Place is really neglected. Batteries missing in the remotes and room was very dirty. Towels were frayed and old and all the electronics were sticky. You can tell they are trying to look high end up barely 1 star quality

Looks can be deceiving! The hotel is great!! What hotel have you ever been to, where there's not one, but two computers in your room? Mounted flat screen, spa-style tub, stand alone shower. Huge bottles of lotion and body wash.. Not those travel size bottles. Conveniently located across the street from the train/metro station, and you will never go hungry because eight outside the hotel is a large food district, from fast food to seafood. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel lies in Yeondongpo and the streets there are so alive in the evening. Lots of Lights and tons of places for food and bar. The room in which we stayed was triple deluxe room and it was a very good room except the basin is kind in the hall and bathroom doesn't have any. The service was a big rhumbs down as you have to tell directly to the reception for room service as cleaning guys doesn't follow "make my room" button light. Overall it was a good experience though. The subway and bus station are near.

Wonderful Hotel. Stay was nice and cozy. Rooms are big for most hotels in this area. Have many facilities like warm floors, sound proof rooms and a gorgeous washroom, bathroom. Rain showers, Jacuzzis etc. The location of hotel is near to subway station. Definitely recommend to stay.

The staff at this hotel couldn't figure out how to charge our credit card properly, and have ended up double charging us. We have been unable to communicate with them to sort this issue out and it will have to be dealt with by the credit card company. They were routinely unable to offer us any assistance with regards to services near the hotel and mostly just ignored us. The room was clean, but the blankets were stained and continually came out of it's duvet cover leaving us uncovered as we didn't want to use a dirty comforter. Our shower was broken and dripped brown water onto us as we tried to get clean! Worst of all, we initially booked through an online hotel site, paid for the room on there, however when we arrived they upped the charge by 35% per night. We were exhausted from a long nights flight and didn't know where else to stay so we were forced to accept the upcharge. Stay away from this hotel!

Stayed 3 nights including a Friday evening, cost 380,000 Wun. Located in the heart of the entertainment district of Seoul, 600 meters to major rail station, plenty of eateries and shopping opportunities and reasonable access to cycle paths. Have a somewhat unique automated car stacking carpark for guests. Staff were friendly though communication was limited by Korean / English intercourse. The room was clean & tidy with good space and separate WC & bathroom on the 13th floor. Only modest negatives: Lift was quick to close till you mastered the access keys and the room was fitted with electronic control for everything which in the TVs case was a bit troublesome.

It's taken me a month to write this review, as I wanted to think about how to truly rate this hotel. Only giving 3 stars makes me sad, but it's thr most deserving rating. 5 years ago when I lived in Korea, I stayed in this hotel almost every weekend. Then hotel was extremely clean with very friendly staff. Not so much the case any.lre. Hotel has not been kept up with at all. Needs major renovation and cleaning. I donr want to say rooms are dirty, but they are dingy. Sheets and beds are old and uncomfortable. Staff seems as if they could care less about guests. Hotel is in a fantastic location so it is ashame that it had become less than desirable.

We stayed here for around one week. The rooms are very spacious. However they need to focus more on cleaning and wiping the floors. The lighting is very dim otherwise the room is comfy. We faced an issue with the AC and the staff were very cooperative and helped us change room’s immediately. The location of the hotel is excellent and all around is a very lively area with lots of nice bars and restaurants. The staff are extremely nice.

Was force to stay in during extremely bad and it was one of few places that was open. It’s totally a love hotel or place for encounters. However, the bed sheets was stained. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and reeks of pee. The air conditioning and heater smelled when used. Hints of past roach infestation as a empty spray can was left behind!? The room does have Wi-Fi. But, you’ll have to look at the random wireless router that’s found hanging from the TV.

Super spacious rooms for Seoul and right in the heart of a dining/bar distinct and within a 5 min walk of 2 shopping malls and subway station. The bathroom features a double person soaking tub and an LED train shower head.

Great location just outside the city, but easy access due to public transportation options bus & metro. The area it is located has plenty to offer if you are looking for entertainment, food & drinks, shopping or just catch a movie in one of the movie theaters. We stayed here 6 night in a spacious room equiped with a computer 65" TV and much more. The staff is very friendly all though their English is a bit limited, but so is my Korean. Great value for money!

Spacious room, big bathroom, big bathub...with 2 PC inthe room (don't know what is that for). Located near cu. Free coffee near receptionist.

Advantage in this hotel is they have parking. But they don't provide basic necessity like toothbrush and toothpaste

The room was very dirty and filthy. The toilet and bathrooms was disgusting 🤢. They have roach spray and bugs underneath the bed. The staff is horrible and the manager didn’t want to improve my cancellation email. I was waiting for hours and they don’t want to give me a checkout information. This place needs to be blacklisted.
