Had a great dinner here recently with friends who were visiting Warsaw. We were drawn in by the idea of duck pierogi, and had a tasty meal of salad, duck, duck pierogi, beet soup, and mushroom soup. The portions were generous, and Tom was particularly kind and attentive, even providing cozy blankets when we got cold.

Food always nice in here. Staff are really friendly. It is a good place to choose in old town. Location is really convenient.

We visited place with my son for an breakfast and some desert. My son had scrabble eggs and I had an omlet food was lovely fresh bread butter with garlic and herbs. We had afterwards cheese cake and chocolate cake both was amazing served on highest level with every single detail. Thank you for the service to Piotr who was doing his best to serve us and make us feel as comfortable and looked after as possible thank you to the kitchen for an lovely food. Hope to see you soon

Good was good and portions reasonable) they are often too large in Poland). Prices also ok considering that restaurant is placed in middle of old town of Warsaw. Fast, professional service.

Amazing dinner place, it was a bit hidden behind the old market. They had the best mushroom soup. Would totally recommend it for their traditional polish food, the inside was fancy with a traditional vibe, but prices were affordable.

The food was delicious - lots of traditional polish options. I am a vegetarian and had plenty to eat. My dad is not and had the tripe, which he loved - buttery and perfectly cooked. The waiter was very friendly, gave great recommendations, and we had a great conversation! Highly recommend coming here.

Beautiful food. We got the wild boar with potato pancakes and the pork chop with fried cabbage. Everything was cooked perfectly and very flavoursome. The female waitress we had was very warm and friendly and attentive. Couldn’t fault it :) perfect location

The Kamienne Schodki is located at a corner of the old town market square. I had the potatoe pancakes with salmon and caper berries as a starter and they were quite good. Then, on to the pierogie which were fantastic. The mixed pierogi set consists of six pieces (cabbage, beef, and potatoe two pieces each). The ones with potatoe filling were my favorite - absolutely delicious. Note: They charge a service fee of around 8 PLN on the bill which I find outmoded. Also, cutlery was not super clean. Service okay. Prices okay, too (for this touristy area). So some minor points of criticism but you can overlook this as the food is really tasty.

I have visited this restaurant during my Warsaw trip twice! Great location right on the Old town market square. The food was delicious, the service was great! Krzysztof (or Christophe, I’m sorry if spelled your name wrong) is the nicest waiter! I’ve ordered a duck based on his regular and it was really good. Highly recommend this restaurant for visit.

We felt so lucky to find this place. We were traveling for a long time and we wanted a place to pamper us and get some really good food and, WOW, did we get lucky! Service was so kind and helpful and we felt well taken care of by Peter. He was funny and kind. I had their signature dish, the Duck with cranberry and apples, the whole skin was perfectly crispy and meat was soft and juicy. We had soups, żurek and chicken broth, which were very richly made. My son had a steak, which was made exactly medium and no more. Steak was made exactly to perfection, how i make my steaks in US. My son loved it and i could only agree. It was juicy and well seasoned. To add anything to such steak would be a sin. Next time we will come here with whole family! Thank you Peter for taking care of us! Great restaurant!

This restaurant is perfect if you want to eat the best Polish food in Warsaw and other specialties! I recommend Polish-style duck and/or Pork. Very good 😉

Great Polish restaurant in the heart of Warsaw old town. Good selection of traditional dishes and great desserts. The staff was very service minded and delivered a good experience.

BE AWARE! We were a group of 10 people. The waiter did us The menù and the service cost is insane. DO NOT allow the waiter to present you the menù. "We can start with some vodka offered" and it was 100€ in the Bill. One of us asked for a glass of wine and they have put on the table a Primitivo wine (60€) and charged all the battle. Good food, be aware of the waiter.

We were looking for a fine dining place with good ambience and vegetarian options, and that is when we came cross Restauracja. Food was delicious. Beet Soup and Pankcakes are a must try. Just to add, Piotr has been a great help to us in finding a cab. He has been really sweet and one of the reasons we have good memories of Warsaw.

I think here's Pierogi is the best I've ever had in my trip. Everything were outstanding! Thank you so much!!

Great place for a duck and a glass of red. Very tasty home made soups e.g. wild mushrooms soup was cooked to perfection. Service slow and impersonal, confusion around tables and seating arrangements. 10% service charge on the top of the bill. But overall a good place for genuine polish cuisine.

The food was good. However we were disappointed with the service. The waiter has the usual confidence you expect but ended up charging us service on the receipt and then adding 10% to the bill as well! We weren't in the mood to have a confrontation but this meal ended up costing a fortune. I wouldn't normally rate 1* when the food was okay but this is just another classic example of tourists being ripped off on a main square. I should know better not to eat in a restaurant on a main square.

I really enjoying spending time in this restaurant , place is really cozy, nice calming design. For now it's one from the best potato pancakes I ever had, surprised me with bunch of flavour of such a simple meal. Pierogies was also really nice and delicious. Love the food and place <3

Food is normal. Dumplimg is oily. Service is so so. Requested for mayonnaise or mustard, waiter said dont have. A surprise to me.

This restaurant was beautiful, warm and has delicious food ! The server was very kind and explained some specialities of the region to us, and also gave us a free drink with our dessert! I recommend the mix of pierogies and the apple pie, absolutely delicious !

Such an awesome experience! Food was so good, I felt like I’ve got a warm invitation to my close friend home with cozy atmosphere, delicious food and great talk. Service was 5 stars. We left with full bellies and a wish to come back again!
