We come here every year, but this time around it feels like some of the rooms are falling into disrepair. We had a "newly remodeled" room, but all they have done is put in new flooring and new couch and dining chairs. Everything else has been left the same. We also found things were missing in the kitchen such as pans, bowls and silverware. We only had two of four teaspoons, so we had to wash every time we ate. We had a broken screen door, broken ceiling fan, and grout in the shower that needed serious attention. The grounds are immaculate and the staff friendly and accommodating, but they need to pay attention to what's going on inside.

I'd come here every month if I could! I love Waikoloa and any of the Hilton timeshare properties. We booked the deluxe 2 bedroom at the Bay Club, it was so gorgeous, huge with a modern decor. We had a mating pair of Nene geese looking in the back door in the mornings, too cute.

As usual, the staff and the grounds are excellent. The rooms have been partially renovated and this is where my only issue is. Everyone knows when you renovate, the kitchen and bathroom should be first. But they have not been touched. The tiles in the shower are cracking, the shower curtains are discolored and worn out, the shower head and controller rattle in the wall cause they are lose. Not sure why this decision was made but I think they got it wrong.

Very nice resort to stay at while in Hawaii. Very family friendly and multiple pools to choose from. Nice to walk as well. Does not have a view of the ocean but one side does view the beautiful mountainside. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, it is all very clean and we would stay here again. Four stars only because it's not by the ocean.

The rooms are excellent, and you are only a short distance from the water. We took a tennis class which was free and it was a real workout and very fun. Easy parking, the units seem very new and clean. Big balcony's.

Nice rooms, gyms, and pools. There are gross golf courses everywhere. Not a lot of good authentic local food around. You have to drive ~45mins to get good food. Apparently there is a dress code for golfing too, as if it wasn't made less accessible already by cost. It's boomer Dreamland but cringe to me (super outdated and sexist dress code). Definitely not a place to try golfing if you're a beginner.
