The hotel is located near domestic Airport. Convenient by just walk distance to the Airport. Nice view and quiet. Front desk service is good. Cleaner left service equipment in my room and door bell few time want to take out but I at sleep. So this is not good for me.

Good hotel near to gimpo international and domestic Airportl. Good service and they provide great breakfast. There is gym and coin laundry.easy access to Lotte mall from the hotel itself. Also metro station just 5 min away.Altogether a nice experience. There are taxis ,train and airport limousine to Incheon airport from here

Good tourist and business hotel located à few minutes walking from Gimpo International terminal. Convenient for people in transit and arriving late or departing early. Staff is helpful, rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable Good breakfast with local and international food.

Within walking distance from the airport. The staff was more than helpful. The mall area offered several types of cuisine, including Mexican! Plus shopping is excellent. Having flown into Incheon and Gimpo airports, I'd much rather go through Gimpo. The international flights are much quicker to go through than Incheon.

Amazing hotel! Without questions the best hotel I have ever been to. Everything is clean, they provide coin wash, they provide lots of free stuff in the hotel and the entrance is located in the shopping mall. So you can just go downstairs, eat dinner or lunch and go back upstairs within two minutes. Next time I am going to Korea, we are only going to stay in this hotel! This hotel deserves 5 stars not only 4.

Great hotel next to airport and big mall. Attached to the subway also. Parking underneath. Comfortable beds with great view of airport. Have to eat at mall since they closed the restaurant here. The mall has great places to eat though. Wifi is fast enough for me to work from room. Self laundry avaliable.

Fantastic location. The rooms are clean, but as other reviewer have noted, are dated - even premium rooms. Consider bringing a little Chromecast dongle with you if you want to watch Netflix, because the TVs are about a decade old. Channel selection is limited, no apps, and remote is entirely in Korean. Lighting is quite dim and limited; another floor lamp or at least a reading light would have been helpful. Wood accents in the ondol room are cozy. No room service as far as I’m aware, which is a bit annoying given that the kitchens in the mall all close at 9pm (despite the 10pm posted close times) - I ended up just making ramen. I probably won’t stay here again. It’s convenient to be right next to the airport, but there’s also a special airport subway line that runs from the city. It would be a different story if the airport weren’t so reliably accessible, but as it stands, the premium you pay to stay here isn’t really worth the added convenience.

I stayed at this hotel a total of 2 nights. On the first night the handle to my room door broke. The next day, maintenance crews started fixing the door. I was sitting in the room with my two kids and the door was wide open the whole time. I had to constantly get up and grab my two year old while he kept trying to run outside. I really didn’t appreciate my family being disturbed. During checkout the front desk clerk informed me that there was a 200 won room charge for using the the phone. I told her that I hadn’t used the phone and asked what number was dialed. She lied to me and said she couldn’t see that information. However I’ve worked with hotel PBX systems for many years and I know it’s very easy to look up. When I confronted her about it suddenly she was able to look up the number. The number dialed was 99999999999. Again I told her I never made any phone calls. She still insisted that I pay the 200 won charge. So I gave her 1000 won and said to keep the change. Overall pretty ridiculous to fix a broken door while guests (especially small children) are inside and even more ridiculous to be charged a 200 won fee for a phone call I didn’t make to a phone number that doesn’t exist.

The staff and housekeeping were good. But the facility could use some modernization and maintenance. The room looked dated, and the furniture was worn out. There were no USB ports and very limited TV channels with no streaming services. The breakfast was good with adequate selections.

Nice Hotel. Friendly staff, the breakfast is below average. Really nice that the shopping mall with a lot of restaurants and shops can be reached by the hotel elevator. the subway can also be reached by that elevator.

Very nice hotel that is the perfect place to stay if you need to transit through Gimpo airport. Clean and large rooms with comfortable beds, great rain shower, and all the amenities. They even have a 120volt outlet. They have a gym as well. The hotel is conveniently located within Lotte mall so you can walk around to shop or eat. The hotel is connected to Gimpo airport via an underground tunnel but it is a little bit of a walk so make sure you give yourself ample time. Gimpo airport is extremely busy too and the check in process can be up to 1 hour so be careful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are very helpful and thoughtful. We had to change the room after the two nights stay, they got the room ready quickly enough so that we didn't have to waste 3hours to check in again. The chamber maids were all friendly and efficient too. Security guards were all being gentlemen whenever i met them. Rooms are big enough and tidy. We don't bother with breakfasts here as we prefer coffee and bagles. The mall is fantastic, there are a phamacy, doctors, a supermarket, bakeries, Chinese/ Indian/ Vietnamese/ American restaurants plus numerous cafes and snack bars. I would recommend MansuckJang for dinner( squid set) and Leesungdang for sweet treats.

As there is a shopping Mall below, lifts can take a while to arrive. I like the idea of a spare currency machine exchange in the lobby, got rid of lots of spare cash Taxi fare to Incheon was about 44k Wan so cheap. Staff extremely helpful, as are the Koreans as a whole. Rooms immaculate, but no coffee or tea facilities i could find. Like most places 21:00 everything closes, so no late nights. No late bar in the hotel which would have been nice as my flight didnt land till 21:00. Overall great stay and thanks to all the satff for their help.

