Excellent hotel. Two blocks to the Plaza de Armas and two blocks to Ucayali river. Very gentle employees, excellent breakfast buffet. A/C in every beautiful rooms. Swimming Pool ideal for an evening relax.

I've stayed here many times. The restaurant staff is great. The checkout was un-organized and charged us an extra night based on us checking out early. Very hectic with an untrained employee

This is one of the top Hotels in Pucallpa. It is modern, clean and convenient to the center of town. The staff are very professional and eager to make your visit memorable. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that prepares delicious local and international cuisine.

The service in general was good, however, the breakfast crew's service seemed to take a hit when Treyci was not at work. Service was terrible that day.

Great service, great food, great location

A great place if you don't have a budget. Rooms are spendy. But you get a nice place with a resturante on the first floor. Pool is decent size and kept clean. 7/10

Nice room with a view over the pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. We had eggs made for us every day. The only item missing was the coffee machine, which has been available in every other Casa andina that we have stayed in (3). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and surrounding area was very enjoyable and relaxing
