Amazing restaurant. The place has a great atmosphere and a beautifully cozy decor. The waiters are nice and work professionally. The food was delicious and all made in an own special way which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who'd listen

It is as good as the photos looks:-) Traditionally cooked. Friendly staffs it looks very touristic but it isn’t. The food is fresh and has a good quality the spareribs the duck the piroggi everything really good we went there twice while visiting Warsaw. Go there you won’t deny it.

Food was delicious! First time trying Polish food and I'm glad I came here. Must try the dumplings and the chef's suggested limousine roast beef. The beef was juicy, succulent and melted in your mouth. They don't serve tap water here, not sure if that's a Polish thing, but got to try their homemade strawberry lemonade and it was just the thing I needed to quench my thirst. The decor is also really nice, slot of photo opportunities if you're insta crazy. Would definitely recommend this place!

Spent several days in Warsaw. This place lived up to the hype and I would recommend to anyone looking for good Polish food. The dishes are fairly priced. One thing to note is you need to be patient. The food is cooked fresh to order and the wait is soooo worth it. There is an abundance of seating to include an outdoor area.

I really loved the wooden interior. From the sxterior it looks like an old restaurant but inside its wooden but amazing. The staff was very professional amd friendly. Perfect in speaking english. The food was delicious specially the dumplings. Cocoktails were good as well. Recommended for polish traditional food. Give it a try...

By accident we stumbled upon this restaurant hidden away between the skyscrapers and empty old buildings. After making reservations (necessary!) we were happy we booked a table. The service is great and the menu is very good. We started off by sharing the baked vegetables. Plenty for 2, good variety of vegetables and 2 nices dips. We ordered the deer steak and folkburger. I told the waitress I wanted my steak rare or medium rare. Badly enough it came well done (maybe a linguistic misunderstanding). Such a pity for this fine piece of meat. When I told the manager, they changed it immediately and offered us 2 free drinks for the wait. The manager even brought the plate herself. This was very nice and most of all very professional. It's great when they take time to listen and rectify any possible errors. For dessert we had the cheese cake (supposedly the best in Warsaw). It surely was a very good piece but if it was the best, I would have to try other places. The place can get crowded (large groups) so if you want an intimate romantic dinner, maybe you need to look further. If you want good Polish food in a nice setting and friendly staff, this is the place to be.

We started the meal with a couple of hot winter teas and baked Camembert, it was a nice sized portion covered in garlic with a side of cranberries, my only complaint was that the 2 pieces of toasted bread was not enough so we ordered a bread basket also . My wife really enjoyed her pierogi and she also had a bowl of chicken soup, actually more like a broth but full of flavor. I ordered the potato pancakes which were stuffed with pieces of beef that were stewed in a very flavorful goulash. The potato pancake was amazing, very nicely seasoned! It was a very large meal that I really enjoyed, I ate all of the pancakes but couldn't finish the huge portion of beef but it was so tasty that I took it home and used it in an omelette the next morning. The food was great and the ambiance in the restaurant was great, the service was a bit slow but we were not in a hurry so it didn’t really matter. I will definitely return to Folk Gospoda for another great meal.

Went because of the good rating but the food was actually very mediocre at best. Staff were nice and accommodating. We ordered lemonade and requested syrup on the side and staff was happy to oblige. But service was quite slow though. There are many other restaurants that serve much better tasting food with same quality around the city..

Though the exterior of the restaurant does look much, the interior is totally different. The inside is very cozy. They offer good selection of Polish food. The sampling plate of dumplings is very good for the first timer like us.

Good food and very generous portions. The lamb dumpling stater was generous and tasty. The steak was well cooked, not blown away by the cocktail's.
