I
booked
a
royal
suite
for
2
weeks
stay.
There
are
3
blinds
in
the
room
and
the
middle
one
was
locked
with
2
zip
ties
at
each
end,
hence
I
was
unable
to
pull
down.
I
feel
uncomfortable
with
that
as
the
shower/bathtub
has
a
direct
view
to
the
buildings
opposite,
and
it
was
bright
at
night.
I'd
like
to
sleep
in
complete
darkness
if
possible...
Also,
the
lights
in
the
bathing
area
will
automatically
shut
off
after
a
certain
period
of
time,
had
to
get
out
of
the
shower
to
switch
the
lights
back
on.
The
light
in
the
toilet
is
motion-sensored,
meaning
you
have
to
move
about
when
you
are
taking
a
dump,
otherwise
the
light
will
go
off...
The
toilet
stinks
of
sewage
too!
Had
to
leave
the
door
open
to
air
it
out
properly.
The
bidet
in
the
toilet
wasn't
working.
I
told
the
staff
about
the
bidet
and
middle
blind,
and
they
got
the
bidet
changed
entirely.
However,
they
still
did
not
remove
the
zip-tie
for
the
middle
blind.
My
colleague
had
to
come
to
my
room
and
used
nail
clipper
to
slowly
untie
the
zip-tie
in
order
to
pull
the
blind
down!
The
staff
was
hopeless.
Then,
the
lights
in
the
living
area
has
been
flickering
and
went
out
completely.
I
showed
the
reception
a
picture
of
the
spoilt
ceiling
lights,
he
just
said
"there
is
no
light",
what
he
meant
was
there
should
be
no
lights
at
all
in
that
ceiling.
Come
on....the
lights
were
still
working
and
it
spoilt.
Thankfully,
I
think
they
replaced
it
and
it
stopped
flickering.
There
is
a
LG
soundbar
at
the
bottom
of
the
table.
The
only
complain
was
that
on
the
last
night
before
I
depart,
my
neighbour
was
playing
music
really
loudly
into
midnight.
Luckily
I
had
my
ear
plugs
with
me.
Overall,
it
was
an
okay
stay.
If
I
were
to
be
back
again,
I
think
I
will
try
another
hotel
in
Magok
area.
