POLOT w kuchni polskiej

Restaurant Polish restaurant

😠 Lunch ok: horseradish soup average, tuna steak great in composition and doneness, dessert - cheesecake, well-balanced taste, consistency ok. Low rating for 1 thing: LUNCH SERVICE, added without any information about it. This is absolutely unacceptable. There are places in Warsaw that beat Polot in... People often mention service, tasty,

If you are looking for traditional polish cuisine served in a modern way. This place is definitely for you. The food is not only great, but also beautifully prepared. The menu is interesting and the service is on a high level- really helpful and professional.

Very good! The food is traditional Polish but interestingly executed, as well as served with finesse. Service impeccable as well. Seasoning could be more distinct for me, and potato pancakes a little on the heavy side.

Polish cuisine in a slightly modernized version. The pork chop is truly gigantic and simply delicious. The decor is a huge plus. We like to eat with Polot :) Oh, and the service was great today, in the pre-Christmas turn it was still efficient and nice

Very tasty polish food, the menu is quite small yet everything is very good. We had two special teas, mushroom soup and pumpkin and goat cheese pierogies, also white chocolate cheesecake and everything was amazing.

A modern take on Polish classics. Soups are fantastic: full of flavor, intense, yet not too heavy. Main courses let you discover new layers of flavor with every bite. The plain schabowy is a culinary discovery, and mizeria which comes with it is mouth watering even in winter. Add courteous service and location outside of busy streets and you get a perfect place to spend a lovely Saturday afternoon.

Nice place, I liked the food, we had steak tartare, potato pancakes, duck and liver, all very tasty and in large portions. The dessert is also 5 stars - I recommend everyone to try the cheesecake :) nice place and good location, we will definitely come back there.

My unexpected discovery. Super tasty and elaborate versions of classical polish dishes. Nice decor. Moderate prices.

I visited this place few times, most recently last week. After few fairly average experiences in other, food blogs recommended, places in Warsaw I decided to review that one. For a start while it is described as Polish restaurant in reality it is modern European. Quality of ingredients and execution is outstanding. Lets take lamb for example. Usually lamb dishes in Poland are not great. Whether it is quality of lamb or cooking it to death, i am not sure. In this restaurant it cooked perfectly. Another plus is presentation. Clearly work of someone with experience of cooking in Europe. Then, both selection and pricing of wines is well above average of Warsaw restaurants. Service is prompt, but not overbearing and staff can describe both food and wine perfectly. So place definitely worth visiting unless someone prefers usual offering of overcooked meat, chips and fried cabbage.

Lunch ok: horseradish soup average, tuna steak great in composition and doneness, dessert - cheesecake, well-balanced taste, consistency ok. Low rating for 1 thing: LUNCH SERVICE, added without any information about it. This is absolutely unacceptable. There are places in Warsaw that beat Polot in terms of the quality of food and service in this price range, and the tip is voluntary. Forced service here, FOR LUNCH: for what? That they didn't spit into the soup? Such practices must be eliminated and hence this assessment.
