If you are planning to spend a night in this place, I extremely do not recommend that. The ventilation in their room is awful, it's dry,stuff, and hot. This hotel is so freaking stingy that they are reluctant to allow customer use their AC. The best part is the staff telling us the solution of making our room cooling is"open your windows." Such a genius. Worst hotel I've ever been.

Room was big and spacious. Washing machine available in certain units. The area is still under development but it's still clean. Convenient store available just opposite the hotel.

So the room looked nice and great but the room constantly had this incredibly SOUR stench. Like as if someone had covered this whole room with sour laundry. It stunk so bad. The service was nice, it didn’t have a dryer so I did struggle after washing my clothes. The location is nice, there’s a bunch of food nearby so I’d say it’s a great location.

Didnt expect much due to cheap price, but had all the necessities required including washing machine. Only 5 min drive from GMP airport and has a lot of late night restaurants nearby. Only complaint i had is the bed, the bed’s a bit hard so sightly uncomfortable. But otherwise good for single night.

Good hotel location if you planning to chill in the evening. Restaurants and shops start opening after 11am. Crowd start building up in the evening & day time it’s quite deserted. Don’t be surprised where are people. Hotel in general are clean, reception speak minimal english. Get ready your translation app. If you are booking taxi via Tada or Kakao app. Remember to google the hotel address in Korean characters. Otherwise apps wont be able to find the location.

The best part of this hotel is its location; it is close to Balsan Metro Station and a direct bus route to and from the airport. Additionally, there are a lot of restaurants and shopping within a short walk. However, the beds were uncomfortable with some of the hardest mattresses I have ever slept on; they were not firm but hard, almost solid. The staff was demonstrably unhelpful when I asked them to call a domestic number; since my number is not Korean and I could not call Korean numbers, they blatantly refused until I resorted to semi-begging. If you stay here, just go to the convenience store across the street if you need help; they were much more willing to help us than the concierge. Another thing to note is that they expect a deposit for any additional keys, so don't lose your key.

Beware of booking here between March-end of May when it starts to get warmer in Korea. They do not operate Air-conditioning until June. We stayed here beginning of May. It’s very moist/hot in the rooms. It does not list this information on Agoda, where we booked this hotel.

The hotel staff was very polite and cooperative in nature. The room cleaning also used to happen on a daily basis. There were not many option for vegetarian people in the breakfast but other than that, I had a pretty nice time here.

Room is very small. But that's also because they crammed a kitchenette and washing machine into the room for you to have the option of doing some light cooking and washing. Toiletries are provided in big pump bottles. However, I give a thumbs down to the breakfast as the food was very unappealing. Location is good, there are many cafes, bistros and pubs within this street and the NC department store about 5mins walk away.

I like it how i only need to cross the road to reach UC minimarket. The cashier was good looking too 😅😆😆 Well, the hotel is good, clean, and the service well, the receptionist didn't understand english so it was a so so, at least the knew what i was talking about. I ask where my charger is as i put it beside my pillow, and i thought they gonna move it to the table. But no. They move it UNDER the pillow. Dude. Do you think tired people gonna lift up the pillow? Nooo we will even kiss the pillow for being there only. The heater wasn't good either. Slow adjustment to room temperature.. Couldn't control it since the system is following outside temperature. While outside temp was -8°C, while in the morning it is still 17°C. Lucky me and my roomate we only stay there for two days.. Huft. Overall it is good. (As i went out since 7 in the morning and went back 9 in the night😂😂) 끝 Byeeee

Clean & Fully furnished room. Comes with washer & even induction cooker all in 1 small room. Too bad is all in Korean. For traveller like me... not user friendly. And the room is quite pact with double + single bed. However Surrounding had some eateries which is plus point too.

We stayed here last March. Their room was great it has complete equipment from laundry to cooking, it felt like i'm home coz everything you need is in the room. Its good that they have a staff who understand english unlike in other hotels where its difficult to communicate. I just wish that they have variety/different menu for everyday breakfast coz we stayed there for 3 nights and the menu is still the same :( Ps. I still love your kimchi 😻 Pss. I also love the internet connection 'twas fast yo! 😂😂😂

Ok place good location

There is no smoking sign in the room. That means you can smoke in the room. Also it means you can be exposed to the smoke. I am through the halfway of my one month stay. I have a headache and coughing. The receptionist’s response is so bad. He said he could not do anything about it.
