If you're heading to gimpo airport or just stopping in between then this is a nice stop to stay close to the airport and it's got a lovely large grounds area. Very helpful and truly 5 star hotel. I didn't bother with the expensive restaurants in the hotel, I took the free shuttle to lotte mall and ate lunch there. Bought some takeaway back to the hotel with me for dinner. Buy your breakfast pastry the night before because they don't open until 10am

Good facilities and services. Located near to Kimpo airport, but a little far from a downtown Seoul.

The standards you may expect from such a hotel. Only the rooms were very hot and some the plugs didn't work.

The facilities and premises are excellent. The staff is not too much engaged and helpful, also many lacking sufficient command of English. The room is outdated and somewhat run down, it would require refurbishment or regular maintenance. I have expected more from a prestigious 5-star hotel in Seoul.

Wonderful hotel I ever experienced. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy full service and environment due to we stayed here under Bio Bubble. Specially I should thanks to Cheff who provided food us. Behalf of us, he learned some Sri Lankan food recipes within hours and gave us maximum support to enjoy Sri Lankan dual curry. I love visit here again in the future in Covid free world

I was placed here on a business trip. I Can Only Imagine two kinds of business people that stay here. It is phenomenal expensive and you are not within walking distance of anything. The grounds are quite beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Most importantly the Wi-Fi is terrible. Our entire crew found that it turned on and off every 10 to 15 seconds. the air conditioning did not work with no response for the management. For high class prices one would expect high-class service.

Awesome place to be.... its very close to Gimpo International Airport.. The staffs are very courteous and prompt. Really enjoyed my 40 days stay there. The swimming pool, gym and the support staffs are awesome..... The complementary breakfast is also a feast...

Very nice hotel, with excellent location to Gimpo airport. All surroubded by a nice park area belonging to the hotel. The breakfast us excellent with several food options and different styles. Staff is helpful and supportive and rooms are clean.

Location is away from city just had lunch at Nakwon restaurant. It was very clean place. The food was delicious especially spicy cucumbers, kalbi was good and cold buck wheat was good

Services and amenities are on point!

Antique, clean and kind. But little old. take off and landing airplane sounds can be noisy.

Not a five star hotel per North America standard, upon check in, there are dirty hair in the bathtub from previous guests. It took three calls and one and half hour for front desk to send someone over. Lots of crumbs and dirty marks on the carpet beside the elevator door. You are also going to pay top dollar(almost double the price than Fairmont for food and/or room service). For me, if a 5 star hotel cannot keep the room and the property clean, you don't get to charge those prices.
