It's alright. We like the pillows and the beds, it's comfortable to sleep on. The pool is not free for the guests, you need to pay ₩20 each. Breakfast is also not included it's ₩20 per set. I got some mosquito bites while i'm sleeping which annoyed me because i am allergic to mosquito bites. All in all it's still ok the hotel smells good and it's clean.

If you enjoy the sound of dripping water or feeling itchy - this is your place!! First impressions a great location, the room looks very nice - on reflection - the blinds need cleaning, the bedside notebook was stained with a coffee cup and a hair - made me wonder about cleanliness and there was a clear need for renovations. The staff were super friendly. Sleepless night - maybe I need to change the star rating

I booked a royal suite for 2 weeks stay. There are 3 blinds in the room and the middle one was locked with 2 zip ties at each end, hence I was unable to pull down. I feel uncomfortable with that as the shower/bathtub has a direct view to the buildings opposite, and it was bright at night. I'd like to sleep in complete darkness if possible... Also, the lights in the bathing area will automatically shut off after a certain period of time, had to get out of the shower to switch the lights back on. The light in the toilet is motion-sensored, meaning you have to move about when you are taking a dump, otherwise the light will go off... The toilet stinks of sewage too! Had to leave the door open to air it out properly. The bidet in the toilet wasn't working. I told the staff about the bidet and middle blind, and they got the bidet changed entirely. However, they still did not remove the zip-tie for the middle blind. My colleague had to come to my room and used nail clipper to slowly untie the zip-tie in order to pull the blind down! The staff was hopeless. Then, the lights in the living area has been flickering and went out completely. I showed the reception a picture of the spoilt ceiling lights, he just said "there is no light", what he meant was there should be no lights at all in that ceiling. Come on....the lights were still working and it spoilt. Thankfully, I think they replaced it and it stopped flickering. There is a LG soundbar at the bottom of the table. The only complain was that on the last night before I depart, my neighbour was playing music really loudly into midnight. Luckily I had my ear plugs with me. Overall, it was an okay stay. If I were to be back again, I think I will try another hotel in Magok area.

Good place to live near the subway station. Nearby to a market place which has good hotels which serve Korean food.

The hotel is located near Busan Station and it takes around 1.5 Hours to get to most of the tourist attractions. The only thing close to it is the Botanic Garden witch is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. Other then that I would choose a hotel that is closer next time. If the hotel wouldn't be as expensive as it is I would give it 3 stars but with its high price you expect something else. We had the superior delux doubble room but the only thing superior was the price. The Toilette is separated from the bath wich is good if the light would stay on. I felt like I'm on a hihop concert constantly moving my hands around so the light would stay on while I'm on the toilet. The bathtub is in an extra room without any air-condition or any other airflow go after taking a bath for half an hour you feel like your in a sauna. The last time the wall got painted my grandma visited when she was 20 and the bathtub and sink have traces of mold. Probably because of the wet air after showering that can't go anywhere.

To be honest the price is fair, but the service and the room was not good. House keeping entered the room without checking while I was in bed and then was too awkward to solve the situation so was just standing outside while the door is open. When we asked for utensils for food delivery they couldn’t help, the design of the room doesn’t make sense- there is no privacy at all- one sliding door that doesn’t close all the way is shared with the shower and the toilet so if someone is taking a shower, the toilet is fully open. Water is leaking from the shower room so the rest of the room is getting swamped, slow Wi-Fi, and leftover notes on the wall from previous tenants are written above the bed. Also no storage space at all! The whole room is so messy because there is no space to put things. Would not recommend

This is on 7/4/21. My premium room was very nice. Hotel was better than I expected and price was great and loved my balcony. My biggest complaint is I asked the front desk if I can have an extra blanket because my wife likes to sleep with her own and the lady told me no, they ran out of blankets because they were full the other night. I'm completely shocked. A beautiful hotel and you have no more blankets. I had to go to my friend's house and bring my own blanket to sleep with. I have no words.

I by mistake left in room 100,000 KRW (forgot to place inside safe box). when I returned to room it disappeared. I brought this to the attention of hotel staff but as expected nothing could be done. It is my fault but so I can't make accusations. Just a warning this can happen in any hotel. Otherwise it is a nice and cozy hotel.

Super value stay for a night with breakfast included in my package. To & from Gimpo airport free shuttle, decent breakfast buffet choices and fantastic hospitality from the staff. Will be one of the top choices for our Seoul family trip!

Not bad hotel, nice breakfast, room in the Loft style, wooden bath looks like interesting but it had leakage and once they forgot to clean room. Basically nice hotel for their price.

Close to Gimpo Airport. Accessible via Taxi and Metro. Personally I felt some inconveniences due to poor wifi connection at room. The room was clean and pleasant.

Overall is excellent. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel provide free shuttle to Gimpo airport which is very helpful. Room is clean, comfortable, spacious, cool interior with new technology interior. Love the bath tub the most with a very comfortable natural wood smell. Location is near to station and airport. It is convenient to town with train or bus.

Clean and quiet, handy to local foods, easy access to subway #5 which provides access to Seoul city center and Gimpo airport. From Incheon Airport take 6003 bus to Bulsan st. It is walking distance from the bus stop and only 1600w.

Very good service and polite. There is no smoking room in entire property. However, If you want to then gotta come down lobby area in 1st floor. Food is good and worth for price. Locals are good and most importantly they speak good English :-)

The hotel was modern and clean, but we had a bad experience with toilet smelling like sewage or urine all night which gave us a bad headache! We could not ask to switch the room because we noticed in the middle if the night and could not figure out until later where the smell was coming from. We are unhappy that we did not a refund for such a horrible (one night) stay.