The pillow is horrible.. got a stiff neck after sleeping for both me and my wife The room is decently sized, very quiet even though it's next to airport. Convenient to go lotte mall and food, this is the reason for the 2 stars. No toothbrush provided, pls get your own before coming

Since my last visit to Korea, I don't stay here. On the first day of my most recent trip, I dropped by this hotel while I was wandering looking for taxis and dragging all my luggages at late night. I asked the receptionist if I can use a phone to call a taxi, or if they can help me call a taxi, and they said absolutely no. I explained I was lost and just arrived Korea, had no phone service at the moment. There was no one walking by that I can ask help as it was late night. It's just one phone call that could have saved my day and my request got rejected without any hesitation. I was extremely disappointed. I stayed at this hotel the night before I left Korea in my second last trip and that will be my last stay.

I have stayed in the hotel quite a number of times, Due to the proximity to the domestic international airport. Among other reasons, The location and accessibility to the airport was the main reason for the stay. . That being said it is quite a distance to walk to the airport, especially the domestic one. Before the Corona virus outbreak there was a bus that took you to each airport every 30 minutes, No more is that service provided and nor is it scheduled in the near future. . Another thing that really bothers me is that the hotel Does not provide any kind of amenities that are useful, for the reason of the hotel abiding by the eco-friendly Government policies. I am OK with their ‘idea’, Funny thing is they sell amenities on the 1st floor for profit? Really? If you want to sell, at least have courtesy of having integrity. . The staff, although trying to be kind of very unprofessional, and the ‘KIOSK’ Service for checking in it’s just a joke. . for a $120 or so price, You feel you ripped off when you check out, Especially while you’re walking to the Airport, at a weather of -5°C. . Don’t get me wrong I will stay in this hotel in the future, Not because of choice, but the lack of it. . This is an extremely nice hotel. It is just a short walk to a lot of authentic Korean seafood restaurants. The rooms are very nice and modern. We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. The master bathroom was huge. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

I stay here for 3nights. The room is clean and spacious, comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is link together with lotte mall, which is famulous. U can spend your time shopping, and dining at there. Hotel breakfast is nice, but surprisingly the menu never change during my stays, so, it become boring. Serious,none of the dishes change. Emm… hotel is just beside airport, and there is subway station linked w mall, included express train to incheon airport. Very good.

First the good things: the people at the breakfast have been very nice and friendly. The bad things. After booking and confirmation the reception waved to change the prices even if I was already settled in the room. They were very unfriendly No focus on guests and customers. Very poor!

Very decent airport hotel. Got upgraded to a premium room - spaceous, clean, stylish. Comfortable bed. The bidet though did not work properly and the breakfast - though all the essentials were there - was quite basic.

Ordinary small sized hotel near airport(HMP)...Try to compare with other hotels near airport one on world...This need to do more work out for better evaluation through their customers...But, about distance from airport...This one has good value...😜😎

This was my first time in Korea and I'm very glad that I went to this hotel. The service and staff were wonderful and very friendly. And the accommodations were exceptional. My flight originally got in midmorning and the staff was very helpful in allowing me to keep my luggage in the hotel so that I could check out the mall which was another perk of being at this hotel. When check-in time arrived, the process was very quick and easy and I enjoyed the fact that my room came with breakfast during my stay. The restaurant was very good and I enjoyed each breakfast that I was fortunate to have. As mentioned, the rooms are very nice with very nice modem features including the in-room dash by the bedside that controlled all sorts of room functions including lights (with very convenient presets). Although the room is a bit small, the amenities were not lacking at all. Finally, the service was very good, with the staff continuing their helpfulness each morning by graciously setting up taxi service for wherever I needed to go each day. The only downside of the hotel is the location. Fortunately, I was here on business and the site I was visiting was only 20 minutes away from the hotel. But visiting Seoul was a slight distance. However, if you have a flight taking off from Gimpo, you want to check out the Lotte Mall, or if you are visiting places nearby, I highly recommend this hotel!

It is very convenient as it is located next to the airport. When I wake up, I feel very good at the airport outside the window. There is no noise.

Super location. Very good rooms. Train stops very close by, walking distance, everything inside. Walking distance to the airport. Right in the centre of a large shopping mall with various restaurants. Good breakfast. Staff speaks some english, and is helpful. Entrance is a litlle difficult to find the first time (also the entrance to the toilet of the mall.)

Relatively new hotel, so in good condition. Very easy access to both Gimpo airport terminals through a walkway. The staff all speak English so again good for me. The rooms are good with plenty of power points but with the all international power sockets, very good. Breakfast finishes at 10am, and early. I have used here a few times so I will continue to do so.

Amazing five star service at this hotel. Loved the room. The toilet seats have heat function. Staffs were friendly. I had an emergency back home as my mom had a fall and was in hospital. The reception connected me immediately for an international call. I was at east after that. Its also connected to the Lottle Mall for quick shopping or supermarket. Good experience!
