Great location and very friendly staff. Room I stayed in was comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area

Temperature too high in the room, aircon didn’t work. Can’t sleep. Nice service at the front desk though.

The staff have been so incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They allowed us to use their shuttle service to GM Korea each morning that our schedule aligned with their driver. They arranged for pickup service from the Incheon airport for my coworker. The manager even helped us pick a restaurant for dinner one night and then walked us to the restaurant to make sure we could order ok. The beds are the most comfortable that I've slept in during my travels in Korea. Soft but not too soft. I will definitely come back here for all future business trips to GM Korea.

Very friendly and personal service. Alex is always smiling and greeting each guest as they enter. Great rooms. Lavish bathrooms. Great location to nearby park and green zones as well as lots of shopping and night life. I've stayed here twice and will be back.

I would recommend this hotel, with enough space for a family of 4. Staff is English speaking and very helpful and ready to help you 24x7. They have enough parking space in the basement. You will find many eateries and convenience stores near by, which remains open 24x7. Almost all convenience stores has ATM machine. If you are there during the weekend you must roam around and enjoy music and food. Hotel is 30-45 min far from Inchon Airport. They had good English breakfast.

Clean hotel rooms at a pretty good price. Also staff is always friendly and very helpful. If I'm back in the area again after my business trip is concluded, then I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast without changes, every day the same. Don't expect cheees or ham. Room perfect. The bed is comfortable, massage bath, air conditioning. Friendly services.

Overall no complaints... breakfast was also good to ... I went to koryo and Polaris... koryo was bigger but Polaris was much more up-to-date.. prefer Polaris

Nice hotel but can use upgrade of the rooms. Most used is Korean and gives problems with toilet and TV manual. Breakfast every day the same and limited selection. 🤔

The included breakfast is fresh and has a good variety. The rooms are dated but large with nice TV and bathroom.

Good room service :). Room temperature too high and regulator doesn't work because it restart itself after cart taking off.

The best thing is value for money. Secondly super sapacy room and decent restroom with good experience of Korean bidet. Amenity is enough. Bad thing was it does not have a late checkout policy. Pleanty of Korean night life right next to the hotel location. Netflix is available on the TV.
