if you're wondering about booking a room there, don't. the triple deluxe room I booked was really small, the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. They cancelled my booking right after my arriving so that I couldn't leave a review too the pictures they show are not the reality so I advise you to not book that guesthouse.

Good location, it stays in the area with a lot of lovely cafe, near the subway station but still quite. There is a restaurant at the 1st floor and some restaurants, convenient stores are close too. Network is fast, boiler works properly, clean stuff and very nice and friendly staff. I had a great impression on the first time visiting Korea

Reasonable price. Good for small group. Maximum 3pax in a room. Daily replacements of towels and daily room cleaning but they did not make up beddings. Good location. Their female staff is good in english, friendly, accommodating and very helpful as well. Hotel toilet is available at the basement of their next bldg. When your room is not yet available, you can leave your luggage at the lobby so that you can spend sometime at surrounding shops, cafe and resto.

Pro. The receptionist can speak English very well and they happily to assists you. They do change the towels everyday. The location is great Con. The toilet a little bit small

There was a problem when checking in. We already arrived at 11am and we knew that check in time is at 3 pm. So we put our baggages in the lobby. But when we came at 3pm the room werent ready yet. We had to wait for 2 and half hours to come in to the room. Huft But it's so muslims friendly. The microwave and cutlery is separated for Muslims. And so many melayu there. Feels homey~ thank you

The hospitality is great. The staff is really helpful and friendly. She recommended us so many place and Alice Residence is near from Airport Bus stop and near Changdeokgung Palace and only 5 minutes to get to Ikseondong.

Toilet is more clean than i expected. We stayed in family room. It is for 4 people. Maybe it is a little smaller but no choice because in central downtown there are only a few family rooms and those are very expensive. Alice’s family room is cheap really cheap.

Reasonable price for those wanna stay for few days. The maintenance of the hostel is in need for improvement(wall stain, bed sheet stain, unstable toilet seat and toilet sink) From lobby, kitchen area and room. There is an section area for Muslim guest where by we can cook and all but we realised tool like pans / spoon is not keep in the cabinet instead it was at place at the sink area. So how do we know the tools are for Muslim to use? Overall experience is still satisfying but please seek for improvement so that the hostel will look much more presentable.
