We
had
a
three-bed
room
without
window.
The
room
was
fine,
we
could
do
very
well
without
a
window
(if
it
hadn't
been
for
what
I
describe
below)
and
cleaning
good.
Beds
comfortable.
Too
few
charging
outlets,
but
otherwise
fine.
The
problem
was
the
room
temperature.
It
was
28
degrees
in
the
room,
which
made
it
almost
impossible
to
sleep
comfortably.
I
spent
an
unreasonable
amount
of
time
every
day
trying
to
get
air
condition
working
and
asking
the
personell
for
help,
asking
them
for
help
to
turn
off
the
heating,
to
turn
on
air
condition.
They
said
they
would
help,
but
nothing
happened.
One
day
we
found
the
air
condition
on
and
managed
to
get
the
temp
down
to
22
degrees
for
a
while.
Then
it
suddenly
turned
off
and
within
an
hour
it
was
again
28
degrees.
After
three
days
they
managed
to
explain
to
me
that
you
can
not
actually
adjust
room
temperature.
They
have
a
centralised
system
which
is
either
set
to
heating
OR
air
condition.
So
if
one
customer
is
warm
and
another
is
cold,
they
need
to
choose
which
one
to
help.
And
since
more
customers
were
cold,
we
had
28
degrees
in
our
room
and
they
could
not
do
anything
about
it.
Their
information
says
they
have
air
condition,
but
this
is
not
true
in
practice.
You
can
get
it
only
if
they
decide
to
turn
it
on
for
the
whole
hotel.
This
is
NOT
a
four-star
hotel,
even
if
they
have
this
rating.
So
if
you
are
at
all
sensitive
to
heat,
I
would
suggest
you
choose
another
place
to
stay,
because
this
will
drive
you
mad.
