India.
If
you
are
craving
for
an
authentic
Indian
cuisine,
this
is
the
best
option
for
you.
This
definitely
tops
my
list
of
most
delicious
Indian
cuisine
tasted
in
Europe.
3.
Mutton
Rara:
(Mutton
Rara
is
a
keema-based
mutton
curry,
which
means
that
in
the
same
curry
you
would
find
the
goodness
of
both,
the
keema
and
the
succulent
mutton
pieces)
The
taste
of
this
dish
was
very
different
from
the
previous
dish.
Taste
was
really
good
and
the
use
of
spices
were
in
a
way
that
the
dish
does
not
loose
its
identity
and
still
fit
the
spice
level
of
a
European.
4.
Butter
garlic
Naan:
(Indian
flat
bread
baked
in
deep
clay
ovens)
The
garlic
naan
was
delicious
and
was
huge.
Like
one
would
be
sufficient
for
an
average
person.
The
food
was
so
delicious
and
mouthwatering
that
we
forgot
to
take
pictures,
when
served.
Being
an
Indian,
I
wanted
the
spice
levels
to
be
higher
on
all
dishes
I
ordered.
To
my
surprise,
I
found
out
that
they
use
green
chillies
to
spice
up
all
dishes
they
prepare.
Green
chillies
adds
a
different
flavor
to
the
food
and
are
less
harsh
on
your
stomach.
The
portion
per
serving
was
huge.
You
would
usually
count
the
pieces
per
serving,
but
in
Guru,
I
was
overwhelmed.
We
had
extra
curry
and
meat
left,
after
finishing
up
our
Naan,
which
is
never
the
case
in
any
other
Indian
restaurants
in
Europe.
I
returned
back
to
this
restaurant
within
3
weeks,
to
order
Mutton
Bhuna
and
Samosa.
😋😛
Thank
you
Guru
for
serving
Amazing
Indian
food
in
Poland.
Dziękuję
Guru
za
serwowanie
niesamowitego
indyjskiego
jedzenia
w
Polsce.
I

recommend

place..!!
