Hotel Gavilanes is a beautiful place to stay in Pucallpa. They have different types of rooms available. The room I stayed in had air condition, a huge very confortable bed and a fridge. It was nice to sit on the little porch outside of the room. The breakfast buffet was amazing and so was the different meals I ordered. The WiFi connection was fast and stable. I really can recommended Gavilanes to anyone

Although I had booked a room through Priceline, when I arrived that night the hotel said they had no rooms. It created great difficulties for me to find another place. Although not rude, the hotel staff seemed completely indifferent to my situation.

Excellent service staff! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. This is a very clean, family-friendly hotel with a great included breakfast, fast wifi, an onsite gym, and beautiful pool. The location is convenient for shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Can't get much better than that in Pucallpa! Clean, very friendly staff and safe. The restaurant serves good food and the swimming pool is awesome. Highly recommend it.

Terrible experience this time. I stayed at this hotel last year and i was pleased with the service so that's why i came back. Definitely it has changed. Now there's ants and bugs in the rooms. They gave my sister's room to another guest and offered her accommodations at a different hotel for the night. Her and her husband had to sleep in separate rooms that night to stay at the hotel. I was a mess! They didn't have toilet paper in the bathrooms and we had to go get it from the front desk as well as the towels because they didn't bring it to the rooms. My brother had to wait till 10 pm for his baby's bed because they didn't have it ready. I definitely not coming back here. For that price you can find a better hotel in Pucallpa.

The rooms are nice, value for your money. Staff has a lot to learn about how to treat customer. Reception: ignoring customer, not communicating properly, not getting answer to your questions. Hygiene, grabbing the glass every time with their fingers where you put your lips. Rest of the staff very friendly and helpful. Pool water didn't look clean. Overal allright

The places is nice and has it all for a comfortable stay. It offers free transportation to the airport, WiFi, A/C, pool and some other recreational amenities . A buffet breakfast is included and it's delicious. The location is very quiet, may be too much.

Horrible. I come here every year and normally the food and service is pretty good but every year we find the same thing in our hotel room. Roaches. Every year when I come here I ask if they've fixed their roach issue and they say "yeah we did its just that since its in a tropical area its normal". Just because its in a tropical area doesn't mean its acceptable to have them.
