Even though pork belly and pork neck are different parts, the taste was similar so you couldn't tell the difference in taste. 100 grams (g) costs 7,000 won. The serving size is 200g, so the portion size is quite large. The pork neck I ordered the second time was even more savory, perhaps because it was cooked properly. Proper charcoal intensity and flipping seem to have a bit to do with the taste. The side dishes weren't very tasty compared to the number of dishes, but the main menu was okay.

That's not an empty remark, it's said to be in the top 5%, so I was surprised when I ate it. It's soft and savory, and if you've ever tried grilled meat, it's grilled beef. The meat here is really unusual. If you come to Buan, I recommend you go there to eat it. I just came to a restaurant, but it's not just a bag of rice, it's a bag of delicious meat. The phrase “Top 5%” is not a lie. It feels a bit expensive for pork, but it goes against the quantity and food quality.

Suracheong's main menu was duck stew, but now I especially enjoy the taste of pork belly and pork neck, so I rarely regret eating it. And the side dishes are clean and tasty, so most of them are easy to eat.

The food is prepared well and good ingredients are used. The owner is very friendly and the pork belly here is very thick and delicious. The taste of the soup of Emperor Galnaktang, a summer-only food, is amazing.
