We had a three-bed room without window. The room was fine, we could do very well without a window (if it hadn't been for what I describe below) and cleaning good. Beds comfortable. Too few charging outlets, but otherwise fine. The problem was the room temperature. It was 28 degrees in the room, which made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably. I spent an unreasonable amount of time every day trying to get air condition working and asking the personell for help, asking them for help to turn off the heating, to turn on air condition. They said they would help, but nothing happened. One day we found the air condition on and managed to get the temp down to 22 degrees for a while. Then it suddenly turned off and within an hour it was again 28 degrees. After three days they managed to explain to me that you can not actually adjust room temperature. They have a centralised system which is either set to heating OR air condition. So if one customer is warm and another is cold, they need to choose which one to help. And since more customers were cold, we had 28 degrees in our room and they could not do anything about it. Their information says they have air condition, but this is not true in practice. You can get it only if they decide to turn it on for the whole hotel. This is NOT a four-star hotel, even if they have this rating. So if you are at all sensitive to heat, I would suggest you choose another place to stay, because this will drive you mad.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. However the stay was not good. They have a centralized air conditioning system and the temperature inside the room was very warm. Called the reception to complain and they sent a fan to the room. Had to call them again to ask to open the windows in the room for which they said ok. The temperature inside the room was ok after opening the window - but the noise of road traffic was hard. And this wasn’t what I paid for. If you don’t mind sleeping in a warm room, this place is ok.

Comfy and convenient hotel to stay in Seoul. Although the location is bit far from downtown Seoul but there is a subway line nearby and bus stations just 5 min walk and one can travel to any place.

Rooms are small according to American standards. I couldn't adjust the shower for my 5'8" frame. They offer slippers and robes in the room. I wished we had in room coffee. The breakfast was just okay.

Stayed at a standard double room with my husband and 3 year old daughter. The bed was bigger than we expected so we could sleep comfortably. The room was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. About 5 min walk to the nearest station and easy access to the airport. There are many shops around the station so it's convenient as well.

Great emplacement in the area. Bus and metro near the place. Rooms are really nice and clean. The view from the room is fantastic 👌 Not really expensive. Good staff and service. The breakfast is too early unfortunately.... 6am to 9:30 am... You can eat on the rooftop and there's a self bbq service.

Rooms are very clean and spacious enough. The mattras and bedsheets are excellent and the room has a very big window. Better to stay a little bit outside the center in a nice hotel at a reasonable price. Staff good speak good English and the woman who served during lunch time was super kind.

Location : It's so calm than Myeongdong, Hongdae. It located near subway line 9 (easy to walk along with many restaurants and Starbucks). You can access convenience store quickly near second door. Room : Clean, safe, and warm with good view both Han river and city view. Service : Best service from all levels of staff. Housekeeper worked so well every day (clean room neatly, fill bottle of water, change towel).

I booked two nights here. When I turned the lights off to go to sleep, the automatic light in the room continued to pop on and off about every five minutes. It made sleeping almost impossible. I barely slept, was grouchy, and had a big weekend of work ahead of me. I went to the desk in the morning and told them the problem, and that I did not trust them for another night, and I would like my money back and would be cancelling the next night to stay somewhere with working lights. They politely told me “no refunds.” The only plus about this hotel is the nice staff.). Anyway, if you cant sleep at a hotel, what are you paying for? Take your money somewhere else. What a waste.

For a “4 Star Hotel” it was disappointing. The room was 100,000 a night. There was no valet or assistance with luggage. I was told at the desk “there is no service”. The room was very small, not enough space for two people. The air conditioning didn’t work, I was told to open the window. However, I did enjoy the rooftop view. And the bed was comfortable.

Great location, one block away from subway line 9. Breathtaking rooftop view. And great breakfast spread, both korean and western foods!

Service by staff was satisfied. But the cleaning quality was quite bad. I felt something weird smell on the pillow, side table was full of dust. Fitness center was the worst. Nothing you can do there.

Irish review: solo female traveller. This hotel is excellent. High standards of quality from front desk, breakfast to room staff. Breakfast is too early, it ends at 9.30am. Checkin and out is very smooth. Reception gave me my room upon arrival very early, which was very kind of them. Breakfast is buffet, the have western sectio and have fried and scrambled eggs with bacon and toast and jam etc. Gym is small but use able. Location is just a 1 min walk to metro. Metro is then one stop to Dangsan station which allows to transfer all over the city (as far as I've found). Starbucks and a korean restaurant are 30seconds down the road with great food. I will definitely stay here again when I return. Bathroom need regrouting, but it is clean and modern. There is also a restaurant in the hotel

Beautiful location and amazing views from room. The rooms were also good and stay was also more comfortable like a home. If youre korean or like korean food you will definitly get good food but since i was indian i was not able to have a proper food. But the staff was so good that even in covid crisis they arranged me some snacks for my all meals. Thank you had a good stay

The room I got was visibly dirty with hair on floor, water damage on toilet room door, flickering roof light and broken desk drawer. Location is pretty far out from sightseeing spots, but is pretty well connected with bus and subway.
